My daughter called Castle Keepers and another business, but Kevin was the first to respond, within 15 minutes I would say. He came out Sunday morning to assess the damage, and he set up machines at that time. He returned this morning, to complete the job. This company is out of this world! As a Father of two they were able to come on time, work efficiently and quickly . These guys always do an excellent job! We use them in our home and business. This job was for our tile floors which were very dirty. When I got home from work, it was like a new place and they showed us how to keep them looking good longer using a commercial cleaner instead of the detergents that were actually making it worse.I highly recommend castle keepers!

I had the pleasure of working with these gentlemen today. Im leaving a town house and needed carpet, hallway and stairs cleaned. And let me tell you this was no small task LOL I had everything from carpet pieces missing, to wax in the rug, to who knows what else. And when they left, my carpet looked 100% brand new. And it took them a lot less time, than it would have taken me just to get the Home Depot machine up the stairs. All for less than $200. You cant beat that price or that service. I called and checked. I already recommended them to a friend and will only use them in the future. You should too. Thanks again. I am so thrilled I dont have to replace anything.

We never have been comfortable with leaving our house with service providers in the past, however we immediately felt very comfortable with them to complete the work and trusted them while we left the house for a short while. Fast, professional and quality carpet cleaning - everything was clearly explained, they were extremely professional and courteous, and the results were fantastic. Even though Im in a 3rd floor apartment, all the equipment was connected to their truck and waste water was sucked right outside. Used them after potty training my dog to help get the carpets fresh again. Will definitely hire them again!

We had our grout cleaned throughout our house today by Castle Keepers. We have used others to attempt to clean our grout in the past but they claimed they did the best they could even though you couldnt tell it had been cleaned at all. With lots of dogs and traffic in our house, the 10 year old grout lines were very dirty. They did a phenomenal job, they arrived at the time they committed to, moved and put things back in place and were very courteous throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend this company. They do what they say!

We had Castle Keepers come and clean our tile floors in the bedroom, living room, entry foyer and hallway and I have to say, they were the best Ive ever had. We have quite a few cats and it is a constant job to keep the floors clean, but Castle Keepers took the job right in stride. They moved all the furniture, cleaned the tile, then put little feet under everything to be sure it would dry properly. Cody and Noah were our technicians and they were the nicest guys you could want in your home. Very clean cut, with nice company shirts and huge smiles. What a nice change from many other companies Ive dealt with. They even got to my home early, but I wasnt there yet. They were very polite and said they would be more than happy to wait until I got there. Kevin, the owner, came by and stayed to make sure everything was going to my satisfaction. I plan on using them again and again because there is no one that could do a better job in my opinion.

Cody did a great job cleaning my carpets, and under a bit of stress, too, as a theft occurred from his truck while he was inside cleaning. Called last minute looking for my sectional and ottoman to get cleaned. They were super responsive and the owner had me send a picture for a quick, fair quote. I had Castle Keepers come out to my apartment when I first moved in because the carpet wasn’t as clean as I felt it could be. Cody and Noah were my technicians and they were an absolute joy to work with, it took them about an hour and a half to clean my 3 bedroom apartment and the difference was night and day! And the price was really affordable too! I will definitely recommend to my friends and family!

Our carpet was flooded near the bathroom, our walk-in closet and into the bedroom. We called on a Friday night, hoping to set up an appointment for the next morning. Kevin called us back within 30 minutes.When Kevin arrived, he was very prompt and timely. He was also very thorough in examining the situation. He explained everything very clearly, and was very fair with the pricing. Best of all, he did a fantastic job! Everything looked like new. The water from the carpet and walls were removed. Top Notch! I had a major bleach stain that was like something for a Jackson Pollock painting: a trail going from the stairs to the main living room area. I searched everywhere until I came to Castle Cleaners. I placed an order to get my carpet cleaned, but also evaluated to see if they could repair the carpet. THEY DID BOTH AT THE SAME TIME. And the damage was completely repaired; no sign at all. That is more than excellent customer service, THAT IS ARTISTRY! The stain looked impossible to dye and Kevin took care of it with meticulous care. And the rest of the carpeting looks as clean as ever. STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.

Castle Keepers did an amazing job on my tile and carpet! They showed up at the appointment time on the dot and were extremely professional and knowledgeable! They covered all my corners so their hoses wouldnt scratch anything AND they laid tarps down for the hoses! I will only use them from now on!
