Highly recommend Avery for any remodel project. They did the entire interior of our town home from floor to ceiling and we love the way it came out. Avery is very professional, thorough, and employ highly skilled workers. They do not cut corners with permitting and making sure everything is up to code.They also go out of their way to make sure you are pleased with everything along the way and listen to what you want, and offer suggestions from their expertise and experience.I was also impressed that when we noticed a couple of small issues after all was said and done it was handled promptly. I definitely will think about looking here if we need remodeling services in the future. I had a really hard time finding a good place for general home repair for a leak in the ceiling. I got a return call very quickly, and after a few questions to narrow down the issue a referral was made to a local HVAC company to service our AC unit. They were fast and my issue was resolved the same day! I didnt use Avery directly on this job, but definitely admire the professionalism and willingness to help.

We used Avery Construction to remodel our kitchen. The service was outstanding and the quality was fabulous. Avery Construction has a software program that gives the estimator the ability to give an estimated cost of the project on the initial visit without having to wait several days for the information. This was important to our budgeting process. AC even has its own cabinet shop which the owner allowed us to inspect. Their complete transparency gave us a trusting feeling. This is how the job process was handled from start to finish. No surprises at the end!

We had the pleasure of meeting and working with Jason for a Master Bathroom remodel. He is the one that actually came to our home, surveyed the work to be done, and gave us an estimate right on the spot. He didnt send someone to do it, it was actually him.We hired his company to do the scope of work presented to us and we were very pleased with our results. His crew, project manager were all very responsive and easy to deal with. Yes, were there problems,of course there were. Youre living under a rock if you think any major reconstruction/remodel job isnt going to encounter some snags. We encountered a few snags, but Averys crew and project manager were able to work past them. or offered alternatives, etc. to our complete satisfaction.I would certainly use this company again for any remodel projects in the future for four major reasons.1) Jason showed up on our agreed upon time, was very personable and was able to give us an on the spot estimate.2) The crew was professional and took every precaution to make sure debris was kept to a minimum or contained within the construction area and not spread throughout the house.3) His project manager always returned phone calls and was always available to talk to when there were any concerns.4) And lastly, the quality of work performed and end results were amazing and exactly what we had agreed upon.It is this type of professionalism that impresses me and makes me feel like my money was being well spent.

I had Jason and his guys come on out to remodel our bathroom. Wife was wanting a new bathroom for years so I finally picked up the phone and called Jason. Had someone come out the next day, give an estimate and I hired them on the spot! All I can say is that I love our new bathroom and so does the wife!

John Frangos showed up to give me an estimate, then was never heard from again! Purchasing a commercial property and needed a contractor. Wasted my time, my real estate agent, my lender and the sellers time! Couldnt even answer a simple call or text. Jason, the owner was also missing in action. I called and left a voicemail for him and he didnt even have the guts to call me back with any kind of update. Dont persue these guys if you actually want respected and to get something done. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL.
