Initially I had to call and remind them of my appointment. When I did they gave me one nearly a month out. This didn’t bother me, however, they are a very busy business and service many customers including the police. They let me know this in advance before leaving a deposit, which I appreciated. The actual service was fast and pristine, exactly what I wanted. The problem is it’s not even 24 hrs after my wrapping and it’s bubbling significantly. I’m going to call Monday and see about getting this resolved and from there I’ll update on my results. I’m sure this is rare and as long as it’s fixed I’d continue going based off their professionalism.Update: 5/24/21 called in the morning and let them know what was going on. They allowed me to come in and fix it free of charge same day. I went in on a lunch break and they did it in about 15 minutes, I was able to eat and pick it up. Definitely what you’d expect of a business with such a large customer base and great reviews. I plan on returning.

I walked into this business just to ask about buying a small piece of vinyl wrap. I walked out with my project discussed, planned and scheduled by a most pleasant and professional staff. My project was so small (wood grain dash on a 1955 MG TF) that it measured about 15 X 10 inches. You would have thought Id brought in a fleet of buses in to be wrapped! She came out to office, gave us an estimate w/ a mock up, and has responded to me most of the time in a timely manner. I called one other sign service in Clarksville and they never emailed me back. I’m very satisfied with the work that was done and would recommend them.The only issue I had was on my outside sign, where they did not add a symbol. I called up Emily that morning and she had someone come out and modify it quickly and efficiently. Problem was solved.
