I’ve been coming to quick and clean for years now and have always had a great experience until yesterday when I took one of my older work cars through the wash. After coming out of the wash I noticed a bunch of white specs on the windshield, but didn’t think much of it. Later when I got home I noticed the brushes took a big chunk of paint of the top of my truck. Luckily it was my junker work vehicle and not my everyday car (that I’ve taken through before)I think quick and clean is a great company, but I’m not taking any more cars through until the fix the brush problem

Dalton went above and beyond cleaning my car. My husband and I went traveling and had quite a few bugs on our car. He took extra time scrubbing. So much that we made it a point to tip him (I hope that is allowed). His service was surprising and unexpected. We have a membership here. If you have a problem, Amanda the manager is awesome. Super impressed!!

Best car wash in the area! Great customer service, the best vacuums and if the automated car wash misses something which is rare, the people are always willing to fix it or let me go back through. I have four young kids and a mini van so it gets trashed inside pretty quick. The vacuums never clog up. They make getting sand out of the carpet easier! Love this place!

I have never been a “regular” at a car wash. I recently bought a new car and figured I would take the plunge. I am SO happy with this car wash. The staff if so courteous and they spray off my car prior to the wash. There vacuums are great and even have a place to wash your mats for free! I will continue to be a regular! I have been so pleased!

Went through the car wash with the same rack and same car as i have many times before. This time as I went through the wash I herd a huge thud and next saw my rack fall to my front windshield. As I pulled out of the wash I talked to the employee at the kiosk who help me fill out a incident report and reassured me that my manager would be in the next day and she would help me out and replace any damage.The next day I called the wash first thing in the morning. No answer. 15 calls later and hours later with no answer. I decided to show up to the wash myself and talk to the manager who should of called me. When I got there she acted like she was “SO BUSY” not ONE car was entering the car wash. She had my report sitting on her desk where her phone that has caller ID was sitting. Pretty clear to me she was completely ignoring my 15 calls I had made from 8am-12pm. She told me they have a disclaimer about racks and basically and signs everywhere. I told her to show me the signs. One sign as you are entering the car wash being guided by an employee to get lined up on the track so you would never see the “disclaimer”. Also, if you really cared about your customers. The employee at the kiosk could inform those who have racks on their car that they are entering at their own risk. So people actually know their could be damage and no one will do anything about it. But instead they just care about taking your money.I told the manager the employee who I talk to the day prior said the damage would be taking care of. She told me absolutely not and those employees are just KIDS. They don’t know what they are talking about. Aft we going back and fourth with the manager she informed me she’d talk to her boss to see if he’d do anything for me. Because my car now damaged on my roof as you can see in the pictures below. She told me she’d called me early afternoon the next day. Did she call? Nope! I called. No answer of course. So, I made my husband go down to the car was again and he left a bad review and that was the only way we got a response back. Which was nothing. In his response to my husbands bad review on google they made to look like they cared and were trying to help us out. No, they aren’t going to do anything and they are by far the worst customer service from the manager and owner. Maybe they should be trained by the “kids” that work for them. They actually had customer service and cared about my situation. The manager and owner will just ignore you and pretend like they will help you. When they don’t care. So, hopefully you won’t ever have to deal with management because you will be treated the same way. I’ll never be back to this wash. And I will let everyone I know as well.Also, don’t respond back with a “manger response” like you’re going to help me out because we all know that’s a lie.

The best automated car wash in the Layton, Clearfield, Syracuse area! Its not gaudy with a massive Vegas LED sign and a plexiglass building. It does the best job cleaning my black car and the unlimited wash with the wheel shine is definitely worth it! The staff is always energetic and at your widow outside just in case you need help with making your selection, unlike all other car wash places. Their vacuums work really well with their own unit and one on each side so you dont have to play the take your turn game with other cars. They even have an air hose on the inside vacuums with a floor mat washer for everyone to use! Seriously, you have to go here!

