After 2 discouraging calls to other companies, that were almost bordering on the verge of rudeness, what a pleasant experience by calling Florida Family Cremations. Trey when answering the phone made me feel so comfortable, Haley was so helpful with all the administrative details, and David tied it all together when I went in to talk in person. What a wonderful experience, which I never expected after my first 2 calls to other companies. I would highly recommend their services. A great company and super compassionate employees.

My father recently passed. David and his team were wonderful...Dad was a veteran, as are 2 of us daughters (and our husbands). When they came to transfer Dads body to the cremation site, they draped the stretcher with the American flag as they transported him through the nursing home facility. That gesture meant the world to us..as did the very respectful way that the team interacted with us from beginning to end. I cannot recommend this business enough when you need their services. They helped the entire family be at peace with the loss of our dad.

What a smooth experience from start to finish. I was devastated by the loss of my dad, but David , Laura and Amy were nice to deal with. They even have a vet discount! Wow. Appreciate everything they did taking care of my family!

Florida Family Cremations was beyond excellent to work with. I live in Indiana and my sister lived in Florida. When I made my call to get their pricing they emailed me all the paperwork and also talked to me by phone. Answered all my questions either by phone or email. Great service. If I am ever in Florida I will certainly stop by and tell them in person.

Professional, responsive, inexpensive, and delivered what we needed. They handled the details and our family came from Virginia to not worry about this aspect of our grief. Highly recommend.

Very disappointing experience with these people. Death certificate came back with errors on it. Certified copies were not distributed as promised. Mishandling of the remains that were supposed to be kept until arrangements made at Arlington. Very disappointing to put it mildly.

David and Laura were extremely helpful and professional during this extremely hard time. They handled all the paperwork for social security and the VA.
