My first experience with Service King was last June when I was hit from the back at a red light. This shop was referred to me by the driver who hit me insurance company since they are 5 minutes from my home. Upon arrival Dominick was warm, welcoming and took the time to explain my repair process beginning to end. He kept in contact with updates every few days. Once my car was finished and ready for pick up, I was utterly surprised by how you could not tell my car was even hit. I still looked show room new.I recently hit a gaping hole traveling on I95 a week ago destroying my front passenger tire and my first thought was to call Dominick and he was his helpful self. He ordered my tire and had me back on the road in no time.I know this may be a lot for one to read but I can’t say enough about this shop. They are by far the best in Delaware for repair service and their professionalism is empectable to say the least. Do yourself a favor and go to Service King for all your auto repair needs, you will thank me later.

Customer service exceeded my expectationsimmensely! From the moment I easily scheduled my car to be fixed after an accident to the moment I picked up my car, the professionalism, kindness and care for me and my vehicle was above and beyond. Both Dominic and Joe were EXTREMELY informative about the process - from answering my questions to the maintenance aspect. I was updated on the progress of my car and kept in the loop about any other items surrounding this situation. There are so many details that go into accidents, and both gentlemen turned a scary experience into one that I will always remember due to their kindness and customer service. If you need a place to go, look no further. This company is AWESOME.

Terrible service. My mom had a small dent and was told to go here by insurance. They only had an 8am slot on a thurs to drop it off so we raced to get it there. By Mon they hadn’t even looked at the car. They never sent her any updates and told her it would take at least another week. Even though she told the receptionist 3x the number they had on file was wrong and gave them (by writing it down) the new number, they still had the old number on file when she called Mon to check in. With no rental cars available, she’s just without a car until they decide to look at it. When my car was hit I went to Rudy’s and much larger damage was fixed in 3 days. My advice - skip this place and head to Rudy’s.

This place exceeded expectation. They initially had to pick my car up from another dealer who had it for 2 weeks without doing any work doing any work. Is Dominic picked up the car gave a 4 week estimate For a completion of a job.They finished in just over 2. Return to my car to its original condition. My vehicle is perfect.When I need anymore work. No one will touch my car but Dominic and their team.

Dominic and Joe, who work here, did a great job on my 2010 Honda Civic. I got in a small fender bender and the repairs were covered by the other drivers insurance. I called a few places before deciding on Service King, but when I spoke to Dominic on the phone, I decided to go with Service King. Dominic was straight forward and plain spoken. He was direct honest and to the point. They worked with the insurance company and Enterprise Rent-A-Car to make my experience totally pain free. Not to mention my car turned out B E A U T I F U L !!! Not only that, but I got regular updates on the progress Via TEXT messages and they got the repairs and painting done in just four days! Wow! Great job guys, a fair and honest company that does fast quality work! Why would you go anywhere else?Update: 06/04/2021Amazingly I was in a second fender bender and had to have Dominick and Joe fix the back on my Civic where a lady hit me. Same fantastic work, same amazing value, but a huge difference in service this time. This time when I dropped off the rental car and received my car I accidentally left my girlfriends purse locked in the rental. We didnt notice until we got home. In a panic, I called the rental company who told me to go to lost and found on their website. Not helpful. So I called Service King corporate office, instead of a run around I got the manager on a direct call and explained the situation. She was able to get a message to Dominick the general manager who reached out directly and contacted me. Incredibly, even though he lives 45 minutes away, he graciously drove back after work on a Friday night to help me recover my girlfriends purse! Are you kidding?! How incredible is that?! The very best in customer service and a super duper above and beyond to save my butt from a really dumb move! Expectations were managed expertly, communication was frequent and thorough, and the repair is indistinguishable from the original condition of the car. Dominic and Keisha were wonderful. They had very high marks online and it was easy to find out why. I was able to get an appointment with this Collision location almost immediately and by far much sooner than any of the other four places I looked at. The turnaround for the repair of my car was within the time frame that they told me. Dominic always kept me abreast of what was going on with my car. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. If I ever have the need I will definitely have my car repaired here again.🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾 but hopefully that wont be necessary

The communication was great. I got my car back early and it looked as tho my car was never hit.

My car was struck by bullet through the front windshield, Service King repaired the window damage, interior damage and the steering wheel on time and efficiently. All this in spite of an impending blizzard, the national pandemic slowing shopping and delivery of parts as well as U.S.P.S being sabotaged by the current post master. I highly recommend this company and will very likely use them again for my other vehicle.

Service King in Wilmington (Claymont) does a great job and the people there are friendly and helpful. Steven Mast was informative and kind even though they were very busy because people had been out sick. When Enterprise couldnt pick me up because people there were also out sick the Service King folks were kind enough to take me right over there so I could get a rental. They keep you up to date on their progress by text message. They do a wonderful job in the repairs and they clean your car when they finish so it is beautiful inside and out when you pick it up. I have used them twice and also sent a friend there. Thank you Service King crew for such a great job!

All Service King personnel we interacted with were knowledgeable, interested in our problem and very personable. We were kept up to date on the status of our repair via text message and all our questions were answered quickly. Most importantly, the completed repair was greater than our expectations.

Ryan, Rocco and the True Collision Crew are customer service all stars. My wife has her car brought there after she was rear ended pretty badly. After taking her car to a dealership for alignment an unrelated issue arose and the True Collision team ended up taking the car to FOUR dealerships to get the matter handled. They could have given the car back saying this issue had nothing to do with the accident, but the didnt. They worked with our insurance agency until the issue was resolved. Thanks, True Collision. You are awesome.

Just wanted to say True Collision of North Wilmington did an excellent job with my truck. I had a issues after they fixed my truck and they corrected the problem without any issues and I dont think it was there fault. Yes i would tell a friend about True Collision of North Wilmington.

They have done bodywork for me more than once. I have always been happy with their work, but when they went from True Collision to Service King, their prices increased.

I was involved in a car accident which damaged my rear fender and bent a support bar. After filing a claim with my insurance company I chose True Collision in Claymont based upon a recommendation from another person. I gave them a call and they gathered some preliminary information. They asked if I needed a rental car (which I did) and they told me they could arrange to have one available (from Enterprise) at the time I dropped off my vehicle. They stayed opened an extra 30 minutes to accomodate my schedule. The representative from Enterprise was there and she had all the paperwork completed and ready for my signature. The drop off process could not have been more pleasant.After they reviewed the damage the next morning I received a call from John who provided me with a detailed description of the process, the parts needing replacement, and the estimated cost as well as the expected time of completion. He also advised me to make sure I coordinated with my insurance company about limiting my deductible since I was not at fault. He told me he or another representative would call the following day to provide an update.I received a call the following morning which let me know how the work was progressing and the remaining steps before completion. The expected time of completion was actually shortened by a day. On the third morning I received another call from Rocco who told me they expected to finish up with the repars that afternoon and that I could pick up the car that evening. Again, they stayed open an extra 30 minutes to accomodate me. They told me they would take care of calling Enterprise to pick up the rental car and that I could leave the car with them. After signing for the final paperwork, I received my keys and inspected my car. The cost was actually $250 lower than the original estimate and the work was perfect. They even washed the entire vehilcle.All told, I dropped off the car on a Monday evening and had it back by Thursday evening. The experience was pleasant, professional, courteous and of the highest quality. I would heartily recommend these guys for body work.
