Walked in at 6:40. They close at 7. She just finished up with a client and than asked me if I had been helped.I said no ad she told me she wouldn’t cut my hair because it was to close to 7. Will never ever ever ever visit this store again. She could have easily cut my hair. Instead she choose to be ignorant and kicked me out. 7/28/2021

I have been going to Dollar Cuts for years! Rachelle is great! I look forward to my hair appointments and visiting with all of the stylists. I wont go anywhere else.

I got Gina for my stylist. They did a patch test of bleach in my hair for 5 mins and said they couldnt dye my hair because the color wont stick. Just got back from a diffrent salon not to mention cheaper. And they did it for me happily without fus. And said my hair was fine. They didnt know what Gina was talking about. Id say go to the syracuse location instead. Much more friendly and accepting of very long hair.

Had my hair cut( a pixie) with Janette. It is very nice, very modern. It is tricky to have s short haircut that does not look masculine. I had haircuts in very expensive salons, once had it done in Italy, once in Brazil, and none were as good as the ones I have at Dollar Cuts in Clinton, first with Angela, then Sammie, now I found Janette. I am a young looking 63 year old, with thick, wavy hair. I see Janette cutting my hair for the next years!!!

They were so kind and almost fell asleep in my chair from the gentleness and trust I had in this lady. Will go again soon!

Priscilla is absolutely fantastic! We love her so much. When my other girl retired, I went to multiple places and stylists and no one could figure out how to cut my hair right. Someone recommended Dollar cuts and I kind of laughed, but figured I had nothing to lose, so what the heck. This is when I met Priscilla and my hair stylist woes were over.

I have never received a bad haircut from this location.I highly recommend Sammie. However all of their stylist are very capable.Great haircut at a fair price with minimal wait times.

The staff here are always friendly. I never call ahead and just walk in. Sometimes they have an hour wait before the next opening, so perhaps calling ahead could be helpful.

Last 3 times I went to this salon they had no availability to do my daughters hair. This morning I called and scheduled a 6pm appointment to prevent being turned away again. We promptly arrived at 6 and was told there was no record of the appointment. I showed the lady my call history and proved that I called, but she refused to honor the appointment and told me they were booked. She didnt even try to schedule another appointment for me. Im so tired of being turned away by Dollar Cuts I have decided Im not going there again.

It not bad. Ive found the quality kind of hit or miss. For just a cut theyre pretty good. If you want styling advice Id definitely look elsewhere.

Ive been going here for haircuts for years and I havent had a single bad haircut. All of the stylists are experienced and care about what you want. They will take their time on making sure you are satisfied with your haircut instead of other places that try to rush with you to get the next person.

Had a very pleasant experience there. P did a great job and was willing to spend that extra time to make sure everything was just right. She communicated well and was able to respond to how I wanted it done. Ive got haystack hair, so it isnt easy. Thanks

Oh my word- i wish i could give a zero. literally so upseti usually have good experiences with everyone there but i recently got my eyebrows waxed(just an easy clean up) and a bang trim by the worker who sits closest to the sinks.worst experience ever- she completely reshaped my eyebrows and when i asked to get them fixed, she basically refused and said “let’s just trim your bangs now”my bangs are light and wispy- not too bad to trim and i like them a little bit past my eyebrows. she messed them up so badly, and once again would not fix them. i wish i knew how to submit a photo because they were a complete nightmare. some pieces weren’t even cut at all and some were cut so short- they were less than an inch.her laziness and carelessness was completely unprofessional and showed an incompetency in her skills. i have fixed them to my ability after trimming the uncut pieces and wearing my bangs back and waiting for the short pieces to continue to grow. it’s completely humiliating how awful they were.

They gave me the worst haircut of my life. I had my hair colored and I asked to cut my hair as well. Lady didnt even ask if I wanted the back of my head squared or circular. She took 5 minutes to cut it. I also had pieces of long hairs all over my head and to top it off I had to remind her too do my sideburns and she did them in 1 second and they are totally off. She didnt even attempt clean anything off either. Never coming back. I deserve a refund.

I have been coming to Dollar Cuts at this location in Clinton for over a 3 years and I rarely have a problem. Every now and then they make a mistake and will fix it immediatly if i return. However on my most recent visit the lady who cut my hair left a huge Chunk in the back when I found out about it I came back to have them fix it and she wanted me to make an appointment to have them fix it. I am a guy my haircut is ridiculously easy it would have taken her 30 seconds to correct it I will not be using this business again, and would warn others if they mess up they will not correct it quickly. Not that they care but they have lost a long-term customer.

Came in early on a Friday. All I needed was a basic trim and they told me the next opening would be at 5:30!! I’m sorry what? DOLLAR cuts advertises as being a walk in hair dresser and this isn’t LA nor is it a high end salon. Ridiculous. Will never go here again.

I went in to get a simple cut. When I walked out it looked great. But when I got home and washed my head. it looked like I stuck my head in to a lawnmower by Farr the worst hair cut I have ever gotten. Dont go here.

We like to get the kids hair cuts here but you should probably call and make an appointment if you dont want to wait!

I can only go to 2 girls at this place the rest have terrible customer service skills! And could care less just what we need more of in the world people with attitudes serving the community

Weve been using a discount card for almost a year withou any issues until the other day when we they said only one per visit. It doesnt say anything like that in the coupon service book either. Needless to say, my sons and i will not be coming back.
