The five star its not enough having been in the automotive business before Ive got with situations that mechanics I have tried to sowa to newtonville which doesnt exist to seniors they prey on except for this big old tire place unbelievable workmanship their mechanics are troubleshooters vicious something that is necessary if you want in automotive business to succeed well room clean boxes there pride in their work is outstanding and the person that runs the front with Denise is there a 5 1/2 six stars super efficient super likeable I can hook you up with a AAA service that is impeccable also I recommend this big old tires to a senior citizen I heard youre not want to be ripped off when theyre taking their vehicle in to have it repaired I shave it with maximum effort they are forthright thank you big ol and God bless

I had the best service. I had an oil change done and they do many extra sevices included in the oil change. They did a 22 point inspection and rotated my tires. Im traveling out of town so it gave me peace of mind knowing that they did a thorough inspection. I know my brakes, hoses and belts, etc. are all in great condition. I highly recommend this place.

I needed two new rear tires put on, I just had one blow out on me, and I had an very important doctor appointment the next day far away, and I showed up at their shop, actually as they were closing. In stead of turning me away, they helped me. Excellent service and excellent quality.

Everyone is very attentive paid attention to what my inquiries were, very informative and had an estimate for me shortly after the brakes were inspected.

We came in to just have our spare tire put on and the customer service was wonderful.

Fantastic customer service! My car was squeaking in reverse so I needed to get my brakes checked, and they have FREE BRAKE CHECKS! and alignment checks. I didnt have to pay anything, and Denise was super helpful explaining it all to me in terms I could understand. Denise was also friendly and accommodating. Both Denise and Justin are great. All staff also wear masks!

Came to get an oil change as soon as they opened and they said it would be an hour and a half or 2 and I agreed to stay and people were in and out after I got here with bigger problems leaving before me while my car was still parked and after 3 hours they barely started working on it. Resulting me in being late to work they should have let me know that it would be a longer wait time.

Big O tires is a great place to get your car serviced but I took my girlfriends 2015 Chevy Cruze Diesel to get a oil change and the oil got over filled now the engine needs to be replaced. The car is still out of action and is sitting at Stromiers auto is there anything we can do about it please let me know because she is still paying a car note with no vehicle other than that I personally have had a great experience. I need your help Denise Loustalot.

Ive never heard so many we dont do thats at any establishment!: We had a flat on our 5th wheel. Called ahead to see if they had a tire.... they did, but told us we couldnt park there.... went anyway (what else could we do?) Once there, they said they couldnt (wouldnt) change it for us because they didnt have a jack.... bought the tire.... it took them an hour to put it on the wheel.... while waiting we thought wed top off our propane.... they couldnt (wouldnt) sell us any because its the weekend.... Stay clear of this place if you can!

Awesome work. They are Quick and they get things done right without any hiccups. Not like Tire Pros that are wrong in everything they do. I recommend Big O tires in Clearlake to everyone that needs vehicle repairs. Cant speak for the Big O Tires in Ukiah, but i can for the shop in Clearlake.

Went to Big O to have a set of snow and ice mounted and balanced. Started off with a speed bump, finished with the checkered flag. The shop is hard-working prompt and very honest you’re really good work

I was informed of everything up front. I waited for my oil change with coffee and reading materials. When my car was done, I was told of all the items that were checked and okay. The price was a great price in comparison to what I have paid with other service centers. When I got into my car, there was a flower and a new trash bag with a thank you! I feel very well taken care of, and the price was great!

They were honest and didnt overcharge. They took great care of my cars and got a great price on tires here. Honest, friendly and reasonable. Extremely busy everyday so you might want to make an appointment. I took my car in for a problem and they couldnt diagnose it but they didnt charge me either - that is what good customer service looks like.These guys are straight up and honest! They always treat me with respect and give me options. They give me a heads up about upcoming fixes which takes the stress out of last minute repairs. I switched to them after a competitor overcharged me for a complementary service. Ive never been happier. As a woman who isnt car savvy - I never feel lied to and they explain exactly what the issue is without adding additional fixes and/or costs. The guys at the desk are great! This review is repersentative of customer service only as it was so poor, they were unable to get my vehicle into the shop.I called one day about tires and repairing a boot underneath the vehicle. I was asked to describe the problem and I did. The guy on the phone told me my information didnt make sense. Hurtful, but fair enough; I was just relaying information I was told by someone else.So we instead spoke about tires. I dont have the numbers memorized, but I figured that they would have access to the info if I told them I still has stock tires with make, model, sub model, and engine size. They wouldnt even ballpark it for me.Heres the kicker, I tried to make an appointment just so they could look at it and tell me what I need. The guy on the line told me I need to get all of the information for what I want done and then I can have an appointment. Basically, I asked them to take my money and they said no.So I called another shop and after a 4 minute, 37 second phone call with the same info, an appointment was made within the week and they are now $1200 richer. Too bad I was too inconvenient for Big O. I wont ever trouble them again.

