From day one until I cancelled my subscription 4 months later I never had a full week of deliveries. Each week for 2 to 4 days of the eeek the paper was not delivered. Sent numerous emails, had several telephone calls, and was always assured the problem was being addressed. With daily newspapers struggling I was very disappointed they had no interest in. Correcting this issue.

We live out in Woodlawn, TN and we literally LIVE for the newspaper. We dont have a delivery-person now and when we did have one, The Leaf-Chronicle was late ( afternoon) most of the time. So I go down to the office on Commerce St, climb two flights of stairs and the sign on the door still reads Closed because of COVID-19. The Mayor lifted the mask mandate last month! WHAT A SCAM! I SUBSCRIBED TO THIS PAPER ON A PROMOTION, $13.00 FOR THREE MONTHS, STARTING 11/05/19. I LOOKED AT MY CREDIT CARD BILL AND NOTICED THE LEAF CHRONICLE TOOK OUT $15.00 TODAY 12/03/19. I CALLED THE NUMBER LISTED ON MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT. I CALLED AND THE GUY SAID THEY WILL BE CHARGING MY CARD $15.00 A MONTH?? WHAT? THE PROMOTION SAID $13.00 FOR THREE MONTHS! HE COULDNT GIVE ME A REASON AS TO WHY THEIR GOING TO CHARGE $15.00 A MONTH. I CANCELLED IT ASAP! PAY ATTN PEOPLE THE PROMOTIONS ARE A SCAM!

Wish i could give zero stars! I never ever EVER got my paper at all. And when i call and ask that i never got my paper they apologized and that someone was going to call me never happened. They keep taking money out of my bank even when i have a freaking dollar in there. And they still try to take money out of your bank. Even when I havent gotten none of my paper.

I am being charged for newspapers I cancelled in October 2017. You HAVE to talk to a person, but they put you on hold and never answer. I waited for 90 minutes one day. My wife waited on hold over two hours on another day. I went to the Leaf Chronicle office and they had a sign closed gone to lunch. I waited over an hour and no one showed up. This newspaper is a joke.

I only rate it one star because there is no zero. I subscribed to the Sunday edition and received my first issue on Nov 12. Did not receive it on the following Sunday. Went on-line and did the live chat. No one brought me a newspaper. Sent a followup email. Was told someone would be contacting me. Never happened. Did not receive a paper on the 19th, 23rd or 26th. Called Customer service, was told that someone would be contacting me. This too didnt happen. Registered 3 complains on line. Was told that the delivery supervisor and district supervisor would call. You guessed it, didnt call. First Sunday in December, guess who still didnt receive a paper. Called to cancel. They always sound so friendly and helpful on the phone. They are always so sorry and understand what you are going through. They are willing to give you credit. Always gonna have someone important call. Its all lies. No one cares, no one calls and you still dont get your paper. In my 66 years on this earth, I have never been more disrespected or had such sorry customer service. They tell you they appreciate your business but have a strange way of showing it.

I enjoy reading this paper. Great for local news.

Lousy reporting, poorly researched, obviously biased.I would gladly subscribe to a paper that actually engaged in investigative journalism. Too bad there isnt one around.
