Gotta a new roof installed and everything went as well as expected. Very friendly, professional and easy to work with. Installers did a great job and cleaned up pretty good after. I did find a few stray nails which makes me worried when I open up the pool this summer and the kiddos are running around in the backyard. I think everyone of their installation crews should have a walk behind strong magnet on wheels to ensure no nails are left behind. Love the roof!!!

From the free estimate to the job completion they stayed in contact with me through it all. The workers were professional and courteous of my property and the roof looks great. We’ve wanted a metal roof for a long time and I’m just sorry I waited so long to get it done. I highly recommend this company.

EDITED: My roof was leaking and this company came out and gave me a free inspection. The technician told me I needed $2500 worth of work on 2 vent boots. The next day, I went up and inspected them myself. The vent boots are NOT cracked as the technician stated. The pipe from my roof going into the attic and the pipe coming up through the attic were not connected. The only thing that I needed to fix my leak problem was a simple pipe clamp to connect the two pieces of the vent pipe. I feel like the technician was trying to take advantage of a single mom thinking I wouldnt know any better. Upon reading this, Jeff Home Improvements reached out to me. The gentleman who called spoke with me for several minutes about the incident. He was courteous, taking time to understand what happened and focused on how he could mend the situation. I may give the tech onsite a 1 for his attitude and mannerism. I give the gentleman who called a 5 for his desire to rectify the situation and his genuine concern for my feelings in the matter. Never knew who was in charge of the job, but from what I can tell from the ground, the roof looks great and havent seen any leaks with the past rain. (Language barrier) It took 2 days from start to finish. All the debris was picked up and a magnetic broom was used, even in the grass. None of my shrubs or plants were damaged and were covered with tarps before work was started. I wish I had known before the roof over the veranda was installed though and I would have asked about putting plywood over the decking before the actual shingles. The nails stick through because the decking is exposed, but I know a nail needs to go all the way through for proper installation to keep the shingles on. Still, there has to be a way to keep the nails from showing, plywood or something else. It needs to be repainted, nail tips and all to hopefully disguise it. (Something for the company to consider in the future.) Kudos too to Able Smith, their salesman. He went over and above to help me....and completely unrelated...job was already sold...I got to hold his puppy.

Easy financing options. Did a great job on installing roof and gutters but would have helped if a translator would have been onsite to help with communication for the roof installation and clean up of the yard and drive from nails and debri was not done very well. I would still hire them for the quality of work, and respectful manner and the proper response to handling any issues. Great local company to support.

The gutters on our house never performed properly and the facia behind them had deteriorated in many places. When we decided to repair, we had three estimates done. Although not the cheapest Jeff Home got the job.Their sales rep was extremely thorough in his initial inspection of our house and actually put together a comprehensive plan to remedy the current problems and prevent new ones in the future.The job took a total of three days and the quality of the materials and workmanship was absolutely first rate.The care and consideration by all for our 140 year old house impressed us(they even had paint custom matched for the soffit repairs) and the overall professionalism of this company has earned them any home repair business we may have in the future.

Paul stopped by to repair a turbine vent on my roof. He was incredibly professional & personable, and above all kind. He will be my first call for any future roofing or gutter needs.

Service and quality of work not the best. Had to call several times to get an issue fix. Finally after 4 call, I went to their subcontractor, Sky Building Products LLC. They sent a crew out right away and the issue was fixed. I highly doubt that I will do business with them again.

I also talked to Steve who was there to answer any questions and when the roofers were coming! They did a extremely great job and also cleaned up perfectly. They also fixed a window for me. And Jeremy spot painted my ceiling. I have piece of mind knowing they stand by their work. I will definitely use them again for other projects. It’s nice to have someone you can trust !!!!

We had a patio cover installed in June of 2020. It is now May of 2021 and we are still having leaking issues and we cannot get them to come out here to fix it. They say they will but dont show. We have given them ample opportunity to fix this and they havent. I dont recommend this company at all. We will be paying on this expensive cover for a long time and it leaks!

