I have been super happy with all of the staff and counselors. They are caring, friendly and work very hard to make connections in a positive way.

I have gone to Kristen since 2015/2016.She is amazing. She is not the kind to boost your ego, pat your back and throw you out. She will step your toes, challenge you, teach you to think and learn before reacting. It’s not like on TV where you lie on the red sofa and wallow in self pitty. Some days were good and prospering days. Others were difficult and I felt like I wasn’t making any achievements. It was also nice and comforting to know Kristen has a family of her own and can relate to my circumstances. She’s not a robot. But a person too. She’s Doesn’t throw text book lingo at you. She helps you become better.She’s the weights at the gym.If you don’t go and use her, how will you ever get stronger? But YOU have to go and do the work.As far as the previous reviews about charging without my consent, Kristen or the girls in the front have NEVER done that. But, I am also one to show up to my appointments or cancel in a timely manner. I am sure there is a reasonable cancellation fee just like other place that offers a service.

This is a very professional practice, I read the 1 star review and I respectfully disagree with that as my experience have being completely the opposite, I have found their support very helpful, caring and thoughtful. They didnt tell me what I wanted to hear instead, for me, they are very helpful in the journey to personal growth.

Clients beware. They have fine print in the agreements that say they can charge cards without consent...and I do mean fine. Happened to me and it threw my whole account off. What a mess. Also, instead of offering some actual help, they will only tell you exactly what you want to hear. Not helpful if you are trying to get real help. I would stay as far away as possible and find a more reputable establishment.

You-Turn counseling is fantastic. You can tell that there is a ton of compassion and empathy. Id highly recommend if youre looking for a therapist

A wonderful plethora of knowledgeable and licensed counselors! Having worked personally with each of them, I highly recommend YouTurn for most any counseling need, as they have numerous counselors from all licensing boards. They also offer interns for those who are underinsured or who cannot afford regular rates. Recommend!

I love this place and the people!!! I can truly say they helped me through so much and didnt just give me the psycho babble you get most places. They cared about me...they cared about me as a person. As a veteran that really is hard to find!!! They didnt act like I was some a person with a label of PTSD, anxiety, etc but just a person! I love those ladies and my wife cant stop telling people that if is wasnt for them I would be crazy and her too!😁❤

This facility is small, and in this way I feel its somewhat more personal and not as stressful given you often arent sitting with more than one other person in the little waiting area, if that. I liked this facility a lot better than the others ive been to simply because the lady I talk to lets you vent, but she gives you advice on those things you vent on and how you should deal with it. Another counseling service I went to back in middle school had me do activities and such, and I found that kind of unhelpful but we did have some points here and there where I vent, but only briefly. I like the fact that I can state my problems that Im dealing with, and then be given advice on those specific problems.
