I am so happy that a friend recommended for me to call Servpro. The Team has been very helpful, responsive, thorough, and courteous. The house damage is a nightmare, I cannot imagine trying to work through this without this their help. I definitely recommend this company for the quality of work. Also, if there are any single women needing home repairs that are leery (like me) about strangers being at their home, these are the people to call. I have been immediately at ease from stranger danger/anxiety with every single employee that has been to my house. Great work, and even better people!!

Please heed my advice. The new owners literally have no experience whatsoever and put all their misguided trust into the general manager who also has no experience in typical business practices, reconstruction or moral and ethical decision making. The technicians are not properly trained and their safety isn’t cared for so they go into dangerous environments without proper medical clearance, training and ppe which means not only is their health at risk but they can’t do the work properly. They use and abuse people with promises of advancement and salary increases that never happen. The general manager does less than nothing even during the busiest of times but still has the naive adoration of the owner and together they unnecessarily micromanage the dedicated employees while avoiding the mistakes, missteps and negligent ethics of their favorite employees which are few. There is absolutely no care for quality or customer service from upper management which is very stressful and disheartens the few quality employees. I left of my own volition after losing all hope that this will ever change.I sincerely wish the owner’s response was true. Many of the employees would not have left. I was with the company long before they purchased it and put so much into it so I have no reason to be dishonest. My only hope in posting this is that they wake up and realize how toxic the environment is because they don’t listen to any employee concerns including my own which I tried to convey over and over again until I had to give up and walk away.

Great experience and honest feedback. Tyler should be cloned! We had a minor incident with only a little damage. They were careful to explain all options with associated cost. I will definitely call again if the need arises.

Had a water leak that flooded the bathroom, bedroom and crawl space. Jose was here on a Saturday afternoon within an hour. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Still in the early stages of the restoration, but Im very happy so far.

We were unfortunate to suffer from a major plumbing overflow in a rental property that we own. But no fear...Servpro of Johnston County came to the rescue! From the first phone call they were at the property within an hour, and quickly started the process of drying out the house. The house needed extensive repairs and they managed the entire process from beginning to end, delivering practically a brand new house at the end. Lisa was our project manager and work tirelessly to complete the project to perfection. She is one hardworking women!! Lisa, James and the rest of the team did an excellent job and I highly recommend them.

Lisa M. was amazing!! This process was very stressful and frustrating. I would give the company as a whole 3.5- 4 stars, but Lisa deserves more. Her communication with us was always thorough. She made sure that whatever was done was to our satisfacation and that we got Our Home back and not just a repaired structure with the basics. She listened to us when we were happy, upset or frustrated and never took it personal and she showed genuine compassion for us and our situation. This is a person you want on your team and who youd want by your side through times like this. You know that you can rest easier knowing that she is giving her all to make sure you are happy in your home at the end of the process. I love her spirit and personality and we will always be grateful to her for all that she did for us!

We noticed a smell and water stains on our ceiling without any idea on how they could have happened. When we eventually decided to figure out what might be going one, we called ServPro for a consult. Tyler came out and took great time and patience listening to everything that has happened and could potentially be the cause. He investigated and eventually told us that he does not see any problem, and that it appears that whatever caused the stains was a one time incident and has not left any permanent damage besides minor discoloration. He recommended an easy fix with paint we can do ourselves. Tyler could have easily recommended more extensive testing that would have then required more repairs, but he took the time to listen and make a call that ended up not earning the company any money, because he felt that was the correct choice to make. I know that if we ever had another need for a service like ServPro we wont have to call around to find someone.

Fantastic Service! Quick Response! Did everything that they said they were going to do when they said that they were going to do it. Always on time and went the extra mile to make sure that we were happy. No one likes it when accidents happen, but we are really happy that they were there for us when we needed it!

These guys are amazing. I worked with David on project a couple of weeks ago. I needed to have a ceiling fixed and it took them 1 day from me calling, until it was completely finished. They did an amazing job, and it looks like nothing ever happened. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you to David and team for a great job.

I left water running in my laundry sink, which overflowed onto the counter top, into the cabinetry and onto the floor. Water also found its way to two rooms on the floor beneath the laundry. Servpro of Johnston County responded immediately and sent out a very knowledgeable technician. He removed standing water, performed several moisture level measurements and left fans and dehumidifiers running to remove residual moisture. He carefully removed baseboards and moved the washer and dryer to understand where and how the water had moved. He was courteous and professional which helped ease my anxiety. Upon his return, new measurements were made which helped to ensure that mold could not grow. Luckily, very little damage occurred. I appreciate the willingness of Servpro of Johnston County to travel to North Wake County to provide urgent services and I highly recommend them for emergency services at your home.

I recently had to contact ServPro for some roof leaks, water damage and possible moisture in the apartment community that I manage. They were responsive, offered excellent customer service to my residents and left a clean work space. I received four quotes from other vendors and they came in second best. They were completed a day early and I everything was brought back to normal. I had a positive experience unlike others that I had in the past. I would use them again.

Great customer service. We have worked with them on more than on project and have never been disappointed. I would highly recommend this company for any restoration needs that you may have.

Had shower leak. ServePro came in to rip out water damage and dry out the area. They did ok with this but as far as repair. They gave me run around. Took over a week and numerous calls just to get them to come estimate repair.Once they came to estinate repair. Was told we would get it but 3 days later ... nothing. Horrible communication from repair side. Left my family hanging with a hole in floor and no shower and we have a large family of 7 kids.Do not use this company. I am starting to file BBB complaints and possibly will take them to court for misleading me and really failing in this scenario.

We had a water leak in our kitchen from a damaged kitchen sink. Another company was hired to do the recovery work - which included removing the damage flooring (hardwoods), subfloor, insulation in the crawlspace, and drying the remaining flooring, subfloor, and crawlspace. They did a mediocre job. They failed to dry the crawlspace and failed to notice that one of the air ducts in the crawlspace had 2 gallons of water in it. As a result, our newly installed hardwoods started to cup after 5 months of installation. ServPro was contracted to do the work correctly and restore the home properly. They did a great job. They were efficient and clearly communicated all the issues. They dried the crawlspace and removed the water from the duct. I highly recommend them. They know what they are doing and do a great job.
