We had some bushes removed and there was a lot of dirt and green gunk left over from the bushes. Oakland power washing actually did a soft wash and washed the soffit and the gutters as well and a little of the front walk for a little less than another companys bid for regular power washing. The difference is incredible. They also walked around the house with us after it was done and explained anything they werent able to clean (stuff that we didnt even notice until they pointed it out). Their estimates are free and everyone responded promptly and they even sent a text when they were on their way (very precise at 17 minutes out and 13 minutes out). We will definitely be calling them again when we need another washing!

This veteran owned and operated company is extremely professional and do a great job! They showed up in time, and I didn’t have to do a thing, they moved all the patio furniture and put it back after they were done. The house looks great and so does the deck and driveway, clearly a huge difference! Highly recommend!

Start to finish Oakland Power Washing was great. Anthony was on time and very thorough when he came for the estimate. The price was very competitive and the crew showed up right on time. Levi and Daniel did a great job, they took their time and made sure to cover anything I didn’t want getting wet. They explained the whole process and were polite and responsive throughout. Incredibly courteous and professional. Answered all of our questions and listened to our concerns. They made sure we knew if something didnt seem satisfactory they would promptly fix it. Which was absolutely not needed. They went above and beyond and took great detail in cleaning our fence and second story deck. We would refer them to anyone.

We had Oakland Power Washing come out and clean up the outside of our house and driveway. When they were done, the driveway was clean and the house looked brand new. Anthony was the one who set our appointment and we had Levi and Jeremy come out and take care of the cleaning. We have one side of the house that gets no direct sunlight and started to turn green. Levi and Jeremy were able to clean that up with ease. I am very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend them.

5 starts because these guys were knowledgeable and fair. My roof was pretty bad, full of algae. They came out and sprayed but didnt get everything off. They came out again and finished the job right. They also knocked off 80 bucks for accidentally spraying my car, which was not a big deal. Nice, honest guys.
