I called in today to get an intake appointment for my son whom was a previous patient and was told to call back in the morning. No appointments available for intake it’s just call back. Very disappointing service.

Was disappointed in my first appointment. If you need help I wouldnt go to this place, which is for getting help just gave me more anxiety going.

I have had nothing but good experiences with them for myself. My therapist is one of the best I have ever met as far as veterans care is concerned. They are also very good with children and my daughter is seen there as well. They are one of the most welcoming of families as far as mental health providers go. My daughter felt comfortable enough with the nurse to talk to her which normally doesn’t happen.

Theyre only taking patients for state-funded healthcare, so the people who are out working and spending a fortune on employer funded healthcare to pay for the state-funded healthcare cant get any help because the government pays these scam artists more. You guys are the real heros.

Ive been going here since December of 2016. Theyve helped me a lot. Ive seen some negative reviews and I can only imagine its from another center. I go to the one in Clarksville, Tn and everyone Ive met has been super nice and sweet to me. When I called for an appointment, I broke down and was at my wits end. The lady on the other side was really patient with me and helped me calm down.

Very 1st appointment and due to the fact that it was pouring down raining and being unfamiliar with the address I was 10 mins late appt was at 8am it is now 903am and had I not gone up to the front desk to inquire about why its been an hour and no1 has called me back or explained to me why I havent been called back. The two ladies at the front desk said they didnt know I was still sitting there and after having to probe I find out they were too busy talking laughing and joking with staff that they didnt see the intake officer had emailed them back and basically told them id have to be worked in as a walk in.

They hung up on me when I was trying to explain Whats going on with me that suck

Every call ever done all u get is we cant help!!! It dont matter the call they cant help so why r u up n running if u cant ever help anyone
