I received a unexpected call for a position in the landfill even though Im employed and have been for years. When I asked the agent where she found my number, she replied off a list. I asked her to remove my number and the call disconnected. She then called me back to offer the same position. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was placed on hold then hung up on. I returned the call, to be placed on hold for the manager. The manager Arlene answered and attempted to explain how it was an accident for the double call. I am in a similar field so I am aware of state and federal guidelines regarding these types of calls. Once I explained that to the manager, she became very aggressive and confrontational about the matter. Raising her voice, and cutting me off while speaking. I explained how I felt she had no compassion where her office had made the mistake and how I was confused as to why I was met with such aggression. The manager Arlene refused to give me her supervisors information claiming she is the office manager of the clearfield location. If this is how I.E.S. does business, I would advise to stay away from this location or at least office manager Arlene Nunez.

Arlene the manager legit messed up my w2, and now I owe taxes... Cant explain it and just hangs up when you call

I have a part time job but needed a full time so i am basically new to the workforce also my English is not very good. I struggled with filling up applications but the ladies in IES are wonderful, they are understanding and very helpful. Thank you very much Maam Lexi. Mike Christian

Awesome temp agency

So far so good! Out of all the staffing agencies in the area, this one is the one I feel is most able to help with adversity and real life stuff. They have been able to help myself as well as many others i know personally, with not so shiny backgrounds, which in turn helps them make their life better & be employed with great companies! Keep it up i.e.s.!

Terrible and incompetent people. I applied for plastics production at Lifetime. They told me to start on a Tuesday. Then they forgot to put me on there spreadsheet but didn’t tell me. So I went to lifetime on tues and weds and was turned away both times. Then they put me on a manufacturing job where I messed up my shoulder. A job I didn’t apply for.They said to get a doctors note so I can start the production job. I got it and they said I was good to go. They called me later that day and said I wasn’t able to start because of my arm. These guys are incompetent.

Very good service from every one of the staff members! All the staff is also very understanding and easy to work with. Good pay. Clean and resourceful place.

While I see see all these 5 star ratings, I just cant do it. When they called for an interview, I explained that I lost my ssc with my married name but I had a good copy of my marriage licence. Was told that was fine. But it turned out to be a waste. Even after explaining I had another card with my picture that required a state and federal background check they insisted that I had to be employed under my maiden name. Ended up walking out when they wouldnt listen to me.

I love their staffing agency. they are very helpful and very friendly. they are so quick with helping you with what you need. if you need a job come to the staffing agency in clearfield bc they are legit. they have helped me so much when i would come in. their presence and professional approach makes us employees feel welcome and safe and also privileged to be a part of the IES family. I can trust them to follow through with their promises they make as an employer.

My husband is employed through IES and they have been so good to him. When we moved they helped him secure a new position right away. The very first time we went into the office the staff were all very helpful and were very sweet to me too even though I wasnt looking for employment.
