My vehicle stalled halfway through a road trip leaving me hours from home in an unfamiliar city/state. Not only did Robert try to assist me in the pouring rain but he waited while I spoke to my insurance company and even recommended & took me to a great repair shop so I could get back on the road. Very professional & went above and beyond!

The tow truck drivers were very friendly and empathetic. The lady who answers the phone however was rude not only to me but my insurance as well. Its a shame the first person you deal with sets off an angry demeanor and vibe.

They arrived in under 15 minutes and saved my butt out of a real jam. They are completely professional on the phone and in person. I would trust them to assist my own family we’re they ever in need.

Was assigned this towing company by my insurance to bring a car to the dealership. They sent me a text saying they would be about an hour until they got to me, no big deal. An hour goes by and they push the time back and that time they pushed it back to they still did not show up, and didn’t even send me an updated ETA. I waited an hour after the time they changed the pick up to before calling and canceling the tow. Definitely won’t be using them for anything and would not suggest them to anyone.

Today was the first time I had to have a car towed and it was smooth and simple experience thanks to Bos Towing.

They charge me 70 dollars to go literally across the street .. I appreciate the business but the pricing on that wasnt right. As u see who commented makes a difference.. never again

Andrew is the BEST! He called to let us know how long he would be and asked pertinent questions to get the job done effectively! Upon arrival it was no less than 5 minutes and he had my completely stuck tire off and my spare tire on. After the crazy night we had, he literally made me the happiest person ever! He was a complete gentleman to two stranded women from Wisconsin.

Called AAA and they gave me an estimate of about a 45 min. Andrew from Bos towing showed up in about 20 minutes which was a pleasant surprise. He was efficient and professional. Quick and clean job done.

My car died on the intetstate, and Dylan came and towed (saved) me. He also came to get my vehicle when it was time to take it to the shop to be repaired. They claimed to have 24 hour towing service thee guy who came out refused to tow it at nighr an said we had to wait until 9 am the was very rude and unhelpful then they destroyed the boat during the tow and refused responsibility

Had a flat on the base while hunting. Was sitting there waiting on Clarkesville road service to bring a jack. They never showed up when they said they were on the way, and wouldn’t answer the phone. Called many others that didn’t do road side assistance. Called Bo’s and they said they’d come help us. Chris was there fast and got us fixed up fast. Great company. Life saver after sitting on the side of the road for over 3 hours waiting on the other local tow companies. I’d definitely use Bo’s if you need any kind of tow or road side assistance in Clarksville.

He did a great job and his truck was clean. He said his wife cleans his tow truck every morning he gets his truck and I appreciate that alot very clean and was disinfectant with Lysol..thank you would definitely use him again! I think every tow truck needs to be cleaned and disinfected!

My car had been a sitting duck in my driveway for 5 days with my knowledge of being the transmission going out... after a long fight with my finance company I finally got a place to take my vehicle for it to be fixed... I called originally Vasquez towing, they were suppose to pick up my car at 8am due to some unfortunate circumstances something come up on their end and they called Bo’s to help.... and omg were they amazing!!!! Chris was the driver and he kept in contact with where he was and even when he wld arrive to my home to pick up my car... he was very professional and very kind!!!!! My insurance roadside assistance sent a tow truck to me from Bos. My Ford fusion caught a flat just outside of Clarksville. Service was very prompt and I was kept updated the whole time. I didnt catch the drivers name but he was top notch. Super nice guy and very personable. He even waited around for me at the shop while they confirmed if they had the tire I needed in stock. Highly recommended!

I arranged a tow through my insurance. Other reviewers claim they arrived late. What people don’t understand is... if they get a call from the police for an accident, it has priority or they get fined. This company is also EXTREMELY busy!!! There’s more than just u in the road needing a tow! Josh was my driver. He was very courteous and professional. The truck was new and clean inside & out.They have all flatbed trucks so no damage to ground effects. So just be patient and call Bo’s. You won’t be disappointed. Thank again Josh!😁👍👍

I had a flat tire on the side of i24 with both my kids today. I called Bos and they have me an estimated wait time which they did excellent because he came right at the early part of the window. We had Wayne help us today and he was absolutely amazing. His first concern was our safety and getting off the side of the road. He helped get my daughters carseat in and drove us to where we were getting a new tire. Very professional and respectful. We will definitely be asking for him again if the need arises.