From start to finish the process of getting my roof replaced was great.Michael was punctual, friendly, and very fair with the pricing. He examined my roof and said that there was storm damage. He met with the appraiser and ensured they saw the same damage that he did.The contractors themselves were great. They were on time and took care to cover plants and landscaping when removing the roof. Install was very smooth and they ended up staying until after it was dark cleaning up debris. The gutters were replaced a separate day and that process was quick and made a huge difference in the final look of the house. I ended up using the financing option for the balance and that was a breeze of a process as well. Overall was a very great experience and couldnt recommend more.

They installed the wrong gutter covers and will NOT do anything about it! Theyve been out several times to clean them because they KNEW they screwed up but refuse to make things right! A very poorly managed company who you can expect not to provide quality customer service after they get your money. And congratulations MICHAEL BRANHAM for getting your commission for charging me extra to put on cheap gutter covers on when I could have put chicken wire over my gutters that would have been just as good. I have trees everywhere and he misrepresented the product. I would have NEVER chosen the ones they installed.How about you all come clean out my gutters twice a year since I cant get on my roof or own a ladder to reach it! All the trees on my property drop seed pods that cause PLANTS TO GROW ON TOP OF MY GUTTER COVERS

These guys showed up and took their jobs serious. They went above and beyond to make sure our roof was completed in a timely manner, as well as making sure everything was cleaned up before they left. They even made sure and locked our gate up to make sure our little dog didnt get out. I will recommend this company to anyone I know.

This is the only roofing company willing to fix the covered area between my house and garage and it looks better than ever imagined. My husband and I had different companies look at the previous structure, but none were willing to take the initiative to attempt to fix or replace the overhang that was on the house when we moved in. In the spring of 2019, I contracted with Jeff Home Improvements for a roof replacement on my 100 year old home and also on my freestanding garage. The operations manager was very polite and helpful to me in making decisions about how to go about this large project. The roofing workers did a very competent job of doing the replacements and I am pleased with the results. Adjustments and fixes that needed doing afterwards have been done promptly and well. I can confidently recommend this company.

The roofing people they used were great. Cheerful, diligent and cleaned up their mess. The gutter person they used was not so great. When he left, he left EVERYTHING for me to clean up. The old gutters I had asked to keep, not the cut scraps or the metal splinters that could easily cut my children. All of this was left in my yard. The down spouts had the flexible hoses attached to them. These were not attached. I had to do this. The man literal left everything (including his batteries and charger for his drills,) hopped in his truck and left.TL;DR roofing is great, gutters not so much.

I bought new windows for my house through Jeff Home Improvements. The sales rep, Anthony, was very courteous and did a great job figuring out what we needed. The install crew arrived promptly after the windows were delivered to their warehouse. The crew was awesome and did their work thoroughly. In the end, had a great experience with everything and I would recommend this business for your projects.

If I could give zero stars I would! We had a rubber roof put on the back of our house. The guy who gave us the estimate was wonderful, I have zero complaints on him. The day we had it done however changed everything. First we were told that they would be at our home between 9-12. I called that morning to see if they could give me a closer time because we had someone here that was pulling insulation out when they cut out the part of the roof that leaked. We were then informed that it would be noon or shortly after, not a big deal. At 2:40 I called asking where they were and was told they would be there within 30 minutes. Over an hour later, 3 people showed up, one of which was a child of maybe 13, with NO ladder! They told us that their other crew would be there in about an hour. Luckily we had a ladder for them to use so they could start. The second crew did not show until after 7pm! They proceeded to bang around on the roof until 10:15 pm only to inform us that they would have to come back the next day. One guy and the child showed at 10 the next morning, did what they had left to do and then left, never spoke a single word to me. Then they called looking for the rest of the payment, when my husband proceeded to tell them about the terrible experience we got a sorry and told it would be sent to the manager and then told that they needed the rest of the payment. We later had someone come out to talk to my husband about the issue who proceeded to tell my husband that they wouldnt make excuses and would see about getting us a partial refund for our trouble ..... Its been multiple weeks since hearing anything and after just talking to that person on the phone I was informed that everything was settled and the job was completed and that nothing else was to be done. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!

