Outstanding service. Robert is friendly, knowledgeable and very attentive to detail. Excellent and the price is excellent. This the process server you want and Im near the DC area so finding a reliable process server out of state like this is a relief. I should add that he is very responsive. Work was done April 2020 and I just contacted again for a resend copy (case delayed on my end by another defendant) and his response was very quick. Well done.

One of the worst process serves I think I have ever hired. I hired him 2 weeks ago and he gave sub-par service at the time. When I proposed ways to remedy the issues I just got excuses and attitude. I wanted to wait some time before writing a review-- Id hate to hurt a small business because I was in a bad mood or hungry at the time-- but that just isnt the case here. It was just bad service and in the end it cost me a client.This guy was inattentive, dismissive and unprofessional. I deal with process servers often and Bob and his company are incredibly disappointing, to say the least. I just hope he gets better, and his good reviews will one day overshadow this bad one.
