Chris picked up my moms car while I was working late and she didn’t realize one of the tires were still off and when I got home he was putting the tire on for her. I’m actually really impressed with how helpful, genuine & kind he was the whole time. I will definitely continue to do business with this company and refer them to anyone in need of a tow.

Due to having five children I have had a lot of vehicles towed over the years. Before tonight I have NEVER had a bad experience. My daughter was towed from Peachers Mill Rd to Woodlawn and charged $230.00. When I arrived to our property it was at that time I was told Cash only. I explained I had three clients waiting for me and Insurance would be paying, but not after speaking to the owner and the driver it was cash only. Once the owner realized my husband was prior military he was going to let me write a check but because I was upset, he changed his mind again to cash only. Another tow company charged $260 to come from NASHVILLE to my home. So beware if you want ripped off and zero customer service call this company. Look at any of my reviews I rarely do a bad one.
