My experience was amazing. I had her alter my wedding dress and it turned out beautiful. Everyone was really nice and they listened to me when I had questions or concerns. Would definitely recommend.

I came to Charlotte because my usual tailor was closed... and I was less than impressed. I had a bridesmaid dress that simply needed a hem - no complicated alterations as it fit me perfectly everywhere else. She charged me $70... for a hem. My usual tailor is less than $30 for a dress hem. The hem itself was fine, still a bit long, but not a huge deal. However due to absolutely gouging me on price, Im not planning to return to Charlotte unless in dire straits.

She is so nice and sweet! If youre a petite young girl needing clothes to fit your body right shes the woman to see. Brought in a floral skort and she made it fit me perfectly! Also she is fast and good prices!

I have been going to Charlottes for years. She is the best. I have tried others. No comparison. The lady has been doing this for years. You get what you pay for.

Ruined my bridesmaids dress. I had to take it to another place (crying) and have it fixed. The new place told me I had to go back and get the material she cut off. She wouldnt refund me my money even though she Co pletely ruined my dress. Shes nice but I would not reccomend for nice suits or dresses. Im sure she is great at doing curtains and patches. Do NOT take nice dresses or suits for a wedding or formal event there.

Charlotte does a great job, and she is one of the nicest people weve ever met!

Ive been taking thing to Charlotte for years, including my wedding suit, curtains to hem, and even just a patch sewn onto a jacket. She has always been incredibly personable and friendly and her prices are great.

My fiancée went in to have a vintage dress altered for our wedding. The woman quoted her $35 cash only. Just before the consultation was over, she changed the price to $50 because is wedding. Fast-forward to today... Alteration NOT complete (although being passed off as complete) and shoddily executed. My fiancée went to another (Eddies Alterations) in tears. They pointed out that she ruined some of the stitching in the dress and are going to fix Charlottes work for free. Also- fitting at charlottes was no-a/c uncomfortable and Charlotte was both rude and negative to my fiancée. Were going to Eddies from now forward.
