Johnsons did the carpet on my stairs and hallway and we were pleased. The sales floor staff were friendly and helpful without being pushy. Other places seem to push the most expensive products without price transparency, which I really dislike. Just tell me the differences in quality and price right up front, so I can make an informed choice. The installation crew was both on time and efficient. They worked with me on a deadline I had due to an upcoming event. Will definitely make my next flooring purchase there.

Just recently moved and had Johnson Flooring again install new flooring throughout the entire home. Jeff and his crew did an amazing job. Their workmanship is superior. And once again, I received positive comments on my choice of material and installation.

Quite a large selection of flooring from carpet to hardwood and everything in between. I appreciate the sales staff who let you peruse all the flooring, but not stand over the top of you. They recently laid flooring at a family members homer who was highly satisfied with the materials, workmanship and attention to detail. Ill definitely be returning to obtain sample boards for my bath, master br and living areas. A great place to go for lots of ideas ❣️

Im usually happy with the service provided in the store but I have to say our last purchase with them Im not pleased with how the installs went. In our bedroom if you stand too close to the wall you get carpet nails in your feet and our closet doors are all screwed up and wont hang correctly now because they moved the pieces around that hold the doors. Glad I paid all that money to a contractor to have doors installed that I now prop in front of my closet. Businesses really need to be well versed in being able to place customers items back like they were. I wont be returning after this mess.

Their attention to detail is greatly appreciated. Our house has flaws that previous flooring companies failed to address. Consequently, previous installations were a disappointment. Not the case with Johnsons. They made our flooring look better than it has ever been.We received multiple quotes from flooring companies before making a final decision. Johnsons was inclusive with their pricing. Honesty and integrity is the way they do business.Lastly, our house was neat and clean at the end of each work day. The crew arrived on time, they were polite and professional. Our furniture was moved and handled with care. Not a scratch on anything. Family owned business. No sales person pressure but informative. Good selection. Discovered next day that our neighbors highly recommend and are very satisfied with the product and service. Returning samples and arranging measure and order asap. Will update.UPDATE:Despite a glitch in the order which extended installation time, I am upgrading this to a 5 star review! In this day and age it is hard to find businesses that still operate on the principal of quality in both product and service. Johnsons Floorings products and especially their installers represent some of the best out there. We have more floors in our house that we will be trusting only to our new friends at Johnson Flooring.2nd UPDATE:Just want you to know how satisfied we really are. Its been almost a year since Johnsons Flooring installed our new 1/2 bath/kitchen/laundry rooms flooring.We simply LOVE it and havent had a single problem with it.Soooo, this week they are coming to measure our upstairs bathroom to install the same product.
