Called to just cancel my appointment to be considerate so I didn’t “no show” a representative and they weren’t waiting around for nothing. The woman who answered the call asked if I wanted to reschedule, and I said no. She asked me the same thing multiple times after I blatantly said I just wanted to cancel. She then asked me if I had someone else doing my taxes. I said all I want to do is just cancel, and she offered a “second review.” I didn’t respond to her because I already told her to cancel my appointment OVER FOUR TIMES and she hung up with me. Seems like a dodged a huge bullet especially after reading other reviews.

I went to this office in February after receiving a coupon for $50 off, and while setting my appointment i was told with the coupon the cost would be about $250 give or take. That seemed expensive, but not unreasonable, and was told that they couldnt give me an exact #. When i got to my appointment checked again, and was given the same estimate. We sat down I had already prepared most of the documents, and just wanted to make sure they were done right. After spending more than half the day with a tax prep specialist who asked computer questions constantly and had to do my taxes multiple times because she kept forgetting to save, was told that my total was almost $500 and that the $50 coupon could no longer be used because they did an amendment and That the computer would no longer accept me as a new customer. After arguing about the price was told that the work was done, and I didnt have much choice. The one thing I did pay extra for was a protection plan because of all the trouble that i had getting the taxes prepared. So i finally took what i was given and left. I didnt know there wass a problem until i started getting collection calls saying that they hadnt been paid from my refund so i had to come up with the money. I have been led around for almost 2 weeks and was told that maybe we could do something about the charges if I did the other sheets on my own. Time passed with no calls back called them again today after redoing the work that was supposed to bring my bill down and i was told to bad they will not help out, and I still dont have my refund the IRS is holding it for errors on my return and they are telling me that they will not step in and help. I was told after the fact that i could have left the papers there and wouldnt have been charged but told that was not the case in the beginning stay away use any other tax service Im now in trouble with the IRS and these guys dont care and only care about getting their money weather i get mine or not
