Purchasing my car with Matthews Motors was great! Having my car serviced there was totally different. My car was serviced on 9/30/21, I called with concerns on 10/1/21 regarding how my car was driving different and noises it was making after being serviced. The gentleman in the service department stated “ All they did was an oil change and a tire rotation” as if there couldn’t possibly be an issue with my car. I will be taking my car to Leith BMW from now on, the phone call with them was much more professional and they seem to actually care about what was going on with my car.

The people in the service department were informative, professional and kind. They did what the said they would do and did a great job at it. I recommend Matthews Motors to everyone. Did I mention that I bought my car from them years ago. That was the best decision I made.

A Fast and easy way to do business. Began talking to the sales team at 9:10 and negotiations were completed at 9:25. As the car was being prepped for delivery I was contacted by management to get all paperwork correct. Through out the morning I was kept informed of the progress of my delivery. At 3:45 pm the most beautiful Chevrolet Corvette ever pulled into my driveway. All this in about six hours. Unbelievable. The company exceeded my expectations big time. I have been contacted after the sale and feel secure doing business here.

Decent selection of cars but I strongly suggest that you check and change out your fluids after purchasing especially your engine oil. I purchased a decent looking vehicle from them but all of my brakes and rotors were terribly worn and my engine oil was blacker than tar resulting in poor performance of the vehicle. Beware, I hope this help.

They are really friendly folks. They also have a great selection of cars. A great service department. The only thing that is a turn off is when you talk price they already have the sticker price figured up with all the taxes and the other stuff. So they don’t even talk with you about a cheaper price. That is a turn off to me!

The end of my experience was better than the beginning...I am a returning customer to Matthews Motors and the reason I came back was because of the impeccable service I received the first go round and the willingness of the sales guy I had to get me in the car I wanted, ensuring it was a good purchase.Matthews Motors seems to pride themselves on the one-on-one personal client experience and doing the right thing by the client. This is how my sales guy was with the first purchase.This time I was not as impressed, especially considering I had been communicating with the sales rep weeks before deciding to come out. I was very detailed with what I was looking for wth this purchase, so it was a bit disappointing that initially I was basically trying to be sold a car I really didnt want. The car I purchased was not on the suggestion of my sales rep, although it was one of the cars I wanted to test drive..It was another manager who suggested I try it,so that was baffling.I just feel like my sales guy was very scripted and not well versed, didnt try to sell.All in all, I purchased the vehicle, took it home and there was obviously a huge misstep with this vehicle, was not serviced efficiently the way it shouldve been before putting it on the lot and I had to take it back for 3 days.The car is superb now, but had the maintenance been done, wouldve made everything flow much smoother.Bottom line is, dont lose your personal client touch, dont try to cut corners and lose your brand, this is how you lose referrals which is how I came to Matthews. Dont let a customer leave unhappy, only doing a disservice to your establishment and huge inconvenience to your clients. So my review is a reflection of all of this.My car is great and what I will say is Matthews will fix whatever is needed and turn things around. Dont lose your brand.

I’m in the market for a new car, and comparison shopping across dealerships. Matthews is great — many of the places I stopped by had sales agents basically chasing me around the lot. It’s 2021. I can get all the information I want on the internet— I know what I want (or have a general idea what I want), and being badgered is an instant turnoff. Matthews was a perfect experience. Helpful without it being obtrusive or invasive.In addition, their in house financing is top tier. I’ve always secured my own through my bank, but their loan officer is competitive.Highly recommended, and I’ll be going back here when I finalize.

Purchased a 2016 Audi Q5 2 years ago, I receive regularly required maintenance with Matthews Motors and the customer service is always pleasant, accommodating and timely. Generally the dealership is not a place to return for maintenance due to excessive prices, however coupons are available with Matthew Motors which allows affordability.

I brought my vehicle in because engine light was on and had a hesitation that seemed to be transmission issue. Asked them to check it out and service transmission. Well they serviced transmission and that was it. Never put it on computer to find out why engine light was on, and did not test drive to check out my concern with hesitation. They called to tell me it was done and I asked if the had checked why engine light was on and if they found out what hesitation was. They said no and they could put it on computer the next day but no time to do it today. Now my car had been at the service center the night prior to appointment and it was now 4 pm the following day. I worked 30 years at a service station and know it is a 5 to 10 minute job to plug computer in to car and get the codes.We could not leave it another day as I needed the car the next morning. So after picking it up, I went down the road and had my car hooked to computer. My issue is the transmission solenoid. Which is located right where Matthews Motor service technician were just working on my car. Inside the transmission which you access from removing transmission pan, filter and fluid. So now I just paid Matthews Motors $160 & will now need to have transmission fluid drained, and solenoid replaced. Had Matthews test drove and checked on the computer before starting, they could have sold me the solenoid, and charged a little more labor. They would have also gained a happy customer. I called a few times to speak to managers, either got a voice mail or was told he was out. No I dont want to be ripped up by someone selling me something I dont need, but if you say there is an issue and the engine light is on they should address the issue first so they dont have someone throwing out money.

Arrived on Saturday morning with the intention of looking at SUVs. Quickly found the ones I had previewed from the website, viewing them inside and out, and ready to test drive. I was interested in possibly trading in my car for something a little bigger. The staff at Matthews motors was phenomenal. Becky reached out to me and was so patient with my hectic schedule. It felt like friends having a conversation the whole time. The cleaned and detailed my new to me car and helped me transfer my belongings out of my trade in. They even welcomed me to come back to have my speedometer display cleaned as there is some moisture inside from the car polish.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Elise at customer service was happy, professional and personal. She took the time to explain my vehicles warranty and the type of oil I needed to maintain my warranty. This was my first oil change after I purchased my vehicle from Matthews Motors. It was free. Nice clean waiting area. Didnt take long. I will be back.

I cant even begin to explain the absolutely worst experience I am having with them! I bought a 15 Wrangler Unlimited in April so Ive had it almost two months! They said they did an oil change and it should be good to 50k miles wrong! Its only at 47k miles where I took it said it was bone dry no oil I was lucky my engine didnt lock up. And the whole under carriage is rusted and then spray painted over to hide the rust its so bad an alignment couldnt be finished the tools to remove the hard tops and doors were missing no owners manual and not even the keys for the tire locks. All in all I am not ecstatic about this purchase at all.

I was in the process of buying a car. I was told they would honor a 2 weeks return but when it came time to sign they said it would only be 3 days. Then the car had a recall on it that they said they would fix before selling me the car and that it was on the way to the dealership. They said they would call me when the recall was fixed. They never fixed the recall and sold the car to someone else. Worst customer service and worst sales experience of my life. Avoid them at all costs. I have half the mind to report them to the BBB

Excellent service...and the whole entire team was hands down the greatest and also Alex who helped me thank you Matthews Motors.

I am extremely pleased at the manner Ali and Alex used when assisting me in purchasing a car. I was told that they were sincere and friendly by another individual, and they were that indeed. I had no idea it would be so smooth in the steps they used. I would recommend Matthews Motors to anyone I know who was looking for a vehicle. Courteous, friendly, and compassionate are the best words I think of when describing my service. I love my new car!!!

We just went here on a whim not thinking we’d buy a car today, but after Turner’s patience with us zeroing in on what we needed for our growing family, plus working in our budget and finding exactly what we were looking for, we were so excited to leave our old car behind! We had such a positive experience and will certainly be returning when we need to replace our other vehicle. Plus they have an amazing warranty I’ve never seen for pre owned cars before, we knew even if we hadn’t bought a car today, we would have returned to do business with them!