Shady shady this place is supposed to do Lyft inspections 20-30 dollars when I called up he told me 50 so they must be pocketing the extra money , theyre supposed to have a checklist for the inspection the guy told me that I was supposed to have it checked on online find out that thier are to provide the checklist for the inspection big surprise went to the city got it done for 13 dollars dont waste your time at big o tire in clearlake thier rip off artist

I was on my way home from work got a flat tire. Turned around drove in to Big o tire. Brett and Jim were so helpful and nice they had my tire fixed in 10 minutes and I was on the road again. It says there open until 5:30 I get there at 5:10 just need them to dismount two tires and the wont do it . How lame is that. They should say what time they take the last customer at 5

Thank god Big O is back!! These folks were part of the original Big O team back at the old location. Weve known Denise and Pete Loustalot for at least 20 years. We have everything done with them and have always had great service with a smile! Everything has always been as estimated, pricing has always been fair and the work is done quick and clean with a fresh carnation (get it?) and a nice bottle of water waiting on the seat! Anyone saying anything bad about these folks is itching for a fight! Enterprise Towing is great too! AAA!

Dishonest, beware. Went in yesterday to have an alignment done, get the brakes checked out, and do a coolant flush. Technician Sean told me on the phone if I drop the truck off they would fit me in. Got a call about 7 hours later with an $800 estimate...okay they charge a lot for labor, no worries. I opted to get just the alignment and do the rest myself. They told me I need new brakes and rotors all around, when I got the tires off turns out that was a lie, just needed fronts. Okay so maybe they’re just erring on the side of caution, no big deal. Then I took a look at the tie rods, they didn’t do an alignment, no fresh grapple marks, they did nothing. I went back in today with my receipt to get my money back thinking “hey, maybe they just forgot to do it, honest mistake”. I showed the manager and Sean the pictures I took proving that nothing had been adjusted, they handed me a piece of paper I can make on my pc in 5 minutes and called it “legal proof” that they did the work. When I insisted that you can’t adjust the alignment without actually making an adjustment, the explanation I got was “we use real tools, they don’t make scratches or grapple marks”. It’s metal applying pressure to metal, it’s impossible not to make a mark, they refused to make it right. Stay away from this place, total ripoff.

Honest, fast tire service. I went in to get a flat tire fixed on my 2014 Toyota Prius V. I was expecting to have to buy a new tire, but the tech inspected my flat, spotted a nail (!) in it, and offered to repair it for just $15 (installed), way less than the cost of a new tire. The staff were pleasant and the waiting room was clean and comfortable. The repair took just 30 minutes.

Check engine light came on.. Big O checked it, gas cap issue....No charge. I buy my tires here, and highly recommend this place for all vehicle issues...Love the guys who run the place. Straight forward and honest, something hard to find in Clearlake.

Some of the employees were rude n short with answers they were not really willing to help find what I needed and didnt offer any kind of anything...the employees acted is if they were above the customers and seemed snobbish...theres one or 2 guys there that were what an customer service rep should ideally be but the rest of the guys are not welcoming or friendly

I called this morning 1/23/17.I wanted to get new A/T tires on my suv today.I talked to Denise and told her exactly what I wanted. I explained my friend had just bought the brand I wanted, gave her the make, model and year of my vehicle.She told me We have over 800 tires in stock. I am sure we have tires for your vehicle. She did not take the time to check her stock.When I left my house it was snowing. I drove 16 miles to the tire store only to be told they had no A/T tires for my vehicle but they could order them.All she had to do was take time to check when I called.Very Disappointed

They didnt help me at all,Futhermore I called AAA and they sold me a battery and installed it.When the battery failed,I was asked for a receipt for the service .I called AAA and was instructed to go to the local store for verification,of the battery that was clearly marked AAA.I was told there was nothing could be done without a receipt.