I had my very first emergency car incident today and Wayne was super helpful. He was there within 5 minutes and even though I actually didnt have a spare tire, he helped me get to a nearby auto shop and made sure I was safe and taken care of. I really appreciate the hospitality.

Car blew a high pressure fuel pump and ended up in limp mode on Hwy 48. Call Bos and gave me a reasonable price to tow to a shop in town. Only had to wait for roughly 20 minutes to be on my way.

Bos was contacted and came right away and unlocked the car door quickly before I was too late work this morning!!(locked keys in car) I called Hum (by Verizon) customer service to get my car opened before work at 7:30am when my job started at 8am. So i called in late and waited. Bos estimated time of arrival was 8:13-8:28 and they were there at 8:11 and quickly got it unlocked! I was shocked and it was like a magician performed street magic right before my very eyes and the door was open! Wow! So we both drove off to work by 8:14! Cool! I checked in at work by 8:35 and wasnt in big trouble for calling ahead.

Great customer service ! The receptionist and tow man put me at ease when I called for a tow for my 17 year old son whos ball joint went out on him and his friend. They were stranded in the middle of a road from the pull of the wheel coming lose from the frame. Josh (the tow man) showed up to the vehicle within 30 mins and was not only professional but he went above and beyond to make sure no more cosmetic damage was created to the car by securing the wheel with a tow strap ! So 2 hours later of him working vigorously in the down pouring rain to make sure no more damage was created to the vehicle and it was safely towed to our choice of a shop (Ryans Automotive Repair) we are truly grateful! Words will not do this company justice but a huge thank you and definitely a great reccomendation are in order. You will always be our first call ! Ps. Their tow prices are great, the vehicle was safely towed from Tiny Town Rd. to Woodlawn for a great price !

All they had to do was listen to my wife, and we wouldve been fine. However, because they didnt, were now out of hundreds of dollars for the damages they caused. It was suppose to be a simple jump for the battery, but it turned into blown fuses and the alternator needing to be replaced.

Every time I see their flat bed truck in traffic it is speeding. If you are going the speed limit, the driver will relentlessly tail you and fly by you at the first chance just to tail the next person. I’ve seen this multiple times, this is not a one-off event. This behavior is dangerous for a regular vehicle, not to mention the potential for damage the flat bed has if the driver was distracted for just a small second and rear-ends the person in front of them.

My 2 teenage sons were on their way home and felt a strange rumbling in the car. They pulled over and noticed the tire was sitting cockeyed. About 10 minutes later, the driver, Wayne, called and told me exactly where he was so I would know exactly when he was going to get to my boys. 10 minutes later, he was there. He was incredibly nice and professional, and even took the time to show me exactly what had happened so I knew how to fix it. Most importantly, he got my boys home safe and within 30 minutes. Great service! Called today on a Saturday, asked them to let me know when they were headed to pick up my care and they called back 10 minutes later in route. I quoted 4 other companies until I came upon these guys and stopped looking. Also cheaper than getting a uhaul truck and dolly.

This place is fueled by GREED. They towed my car while I was at my daughter’s gymnastics class for no logical reason other than for them to make a quick buck. We have been going to Action gymnastics for over a year now and the overflow parking always uses the empty lot across the street which is a business called Five Star Food Industries that is closed during the time we are parking there (Monday night from 6-7). I walked outside yesterday after my 7 year old daughter’s class ended, holding her hand expecting to walk across the street when I realized the entire parking lot was empty. I thought my car had been stolen. I’ve since learned that this has happened to several other moms from Action gymnastics. This tow truck company has a contract with the owner of the building across the street and is purposely going around after hours towing any cars parked in these empty lots just to get $125 from each one. It is leaving moms & little girls stranded in the middle of Industrial Drive.

We locked the keys in my truck at Lowes the other night and called AAA they sent Wayne from Bos towing out there to unlock my truck he was there within 10-15 mins and unlocked it in just a couple seconds.thanks Wayne will definitely be asking for you if we need service again a+service

I called Bo’s towing to tow my vehicle, they was there in minutes. I didn’t know what was wrong, just that the car wouldn’t start. When Bo’s towing arrived, he figured out the problem and left a note for the car lot of what he felt the problem was... We need more people like Bo’s towing to help you figure out the problem and not just for money!!! I recommend Bo’s towing any given day!!
