It has been completely horrible working with this company. In the last 3 weeks I have spoken to about 15 reps. For about 5 or more hours. They had to run my credit two times because they didnt do it right the first time. I have been told 4 different days and times for my installment dates. They have multiple departments that say they dont communicate with each other. They want me to be available from 8am-5pm to do the installment. Do they think people dont have jobs? It is a joke. When I asked if I could be the last appointment and I would leave work early. They said they cant guarantee it. I havent even started my service with them and I think they are the biggest scammers ever. I dont want to have service with them. I am so very unsatisfied. I wish I could just talk to someone that knows what they are doing and can help me.
