Would not recommend this company for storage, started when I showed up and they did not have the unit on the floor or size the I reserved. Had to switch floors at a higher cost and no solutions were offered. Then I was spammed with a review request, so I left a bad review with them. That led nowhere and they never said anything about it. Then when I checked in they gave me the impression that I was all set and that they would take the payment every month on the same day from the card I used. I did not know that I hard to set up an account online and then make payments through there. Which is fine and I would have, if they would have told me that is what I needed to do. Overall I am regretting more and more that I signed up with them and cant wait till I move out already.

Had the worst moving day possible and went in here with attitude because of it. Ashley helped us get a storage unit and figured a way to get us an extra free day on our uhaul rental. My friend and I could not thank this girl enough. After the day we had and so stressed we left there with tears because of the great help from this girl. Thank you Ashley you made our weekend! Give this sweet young girl a raise!

I scheduled an appointment two weeks ago to have a trailer hitch installed. They waited the night before my service date to text me stating they don’t have the parts and don’t know when they will have them. This place doesn’t value your time at all. I’ll gladly pay someone else more money who won’t waste my time.

Used this place before and never had an issue and service was efficient.

I would not recommend filling propane here.Pretty new tank and would not fill it because he couldnt find a date on the tank.They do not know what they are doing there after taking my time and gas to get there.He also wanted to fill the tank that had some in it by volume and not use the scale. Duh.I will never do business there again.Good luck if you do

I needed a van. I reserved it online and they had it ready when I got there which made it quick and easy. The have all kinds of trucks, vans, and trailers available to rent. In town or way way rentals are available. Inside the store they have supplies for moving. Boxes, plastic wrap, and tape. They also rent bicycles. They offer trailer hitch installation and accessories. If you need storage they have that as well. Full service rental if you need to move stuff or haul it.

Stuck on phone for many hours without them picking up when I walked in the staff was not busy and nowhere near the phone I simply needed to extend my day

All is well that ends well. I came back a couple weeks after a hitch install to get a brake controller installed. Should have taken 1.5 hours, but something was delaying the wiring to the Brake Switch... because it got broken. Kat was cool and asked her manager to have a look and see about reimbursing the replacement. Manager was cool and said get a quote/receipt for the repair and bring it back. $10 part, quick replacement and I came back for them to finish the job. Manager comped the installation fee, so I just paid for parts since this fiasco shot my whole Friday. Mistakes happen, but they did the right thing by taking responsibility for it and serving the customer.

We came here expecting some trouble due to the terrible service we had for the reservation. I was so happy to be surprised!! David meet us on the lot and had everything ready to go. He was very friendly and personable. I would highly recommend just coming here straight away to talk to someone for any need.

Rented a trailer to me and my stepfather a week and a half ago never said a word about my license being expired but suddenly they cant rent one to me now. I understand its their rules but at least be consistent with it. And someone ought to know that theyll break a rule like that and then deny it to your face that they ever did.

It would be great if someone at the local office answered the phone instead of sending you to the u-haul message system!

I rented an 8 pickup from this location. The truck was new and ran great. During my time with the truck I had an incident with a trailer that ran into the tail gate of the truck. When I dropped off the pickup I let the owner (he was the only personnel there at the time) know what had happened and walked around the truck with him. He was very reasonable and non emotional about it all. His reaction, the service, and the condition of the truck is all what urged me to write this review. Ive had other uhaul experiences that were sub par and sometimes even uncomfortable when it comes to tallying up the bill.

I cant say enough good about this business but mostly the General Manager David, He is very kind, easy to work with, and always there with a smile and a willingness to help. He is always there to work with you on whatever needs you have, hes always responsive and willing to talk with you, and the staff there is for the most part very friendly and helpful as well. I would recommend this facility over any other facility out there.

