Ken is fantastic to work with. He helped design and customize our current home of 12 years and were looking forward to working with him and his team again.

Kenneth is the nicest guy you will ever meet. I could tell how knowledgeable he was in every aspect of the plan design process. He helped us make alterations to his already great house plans to meet out HOA requirements. Highly recommend if you are in need of house plans!

We love KH Design. We went in with want we wanted and Ken worked with us every step of the way to make our dream home possible. He had a plan so close to what we wanted but we wanted to change several things. Ken made the changes and the house looks amazing.

I used KH design for the first time recently and was very happy. Ken was very nice, easy to work with.

I wish I could give no stars! I went in to buy a plan and make a couple changes and was yelled at multiple times by Ken. He said all of the changes were impossible but he was really just to lazy to draw new plans. His solution to get out of drawing new plans was to yell at the customer until they agreed with him. Do not go here!!!
