Filed and brought a W-2 from another employer and wanted to include it on my return. I was asked if I could pay and told my return would be edited before sending out. I paid and now I have been waiting over a month and no one has reached out to me about it. I was told Rod would take care of my Amendment but still nothing. They have my W2 and still nothing. Very poor communication and follow thru. Will not go back or recommend this place to anyone else.

We have a relatively complicated return as my husband is a small business owner and I work full time. We left our materials and Liberty Tax took care of all the hard work. I used to do our taxes and it made me stressed out and miserable. Also, because we dont use the EASY FORM I usually paid quite a bit to use a program like Turbo Tax or H and R block (it is never free for more complicated returns). Anyway. our taxes were done in a week, and our online return was accepted and our refund was deposited a week later. I rather pay an expert than struggle through this myself.

This place sucks! They screwed up my federal tax return and they wont help correct it. Im stuck trying to explain the problem to the IRS and they cant seem to help me either. I dont know if I will ever my tax refund that I am owed! Do NOT bring your taxes here!
