The staff of women here is phenomenal. I came here after Quest Diagnostics kicked me out for having a baby, and wow— the care here at Lab Corp was so much more pleasant. Check in was fast and easy. The blood draw was fast, and she was so gentle! They were very welcoming of my infant and I! 10/10, well done ladies!

Very friendly staff. In the numerous times Ive had blood drawn here, Ive never felt the stick and have gotten in and out in minutes. Friends and family have all had good experiences here as well.The negative reviews are hilarious. Maybe you shouldnt arrive 10 minutes before they close for lunch when you know you cant pee. And certainly dont expect your child to be in the restroom with you when youre doing a drug test. Thats basic common sense!

Always friendly, on time, staff is also gentle. The office is also clean. Much better then Quest in many ways.

Drove all the way down here from Russellville, KY with an appointment. I did the online check-in and of course it said You are checked in. But after waiting I decided to go up to the door and see what was taking so long. There was a sign on the door saying they were closed down due to air conditioning issues.Terribly inconsiderate of this place. They should have called to cancel my appointment.

Please be advised that Google won’t update the hours listed for Labcorp after multiple attempts.Labcorp is Closed for LUNCH from 12pm to 1pm and Drug Screens are not accepted after 4pm

You need to make sure you check yourself if your insurance covers testing at this place. They will take your insurance card and give you the test and then you will receive huge bill for something you thought was covered...Very dishonest people! Oh and while you are still fighting with insurance and them they will threaten your credit forcing you to pay. I have found Quest diagnostics to be more honest and cheaper for my insurance and the people are nicer.

There were 2 women working, the younger women was very nice but the older one was very RUDE and OBNOXIOUS. I wouldnt recommend nobody to go there.

I took a lab order here yesterday and I couldnt have been more impressed. The lady I dealt with was very nice and kept making sure I was ok while taking my blood. This was honestly the best experience Ive had getting my blood drawn and I will definitely go back if I need any labs done again!

The phlebotomist listened to me when I said my young son was a hard stick. He has become very scared to have his blood drawn do to past experiences. She was very gentle and kind to him. He now is not as scared to have blood work drawn anymore. Thank you so much Ms. Jessica for your hard work.

After having to use this Labcorp 3 different times, I have yet to have a positive experience. The ladies seem so displeased with their jobs and are not pleasant about helping you at all. I gave 2 stars because the actual testing went very smoothly and accurately and the phlebotomist didn’t seem to mind doing his job.

If I could give no stars I would. I needed to do a drug screen for employment and had my daughter with me because it will take all of three minutes. The lady working the desk very rudely said, is someone with you? Because she - my kid - cant go with you. Theres no where online stating that children couldnt be present. The office staff was very unprofessional and didnt even remotely try to be understanding. Im not looking forward to having to waste my time finding someone to watch my child so I can come back and repeat this process.

I have been a couple time and Everytime I have been they have been very nice and super fast

Rudest set of people Ive met since moving to Clarksville. The guy Jeremy was condescending and the woman up front was nasty as hell. Get a new job if you hate your life that much, dont make the rest of us miserable too.

This place went above and beyond our needs. My 2.5 year old needed a blood draw and after being sent to quest diagnostics and was bluntly refused service and was demanded to come back when I was better prepared with a stroller since I had two other kids with me, I called the pediatrician to fax over the order to another lab. I chose this lab. Once we got there, we were seen right away but came across a problem. Since our pediatrician normally does not use lab Corp, we didn’t get the correct code as each lab uses their own codes. After not being able to get in touch with the dr as she was out of the office, instead of sending us home, the lab tech drew his blood and got an extra vial of blood to put on stand by until they were able to reach the dr the following morning. The two ladies here were extremely helpful and very kind.

The Attendants were very rude. When asked to use the bathroom, I didnt have to go right away and I told the lady that when I first got there. She still continued to ask me to the back and when I told her again that I was not ready to use the bathroom, she caught an attitude. Then another patient came in after me and had the same problem. After she said she wasnt able to go, one of the attendants proceeded to make the statement Well looks like IM not getting a lunch today! In a very rude manner.
