Traveling with Steven being our travel agent truly made everything stress free. He was such a kind soul and managed every one of my request. There were many things I wanted to change/add last minute and he was quick to handle them, even at 10pm! He went above and beyond to help plan our Vegas trip. With flights, rooms, drivers, dinner reservations, shows. Anything I wanted to do, he handled for me. And as someone who is so busy this was so important. He is incredibly reliable and answered at any time of the night. And although the budget wasn’t a concern he still found the best places for the best prices. I can’t say how much we truly enjoyed having Steven as our agent. And we plan to use him again in the next month! I would recommend him to any and everyone for all travel needs!

My wife and I have never used a travel agency to book any travel and Goulds came very highly recommended. Honestly, we came into the situation with something very specific in mind, and Jacqueline delivered to our expectations and more. She booked what we were looking for and was very flexible with my wife and I as we adjusted our plan and gave a ton of feedback. She was professional and polite and on a few occasions had to go back and communicate with the resort for an error on their part. Over all I would highly recommend this agency and their professional team of agents!

Using Goulds Travel has changed my mind on using travel agents. Steven is completely and totally on the ball! I described what kind of place we would like to stay and he chose a fantastic resort well within our budget. He responded to all my questions and concerns and handled everything quickly, professionally and efficiently. Hands down will use again and will refer my friends to him!

I booked a group cruise for several of my students with Steven and he did a superior job from start to finish. My group had many questions and a few hiccups along the way but Steven quickly addressed them (same day) and took great care of us. This was my first cruise ever and so there were many questions as i had no idea what i was doing LOL Steven seems to truly care about his clients and i can’t recommend him enough. The cruise was a success and we all had a great time in Mexico and the Caymans at a very good price.
