I have been using Beeline for 4 years now and highly recommend their service and quality! I had a scheduling conflict today and Adam, the technician, was very communicative in his timing getting to my house and was able to arrive toward the later portion of the time frame I had been given. He had a pleasant demeanor and attitude when he arrived and was very thorough in his spraying. I am so happy with their technicians and we don’t have the unwanted pests anymore, or they die quickly when they hit the barrier around the home. My 11 year old asked “why are they coming, we don’t have bugs?” And I am very happy to report he is correct; we don’t have bugs in the house anymore since hiring this company.

Great price for a great service! We are on their quarterly program. We’ve had an ongoing earwig infestation since we moved into our new build home, and having pest control come was the best decision! They even come between quarterly visits if needed. Professional, skilled, and to the point!

We had a yellow jacket problem and Beeline came out within a day or two which was awesome. They have a 30-day guarantee or something along those lines. Well, after 3 or 4 treatments my husband was still being stung by these nasty yellow jackets. We called again, a little more frustrated this time, and they sent out a field supervisor (even though Im pretty sure we were past the 30-day guarantee.) Finally, it worked. We are happy that the issue is resolved but the time it took was burdensome and quite painful for my husband! Overall, we will use beeline again.

Called about ants and they only did ants. I had hoped they would have covered spiders and other typical bugs. Nice technician who came out though.

After they sprayed spiders came crawling out of every crevice. It was terrifying, but then they died. So that was nice.

I got their one time service for $85 and that included the entire house and my yard. I only had them spray my basement and my yard, but he couldnt even do that! He did my backyard and my front yar. My side yard apparently are not included in the $85 price. Before he left and I was signing paperwork I asked him if he did in fact spray the side of my yard where the gravel is because I have a lot of spiders there He informed me that he did not but he would do it on his way out. Why he didnt do it in the first place is beyond me I would have assumed the yard included my side yard as well. Long story Short I have a ring camera on the side of my house and he did not do what i asked and payed for. I can visibly see dead spiders in my basement and around the base of my house but my side yards are both full and thriving of spiders including the black widows I was trying to get rid of. Overall NOT happy with their service and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

Fantastic service. They came out and sprayed for some box elder bugs that we have been dealing with for years. I used to have to vacuum up hundreds! Now we only see a few occasionally after one treatment. We definitely will be using them again!

Bed bug removal was very affordable. The company assured us their techniques are approved for use in medical and childcare facilities. We’ve had Beeline pest control treat our home for several years now and we no longer have any trouble with insects in our home. At one point there was construction behind our house and we had issues with mice, and Beeline is the only place that got rid of them!

These guys are great at communicating, very responsive. I also appreciate that they use pet/child safe indoor sprays and guarantee their coverage for the time between visits! They did an awesome job getting rid of our window well spiders, and killing everything in the crawl space under the house. All in one application, and they didn’t harm the bees that still frequent our garden.

This place has very poor customer service. They are very quick to charge a $30.00 fee if you are having trouble following threw with the contract. Whether it’s because of work schedules or concern on having people around your baby’s/family due to covid. It’s a 4 time spray contract which I had already paid for the prior 3 all that was left was the fourth. Which they don’t charge until the work is done so they were out nothing. It’s not like I’m looking for a handout. Even if you express these things to them they are very consistent on the fee. They also let you know you can sign another contract if you want after the fee is paid. What a joke. Stay away take your business somewhere else!

I was given a futon from a friend and it had bedbugs. Used Beeline to get rid of them, they were only in one room. I was told 4 treatments would do the trick since the bugs werent bad. Well, 3 months later they are still there and beeline is telling me I have to redo the entire process and because its been more than 60 days since the last treatment. Im irate. Will NEVER use this company again.

I’ve only been a customer for a few months but am very pleased so far. Had to schedule an “inbetween-service” once to take care of some wasps and was scheduled right away. Technician came out and took care of the issue. The other two times, which were regular scheduled maintenance appointments were also fast, thorough, and friendly. Can’t ask for anything more.

Called them when we found bed bugs in my sons room. They came out within 2 days. We went with them because the price was lower than others, but their guarantee was the same, or better. They held up to the guarantee. It took 6 visits from them, but we have finally been weeks without seeing any bed bugs!! They are a nightmare to get rid of, but Beeline did it. We are still in the guarantee period, so I know if I see anymore, they will come back, no questions asked. Their techs were very friendly and knowledgeable too, and very thorough when checking for hiding places for the bugs. Im so happy they are finally gone!!