We have had an amazing customer service experience at this location of U-Haul. We needed a hitch installed on a holiday weekend and Cat went out of her way to accommodate us, driving 45 minutes away to pick up a hitch so that we could have same day service and go play this weekend. She is a hitch pro and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend U-Haul in Sunset for an old-school customer service experience.

Arrived a couple minutes before closing and was told I had to go online from my phone to check in the van we rented. Seriously? What happened to customer service. I couldnt imagine turning a customer away before or even a few minutes after closing. Im extremely pregnant and had to stop to use the restroom after moving all day. I explained this to the two young guys working the store and they couldnt have cared less... my bad I guess? next time Ill use a different service that doesnt treat customers like a burden. Took us almost an hour to check in the van online and it surely would have taken them minutes to just be decent. Then as we sit trying to figure out the website the one guy that refused to help us kept leaving and coming back just to sit and watch us. Yeah took us a while, we dont know what we are doing thats why we paid for help that we didnt receive... Business run by incompetent young adults with attitude and no customer service.

The GM is super cool, rented a trailer mot knowing that I get a free month of storage. I thought it was only on trucks, but nope trailers as well. I had a lock but not the right kind needed, he helped me out there get the right kind of lock as well. plus helpfull with everying getting intomy 10x10 unit. I do think more ppl need to come rent here.

The manager is great there. Great storage facility, lots of amenities. Also, one stop shopping for everything you might need for storage & moving.

Very friendly staff. The rental process was very quick and I was on the road in less than 15 minutes. I highly recommend this location.

Attendants did not inform of $1 per mile charge, we were given a $60 estimation and paid nearly $150. We were told to fill up tank to 3/4 upon return, but it was around half when we picked up the truck. Website upon return was also very difficult to use.

This place is great very clean and customer friendly they take pride in what they do. So much better than lock it up storage

I talked with David, who may be the manager. Regardless, he spent plenty of time on the phone answering all my questions about renting a car dolly one way and thinking outside of the box and even outside of his normal day-to-day operations to answer questions and help me come up with a solution that would work. We spoke multiple times on the phone and he was extremely helpful and gave Class A customer service. Very impressed.

Went there for a propane tank fill and was very disappointed. having once worked at a place that did propane tank filling and knowing the difference between an empty tank and full one was sold a mere half gallon. at that point I was told it wouldnt accept any more and was already full. I objected and was told again it was full. rather than argue I paid for my half gallon and filled it at another business later that week.

The UHaul experience went well from online reservation to return. The 26 truck was well maintained and worked great. Thanks, David and team for all your work. Id recommend you to friends and neighbors.

Service was great until we returned the truck, after hours which we had oked with uhaul the day we rented it. Upon return you have to take I believe it was 3 pictures of the truck to show condition of the returned truck.. So when we took the pictures as instructed on my phone, we tried to upload the photos to uhaul, would not upload because of their site. After trying for over an hour we called uhaul customer svc. Nearly 2 hours later, uhaul finally let us leave the key and give up on the pictures. Not the problem you want to have after an exhausting day of moving.

Very bad customer service from the men, likes to argue instead of finding a solution, once they open their eyes and use their brains they can figure it out. The ladys will help find a solution. Recommend this place when the ladys are working.

Seriously they need to get a better crew Nathan weish was refilling my propane tanks and didn’t know how and assured me that my tank was full with shy of a gallon then he tried aging and filled it halfway said that it was full this time honestly I don’t trust this place get your people probably trained ..

The 26 truck rattled and shook your body. Gave me a headache. The step to get into truck is a high one if your vertically challenged. Move went well I was glad to drop the truck off and get into my Exployer.

Van was dirty.they advertised 19.95 a day.but then they charge 79 cpm.

Made an appointment to have a hitch installed. Showed up and they didnt bother to call and tell us the parts hadnt come in. 5 weeks later, they schedule. Call us the day before and ask us to bring it in earlier, then they dont have time to install the hitch. 6 weeks and still no hitch.

The service there was outstanding.
