Jamie is very kind, honest, knowledgeable and professional! He was able to easily diagnose my laptop issue and confirm what another repair company told me was wrong. After finding out it would be cheaper to buy a new laptop than to replace the mother board he only charged me $25 for looking at it at offered to replace the computer with one of his refurbished ones for a few hundred. I will be buying one from him in the near future!

I’m so glad I got my MacBook Air from here. It was brand new and less expensive than the Apple Store. I also got it one month earlier than the Apple Store was able to get it for me and it was the one with the M1 processor. Jamie Stephen’s helped me, was very knowledgeable about what I needed and was able to transfer the data from my MacBook Pro onto the MacBook Air. Jaime is a lifesaver! I took my computer in to him one morning after the thing crashed. He promptly diagnosed it (it was shot), and offered to sell me a used computer as a replacement for a very reasonable price.