I had a very disappointing experience. I had a mice problem. Beeline came out and put out a few bait stations and assured me this would take care of the problem. A month later I was still getting mice droppings. I asked them to come out again. The technician came out, reviewed what the last guy had done and said they really couldn’t do anything more. He suggested I clean up any potential food source, which I did. A week later I actually saw a mouse in my bedroom. Since Beeline had already told me this was all they could do I did the research to find another company. I called Beeline to see about getting a refund, but they said they do not give refunds. They offered to send another person out, but by this time I was very anxious to get this resolved. The other company was coming son, and I had no reason to trust that Beeline could do more for me. Very disappointing.

The process for getting service was just a simple call away. When I need help I’ll always get on the Beeline. You should get on the “Beeline” as well. You won’t be sorry.

Beeline was quick to come…they had good availability. I needed help with mice. But I was a little disappointed that the tech was in the house for about 5 minutes, and just placed a few blocks of poison around. I could have done it for much less than the $125 I was charged for the 5 minutes. I just thought I’d be getting more when I hired a professional.

Quick, efficient & priced well

Had a black widow infestation in my garage, and they came and sprayed earlier than expected. The very next day, found a massive, dead black widow outside the garage and was spider free super quick. Very impressed, will definitely reach out to again when I need them!

These guys will get you by not contacting you or properly attempting to get a hold of you so they will just not come and complete their services and charge you at the end of a year to make money off of you. I was happy with the original service. But these guys are dirty. Dont use them. Or dont sign up for a contract. The servicemen was great. But wow..

We had a terrible problem with hornets/wasps. They had over taken our yard and garden. Beeline came out and sprayed the eves of the house, garage and overhang. Immediately there was a decrease in the number of hornets. After a week there was a few still lingering. When I called they came out and resprayed a stubborn hiding spot. We have been virtually wasp free since.

I have used Beeline before with great success but my last time was an EPIC fail. I had carpet beetles show up in the summer and I called them and asked them specifically if they could deal with those. When their driver arrived, he said no one had told him he was doing those and it would cost me more. I got someone on the phone and after a lot of back and forth, they agreed that it was supposed to be included in the price. He did a light spray, didnt even go in my garage (as I was told) and left. Low and behold...the carpet beetles stayed. Next spray, I told them there was still a problem. They told me that I could have called to have them come back, but I travel for work and dont want a company out every week, I want the problem resolved. He said he would take care of it and quickly sprayed again. Still carpet beetles. I called the office. The girl acted like she had no idea what I was talking about carpet beetles. Put me on hold for a long time and said someone would call me back. Next call I got was for my next service. I called in and asked why on earth would I use a service that cant kill the bugs they promise, and dont call back when they say they will. They apologized and then told me I had to pay for the next quarter. No thank you. I called in again and told them I would be happy to pay for another quarter if they could hold up their end of the bargain by actually killing bugs. I got an uhhhh we can have someone call you back. Call never came. Finally, after being sent to collections and never receiving a customer service call as promised, I called today to remind them that I am not renewing with them. They said if I had called before...WHAT? I did, twice. No one returned my calls. I had to pay $30 to cancel my end of the agreement and they got away with not upholding their end. Terrible staff that isnt knowledgeable about bugs...apparently doesnt document when a customer calls in unsatisfied and then bullies with a threat of a credit report if I dont cancel and agreement they didnt fulfill. Fly away from this company as fast as you can!

Watch the fine print for the quarterly service. They will charge you for canceling the quarterlies even after being a repeat customer for a couple years on multiple properties. They lost a repeat customer over that. Their pest control service is about average compared to other competitors I’ve hired.

I made one phone call and they had someone out to my home the next day.The technician was courteous, polite, and professional. It took him less than 30 minutes to spray the interior, exterior, and crawl space of my 1,000 sqft single level home, including going over all the paperwork and guarantees with me before he left.

On the first visit they left a bait box for rats. On the second visit I watched as they opened the bait box and ti was brand new inside, no evidence of bait or even dust. It was obvious to both myself and the technician and trainee that there was never bait placed in the box originally. The trainee began to ask where the rods were and was quickly silenced by the technician. They filled the bait box, didnt secure it and didnt insert rods. They performed their service and left leaving both of my yard gates open (I have a dog). I was awakened at 4am to find a raccoon batting the bait box around my patio scattering bait everywhere. When I called them to cancel my service they told me they would charge me $30 to cancel due to the contract I signed. I would not recommend this business to anyone. I hate to say it because I like to support local business butSenske provided better service.

Very disappointed in their service. They guy was friendly that came out in April. We do have a high roofline ( where the wasps are) and he was done spraying in a just a few minutes, with no ladder.He said he was able to reach where the wasps were. He told my husband and it would last ALL summer. We called back today (August) because the wasps are back. Today we were told it was only guaranteed for 30 days. Not worth it for $80! Will not be back!!! We were told we should be happy for as long as it lasted!
