I work with True Title very often. I’m a lender and I’ve found their rates low and their service top notch. I send many clients to them and they have no problem getting the job done even as they expand. Every office I’ve been to is clean and welcoming and I know 10/10 times that clients will have an amazing closing experience which is important when I want clients to create positive memories especially at the closing table. Top down from ownership and management to the receptionist everyone cares about the client and putting the best impression forward. This is easily the best title company (and there are many) in the St. Louis area. They know everything from 1031 exchanges to removing estranged spouses from title work. Your problems will never be problems at True Title.

Very disappointed with their service. ‘These are uncertain times’ is not what you want to hear from the title company when you are closing on a house.Lied about when the Bank had communicated with them to try and protect their own reputation.Abysmal, would never use this company.Stay away!!!

My first and only time working with True Title has been a mess. The communication between their reps and Buyers Transaction Manager and myself was almost nonexistent. As a Realtor I expect communication to be flawless across the board and I made that clear at t he beginning of this transaction. The closing location was wrong, closing was postponed because they didn’t have anyone available to close even though an established date and time was in writing for weeks. When I called to clear up what was going on nobody was helpful, I was transferred 2 times and the 2nd call didn’t even care that her company made this mistake. I will NEVER use this company again and I highly recommend nobody else does either.

Worst Title company ever. Would not recomend to anyone.

My experience with has by far been one of the worst client/customer experiences I have ever dealt with. Our closing took a total of 78 DAYS. Thats ELEVEN weeks. My title officer was horrible with communication and keeping us up to date. Everyone was rude except the phone operator. Im so far beyond livid and disappointed. This company is a complete joke.
