Kenny was great!! Our u-pack arrived on NYE and I didnt know if any places were open. Fortunately, Kenny returned my call pretty darn quick and he was able to help unload everything. I called and got a quote from Jessica. It was very fair...so glad I used them. The men Showed up a little early (not a bad thing)!! The men she has working for her are Top notch. They were extremely efficient and polite. I cannot even understand how they put all this furniture in my new Condo. Its so small vs. What we had. And somehow they did it. Kudos to the whole organization!

I enjoyed meeting and working with all the hard working men at First Choice Movers. Tom, Frank, John, Martin, and James were very professional and I can’t say enough good things about all of them! They handled and treated my things like they would if it were there own. They took their time and did not skimp on boxes, paper or tape. They used as many materials as needed to make sure that things were wrapped and securely placed in boxes. If you ever need to have anything moved, I highly recommended this company! On a rating from 1 to 10, I would give them a 10 plus plus plus!!

Extremely impressed. We hired Firch Choice for our move just a few miles away but we had a lot of stuff. They hustled from beginning to end and nothing was damaged. Everyone we worked spoke with was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

I called them day before, it was super last minute. They told me they were completely booked for 4 moves, but they could tell I was stressed. They fit me in between moves with excellent, nice people and quick service! I totally recommend them!

The three guys that helped us move were fantastic. Worked hard, and really took care of our stuff. One leg of a dresser was slightly damaged in the move, and they came back and got it and had it back to us repaired within a few days of the move. I would highly recommend using First Choice.

After my original moving company cancelled at the last minute I called First Choice. With only two hours notice they were on site and completed my move to a location almost 40 miles away in less than 5 hours. I had no damage and was not charged extra for the short notice. If you have to move First Choice should be your first call. All this took place during hurricane Harvey in September as well. Absolutely the best!

Outstanding experience. Crew arrived on time were friendly and professional, and worked quickly to load and then unload our furniture. I was amazed at how hard they worked. Kenny was there to supervise at times. He even hooked up our dryer. The charge was exactly what was quoted. This is a company you can trust. Second move 3 years later. Same excellent service.

I have used First Choice Moving and Storage three separate occasions since Ive lived in Clarksville. All three times they were nothing but professional and impressed me on each occasion. Two of the jobs I did were large and one was so small I felt embarrassed to even call them. I needed to move a very heavy desk to a bonus room and it was way too much for me and my friends to do. They were on time all three times I used them and I was 100% satisfied each time. First Choice moving and storage will continue to be my first choice everytime!

I contacted them on a Monday and told them I had to have the stuff out by Wednesday morning. Not only were they there on time but they were fast, efficient, and affordable!

I called 1st Choice on 5/22/19 at 8am and spoke with Jessica. I told her I needed some movers and a truck ASAP and she advised she was booked until June 4th😰She offered to keep my number and if anything came up she would call me back. I told her to pleeease see what she can do, and work her magic... She text me within the hour and said she had a crew that will be there by noon... She sent the best men Courtney, Robert and John who were all so professional and well mannered😁I have 3 bedroom home full of furniture thY need to be loaded and unloaded all furniture to its designated area. They were done just a little under 3hours...It begin to rain on them and it didnt effect them at all... They are truly PROs... Thank You Courtney, Robert and John.. BIG SHOUT OUT TO JESSICA!!!!

Highly Recommend! I contacted them to help load all of my boxes and furniture onto the truck I rented from Uhaul and then follow me to my storage unit and unload it all. They are amazing in the Tetris game and packed my storage unit in a way that utilized the space very well. I will contact them for all of my future moves!

Horrible! We recently had to PCS to another state and used 1st Choice Movers to help load our U-Haul truck. The 3-person crew was provided with 4 dozen heavy-weight furniture pads, plastic furniture wrap and access to every blanket we owned. My husband and I allowed them to pack the truck as they saw fit because we assumed they were professionals.When we arrived at our destination, we found significant damages to key items of our furniture. The wooden rods that attach a mirror to our master bedroom dresser were splintered. We attempted to wood glue the rods, but they were so badly damaged that they could not hold the dresser mirror up. Our infant sons wooden crib was scratched so badly that we are having to have it sanded and re-finished professionally. The damage to my sons crib occurred because they broke it down and did not wrap the wood pieces. We had a leather sectional and two of the connector metal rods were broken completely off the couch and another was badly bent. The leather sectional pieces cannot be connected at this point. Finally, several boxes we had clearly labeled as FRAGILE were damaged and items broken.After discovering these issues, we called the company. When we spoke to the management, they acted disinterested, blamed the damages on either our driving or the route taken (interstate), and stated U-Haul furniture pads were too thin. We understand that some damage may occur doing a move, but we have never had this type or extent of damage from other moving companies during our other two PCS moves.I would never recommend this company to any family, friend, or even my worst enemy!