Ive been to this car was too many times to count. Recently I went through the car wash and it ripped off my car/bike rack and dented the top of the roof.They said to fill out an incident report and they would take care of the damages but to wait for the owner to contact me.Ive gone back to the business several times to follow up and guess who hasnt contacted me.I was going to give them a chance to take care of it themselves but i guess theyd rather have an insurance agency going after them.

Pleasant people, quick to help, fairly fast carwash, detail air to hep remove drips from things like chrome emblems and around rearview mirrors ect.Good strong vacuums for interior cleaning.I use them weekly for a fast removal of dirty rains and other dirt and splashes.

Great car wash with a very friendly staff. A couple of vacuums are down but Im sure this is just due to use and they get repaired fairly quickly. The free floor mat cleaners and automatic gates for members are a great touch.

This used to be the best car wash and then they under went new ownership in the summer of 2020 and it all went down the drain. The cost doubled, vehicle is not getting anywhere close to as clean, no brushing of my vehicle at the beginning, and the employees are Extremely rude.We miss the old management and employees. So nice, went above and beyond, and was worth the Drive.Hopefully they lose enough service and sell so maybe another new management can bring it back !

Had a car covered with bugs from a trip out to Antelope Island and they took extra time to really spray off the front end of the car. Really appreciated that extra effort!!

I was a very faithful customer of this car wash until the new owners took over. Like other reviewers, I was also caught by their offering the month trial at $19.99 but failing to disclose the auto-billing. I would have NEVER consented to the auto-billing had I known. I was not allowed to purchase just an individual wash by the attendant and was told that this monthly trial was the only alternative.Fast forward a month later, and to my surprise a $39.99 pending charge shows up on my card statement. I immediately contacted the phone number and got to a recording that indicates that I cannot actually leave a message. I went online and was able to cancel the subscription I didnt know I was signed up for, and I immediately submitted a support request asking for a refund of the $39.99 since the month had not yet started and I did not use the services. Very, very disappointed and I want my $40 back!!!UPDATED 11/13/2020: Immediately after posting my review, I was contacted by the manager of this location (Amanda) and she was extremely apologetic and processed a refund immediately for the extra $40 charge. She also mentioned that they do still have individual washes available and less expensive packages as options as well. Amanda did a great job resolving my concerns and making sure that I was taken care of so that I would consider returning to this car wash. She said they are working out some challenges, such as the need for answering the phone and that they are available there in the office to help with any other issues. I was really pleasantly surprised that they responded so quickly and resolved my concern immediately. They have just saved a potential customer. Thank you Amanda!!!

Love this place 1 of the best places to get your car washed

This is a very nice car wash. If you have a small car itll probably cost a few bucks more than a typical pay n spray but if youve got an Expedition covered in nasty winter road grime its definitely worth it! Theyll even pre spray for you if your car is especially gross. They have free vacuums and a floor mat washer and my kids love the cool LED lights.

They usually always do it good job cleaning my car. I have the monthly pass so I tend to keep my car cleaner than before I bought the pass.I guess its just easier to skip getting the car washed if you have to pay for it right then, thats why having the pass is great.

New management is working very well. Employees are out there to help you going in and the vacuum area is good. They have an automatic carpet cleaning machine too.

My review of this place went from unprofessional 1-star to now 4-star - not a 5-star since there is a few more processes they are working through, but no doubt they will get there.The claim process for me was stretched over over a couple of months, and took a lot of patience to complete; however, I am pleased to now erase the negative and bragg on the Manager. Here is the thing, this location used to be under management that was rigid in practice, but now the culture is changing for the better with new owners. The long process for my claim was due to the ordering process, but not due to a lack of concern. I am now a happy patron of this carwash and believe that this location is moving in the right direction which is to put the customer first.

I love this carwash. The staff are attentive, the carwash is great and they have a couple other things that are free along with your carwash. The monthly passes are completely worth it.

