I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with everyone at Waxing the City. I always go to Krista for my waxes and she is just phenomenal. I forget I’m getting waxed because she is so professional and fun and just makes you feel comfortable. Everyone there always has such a great attitude and are so nice. They never make you feel like an inconvenience even when you call to reschedule the same appointment 3 times, and I think we all know that can be frustrating. I 100% will always recommend the cereologists at Waxing the City.

I tried multiple different waxing salons all over Clarksville for 3 years before finding Charlsie. I will literally never let anyone else wax me! She is a perfectionist and QUICK. Lovely personality and just all around amazing. SO happy I found her!

I have been to, Waxing The City, twice now and both times so far have been exceptional. Angelica is a sweet soul and does a fantastic job! I also had just moved and my zip code had changed causing a billing error; I called and left a voicemail for assistance, received a call back and the situation, which was an error on my part due to the move was resolved quickly. I even received a text this morning following up. The customer service is/was simply perfect ! I wish more businesses practiced customer service such as Waxing the City Clarksville ( Madison). You are welcomed the moment you arrive to when you leave. I highly recommend this business.

Absolutely loved my experience at Waxing the City this past Saturday! Ive been deterred away from chains especially receiving services as personal as this because of the pressure to purchase products.I was offered water upon my arrival and able to browse their products in the lobby before my appointment without someone hovering over me expecting me to buy something.I filled out the new client paperwork and then greeted by my Cerologist Carly, who was amazing. She led me to the room with instructions to undress from the waist down and asked me to use a freshen wipe to remove any oil from the area. Carly was very thorough and professional during my Brazilian wax. She kept my mind off of the service engaging in just enough small talk without being annoying. She often asked if I was comfortable and notified me before ripping the hair by saying, this may hurt. She really is the best all around! Since I was going out for drinks with some friends later that night she suggested that I purchase a travel size of their post wax serum. Omg that stuff is amazing- my lady parts had no burning, stinging sensation, or irritation all night.The check in and check out process was easy peasy as you can also tip on the iPad when paying for your service.New clients receive 50% off the highest priced service and they also provide referral incentives, where every friend you refer you then receive $5 off your next service, so its a win - win.This location is fairly new so as its popularity increase it may be difficult to get a same day appointment so I definitely recommend booking online in advance! They also have a pretty fair cancellation policy, where you need to cancel 24 hours in advance.Love the location, comfortable environment, clean facility, plenty of parking, great customer service, pre, post, and maintenance products, and friendly staff.Well deserved 5 stars. I thought I would give Waxing the City a try because I was tired of driving to Nashville to receive a good price for waxing. I thought Waxing the City seemed reasonably priced. I went in today for my first appointment. My consultant, Charlsie, was A-amazing!! 1st, she’s so fun and easy to talk to!! She has such positive energy that it’s contagious!! 2nd she was quick and thorough. 3rd she explained everything and asked what my comfort was!!!I had some sensitive areas waxed and this was the first time it didn’t hurt!! For real! 5 Stars!!

I can’t say enough about my experience with Waxing the City. They were all very welcoming. Krista did an amazing job on my eyebrows. I normally break very bad after my wax but after using WTC there was hardly any redness or breakout. I will definitely continue to use them, such an awesome experience!

I was looking for another location to get some waxing done, and stumbled upon waxing the city when I went to Publix. Though it took me awhile to finally get in (just bad timing on my part) I was very happy with the waxing I had done (underarms and butt) Krista did my waxing, and she was amazing I couldnt recommend her more. She was very pleasant, easy to talk to, and a pro at waxing for sure. I plan on coming back to WTC to keep up with the waxing, and overall Im very happy with them!

They are open on weekends and evenings which really helps since I live in Nashville. I am active duty military and I was very nervous when I moved here to find someone new to do my Brazilian wax.. Wax The City in Clarksville was WONDERFUL! Outstanding even! The wax they use made everything less painful❤. I absolutely booked another appointment with Krista!!

I went in to get a simple eyebrow and lip wax. I also brought by daughter for an eyebrow wax. It took over an hour and there was still hair left behind. The facility is very nice and the employees are nice. I am not sure if the quality of wax is to blame or the technique used. I would have liked to try other services but if you cant get the hair off my upper lip, how are you gonna get it off my ....you can fill in the blank. I am thankful that my first service was half off because I would not have been happy paying $30 for a substandard lip and eyebrow wax that I could get at the nail shop next door for $20 (which I will be doing in the future).

I needed a waxing and wanted to try a new place. I’m so glad that I chose Waxing The City!!! I was very nervous, but I didn’t need to be. The rooms are very clean and organized. The best part of my experience was the staff. Upon walking in I was happily greeted and only waited a few minutes before my appointment with Ta’Layia. Let me tell you she was amazing. She was very thorough from beginning to end. She made me feel so comfortable that when I’m due for my next appointment I’m looking forward to it. I will be going here from now on. This place ROCKS!!

I don’t leave reviews hardly ever, but I got a Brazilian today done by Ta’Layia and she was AMAZING. I’m a baby when it comes to waxing and she was so comforting the whole time and pain free. The staff was so nice and everything was so clean. I would highly suggest this place and Ta’Layia. I will definitely be returning!!

Today was going to be my third visit using this company, second at this location. I wouldnt say they are all bad, but after wasting my time today, I dont plan on coming back. The positive; they take their time and make you comfortable, the ladies are very friendly. The ladies do very small sections so it usually takes 45 minutes where Ive been to places that takes 10. You can say that means they take their time and are diligent but it all seems to be the same to me. So after forgetting about my appointment on saturday, that I made the day before, I called moments after realizing to apologize and rebook. The soonest I could book an appointment was today which is fine. I left immediately after work to rush over 30 minutes drive to get to my appointment, which I arrived to 10 minutes prior. Upon arriving I was notified I no longer had an appointment. Apparently if you dont confirm your appointment via text message, they cancel you. I have been to this location as well as others and never heard of this. Ive never heard of this in any establishment with a booking system in general. They gave my appointment time, before it was even time, to someone who was a walk in. I asked if there was any way I could walk in (even though I had an appointment that they canceled because I didnt respond to a text) since I was already there and had driven so far to just be turned away. They told me there was no way that could work, despite moments before telling me there was 4 people waiting as walk ins that had gotten in (by taking peoples spots that didnt know they had to respond to a silly text surely). Maybe in the future they can wait to give someones appointment until after their appointment time has actually come up to ensure this doesnt happen to others in the future. Not everyone has their phone on them 24/7. Not everyone can respond at all times. And surely not many people know this is a rule.