Jeff Home handled my insurance claim from start to finish when a driver decided to park their car in my living room. Their insurance experts were able to qualify my home for all new siding in addition to the other damages. Highly recommend

This is by far one of the worst and most expensive company’s! First the lie about pricing and what they “have” to do and put in the contract. They stride to get 10K + from my insurance company. Wrote the quote for 18K on a simple 3 bedroom ranch style home with 2 car detached garage. It ended up being a little over 7K. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

These folks aren’t the least expensive option - in the short term. They are incredibly professional, hard working, prompt, reliable, and capable. In the long term I believe they are the best value, because they are an Owens Corning certified installer. With OC shingles you get a prorated lifetime warranty on the shingles but you have to pay to have them replaced. By using an OC certified installer to you get a lifetime warranty period. If you get a leak they fix it.We hired a cheaper roofer to put on our first roof, then paid two other roofers within ten years to fix leaks. The most recent job looked great from the ground but the roofers didn’t install things in the correct order. They put the expensive snow and ice shield on top of the tar paper so water just ran under the paper and the shield was worthless. Plus they didn’t flash things correctly. With Jeff Home Improvements there was an expert supervisor checking the work of expert installers and as a result the roof is now buttoned up tight as a drum. We had a serious downpour, four inches of rain and strong winds not long after the roof was done and it’s all bone-dry up there.The peace of mind that comes with knowing that a reliable company, one that’s been in business a long time and is likely to be around in the future, stands ready to take care of any future problems is worth a lot to me. It’s one less thing for me to worry about. I can’t say enough good things about Anthony and Steve and the rest of the crew. You won’t regret choosing them for your roofing project.

Ive been in the construction industry for over 17 years and am very Happy!!! with the Roof and quality of the install. They removed old rotted plywood in a neat orderly fashion and replaced with new, installed the flashing correctly... Its nice having a contractor that cares and does a good job!!!

Michael explained the process and the work was completed as promised. The workers completed our roof in one day and other than our beautiful new roof, there was no sign that they had been present. We were in need of replacement windows throughout our whole house. We are very pleased with our new windows from Jeff Home Improement. The installation was done very well and everything left very clean. The windows are so easy to operate and clean. Sales and service was all very professional and courteous.

These guys are incredible. I had issues with another contractor for an insurance roof replacement for my personal residence. I called these guys and they were out same day with estimate. 3 days later I had a new roof. Would recommend to everyone. Super professional!

They have great contractor service. Have had my roof done twice by them for hail damage. If they tell you that they will do something, they will do it.

Product great however service was lacking. Damage to aiding during roof replacement was not repaired and salesman stated they will not repair because I stated I was satisfied with the shingles. Crew left 8 hours of clean up and permanently damaged furniture in home due to not covering or moving furniture during work. Scope creep caused price to be over $350 a square. I do not recommend this company for any home repairs.

They replaced our roof after hail damage and the finished product looks great! They also made sure that the gutters and downspouts were upgraded so we didnt have a water retention problem on the flat part of the roof. During the installation, a window was broken accidentally and they replaced the entire window at no charge with a higher quality window than what was there previously to ensure customer satisfaction.

Had a great experience with Jeff Home Improvements. After the hailstorm, they worked well with my insurance guys, I got a few roof upgrades, and overall they really took care of us. The crew was very careful to leave the house and area clean when they left.Looking to have some gutters done this year I hope, theyll be getting a call.

I can’t say enough about the service and support the entire staff at JHI provides. From the initial call to ask for a quote to the final inspection, JHI staff have all been very friendly, patient, no-pressure, and informative. We’ve had wood siding work, a complete metal roof installation, and the exterior of our home painted and I couldn’t ask for better service.

Had a roof quoted by Michael Branham as having CertainTeed shingles that were recalled only to find out after the roof was replaced that they were NOT in fact Certainteed. I would strongly advise not using Jeff Home Improvements or Michael Branham and would give ZERO stars if Google would let me.