They had a 50% off special for the ultimate package at 19.95. It is an automatic monthly renewal. I was charged 39.95 for the next month, which they failed to tell me of the price increase. Trying to contact the company to cancel, their telephone system is automated saying you cant leave a message. Going to the website and cancel was horrible. They ask for your tag number to access your account. My tag number wasnt found. Finding my receipt, the tag numbers didnt match. Sure they can wash your car but really shifty management.... BEWARE

Best Car Wash in town! They even have what I’ve been trying to find for awhile which are mat cleaners. (You put your mats in this machine and they come out clean) They also provide blue dry towels complimentary which is awesome! This is the only car wash I go to now with my 2018 Chevy Colorado

While the people are friendly and the car wash itself is good. Ive tried to cancel my elite membership three times now, without resolve. First, I went online as instructed when I first signed up to have my info not on file. Then I went to talk with someone at the carwash and they told me the license plate was in the system wrong so now i can cancel online (instead of canceling it for me in person???) I then went home and tried to cancel online again to have the website tell me that I am not in the database. I called the location I signed up at and no one picked up and the answer machine directed me to the website about membership status. This is ridiculous. I hope this helps someone in making the decision of whether or not they sign up.

Best wash!!! No matter which level you choose your car will be spotless. They have the best jet dryer so your car is almost completely dry when you leave, very minimal drops left.

This car wash used to be the best car wash in clearfield but I think they changed owners and since then this carwash has not been good. We had a monthly car wash pass and paid $20 a month. Last month I noticed I was charged double $40 for my monthly car wash. When I went and asked them why it was so much more than normal I was told the price went up and that was it. They never notified us before charging us the new price of $20. Whenever I try calling them no one ever answers.This place charges way too much for a car wash.I would not recommend them.

I was a monthly subscriber to this wash for over 2 years who paid $43.50 for 2 cars and their best unlimited wash. However, they have now decided to gouge their loyal customers $80 for the same service. There are much better car washes out there for the money. Bye Bye Qucik & Clean.

I fell for the “we have new owners and are offering a special on our unlimited car wash this month”..... I was told i could cancel at anytime, But to do it at least 3 days before the month renews. (Which for me was the 12th) I called to cancel on the 7th and was directed by an automated system to go to the website. So I cancelled on the website. Low and behold, the 12th comes and so does the charge. They have no way of talking to an actual person, they refer you back to the website. I’ve submitted 4 different emails and cancelled 2 times just to be safe, each time asking for confirmation and NOTHING. No response at all. It’s ridiculous and a joke. I would not recommend this place at all.

Update**Within about a half hour from my initial review I received a call from the management and they made it right, the only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the difficulty of actually getting ahold of them but they have always been friendly and professional.I went in last Sunday and the car wash had pulled off and bent the sealant on the top of the car (where the roof rails would go) it no longer stays down and will need to be replaced. I filled out an incident report and was assured that the manager would reach out to me.it’s now been 5 days with no response, I’ve called their location 19 different times this week and not once did they pick up, I filled out the “contact us” page on their website asking them to reach out to me and still nothing. I was going to write a review yesterday when I found someone else with the same issue and the response from the owner listed an email address for the manager. I emailed the manager yesterday and still haven’t heard anything.Ive been going here for 3 years and assumed that after almost doubling their monthly pass cost they would take better care of their customers.

They took two monthly payments after seeing that I never used their service. They make it seem like it’s so easy to cancel, but it’s not.The manager, Amanda, basically told me “too bad, so sad.”

I really liked the wash that they offered. I had a monthly pass for the most expensive wash. I had just been charged for the next month, and I went online and canceled my service. I moved away from that location. so I would not be going to there anymore, they wouldnt refund my money. so they got a free month out of me! NOT HAPPY!!

Carwash left a nasty residue all along the side of my car. Washed it off by hand, and gave the carwash another try. Same result! Cancelled my trial membership, and was still charged the following month. Kept getting nothing but excuses from the staff about how they couldnt find my info in their computer, but had no problem finding it to charge me! Contacted the manager, and left a message. No response back! Top notch business youre running here. Will be reporting to the B.B.B. Dont pay attention to any of the positive reviews on here...they have to be fake, or friends of this so called business.

I had signed up for the fast pass at half off. The next month got charged 40$ which I was not happy about. So I reached out and Amanda had told me I was canceled and it would end oct 20. Well oct 26th I got charged ANOTHER 40$. I reached out again and was told the exact same things. I am now canceled and it will end on Nov 20th. I’m now convinced this is a scam or something. STOP TAKING MY MONEY. And actually have a real person talk to me. That’s 80$ right there down the drain on a service I haven’t even used. And I’m honestly more upset no one has actually tried to help me. I just want a refund and to be done with this business. Don’t have me reach out to the same email I’ve reached out to now 3 times. It’s not helpful at all.

First off the employees are ROCK STARS!!!! I will say the fees are high, but the service is impeccable! Had to learn by going to other car wash places and no one is as good at this location.

This is a very good thurough wash. Quick and very good price for the quality of the wash. Clean and modern and the emoyees are kind and attentive.

Car was super dirty going in and super clean coming out. We were visiting and wish we had one of these back home.

Absolutely nobody there when we arrived. Anb employee met us as we were entering the wash. He picked up the brush to do a pre-wash on our car and he washed the front of the car on the driver side. Nothing else, so lazy! Therr were two employees inside and nobody else was at the wash. After we left the wash we went to the vacuums, we had to drive around to find one that looked like it was working. When we finally pulled up to one, tthe nozzle was not attached to the vacuum and it kept falling off. I suggest some employee training and serious repairs on the vacuums. To be fair, the last time I was there the employees did a great job of brushing down the car and were very pleasant also the vacuums worked.

Awesome little drive through carwash. They always do a good job preparing my truck for the wash and the staff are wonderfully friendly.they always offer me a free drying towel. If they arent to busy they will chat and joke with you and even when they are, they still make time to treat you like a real person. The wash tunnel is well maintained and does a very good job and the vacuums are well kept with good suction.

First of all, they were really tough on the car. Secondly, it had a bad service problem. (What I mean is, it isnt professional like they are expected to.) But overall, it was a great carwash career!

Great car wash. The monthly package has a great price & they scrub the car before you go through the wash.

We went through this car wash in February 2019. Our skis and rack were permitted through by the two attendants who were physically there, started washing the front of our car and selected the wash cycle. Midway through, the mops caught on our rack, and our car got stuck. Somehow this machine has no sensor to stop a pileup inside, so it kept bringing the truck behind us along as we sat there stuck until the truck RAN INTO us, at which point the attendants stopped the machine. The mops of the car wash ripped off our ski rack and the cross bars that were attached to our car. The owner, Linda, said that if we touched the breaks, it was our fault. They viewed security tape, discovered we did not touch the breaks, but they still said it’s not their fault even partially. The fact that this machine doesn’t have the ability to sense when a car is stuck so as to avoid a pile up is ridiculous. $5,000 in damage.... not worth it. Terrible experience.

One of the best deals you will get at a car wash with minimal effort in Davis county. Many different options depending on what you desire at a great value. They also give you the option currently for unlimited washes for $22 dollars a month. The wash run time will run around 2 minutes. Once done you get the option to vacuum at no additional cost. Vacuums are strong, great for pet hair and random specs lodged in the fibers of carpet. Helpful staff and very cautious with your vehicle during the pre wash. Machine is gentle and doesnt leave top surface scratches like most others do. Overall this location is top notch and I would highly recommend it if you want a quantity wash at a moderate price.

I just went there, to do the first car wash after winter. I am a long time user of the Syracuse Car Wash but after going here I would never go back. They have awesome vacuums and my car was so clean I barley even noticed it! 😍 I definitely recommend this to anyone who needs a nice clean car wash, without worrying about getting scratches and rude customer service like the Syracuse car wash! Vacuums are free, they have self service air freshener you can buy. I love this car wash and I will most definitely be coming back whenever my car is a mess!

Love taking the sti here, i worry about the spoiler in car washes like this, first time i brought it here they made adjustments to accommodate the large spoiler. Its also never crazy busy and not crazy expensive. I take all my cars, SUVs, and trucks here.
