If you like unclean clothes please continue.I was present at this location on 8/12/21. I used four washer the white machines near the dryer. My clothes didnt smell clean at all. The liner of the washer was rapped around my clothes leaving dirt recede on my supposedly clean clothes. I notified the worker at the front desk. Who called the owner and she refused to refund or rewash my clothes. When speaker with other they also stated they experience the same problem at this location. The front desk clerk informed me this wasnt the first time they had this issue. Fix ur machines & stop stealing people money. It very frustrating. I hate wasting money. I will never wash her again. The pictures of the clothes was after I used the Washer. Save your money & time.

Amazing laundromat. Its incredibly clean, the machines are reasonably priced, absolutely enormous, and allowed me finish a LARGE amount of laundry quickly when our dryer was out of commission. Everyone coming in and out of the building was incredibly friendly and Shae provided a level of customer service Ive never seen in a laundry facility and rarely elsewhere. Massive bonus for those with small kids - theres a great little arcade in the back to help keep them occupied!

I used to like coming here because of how clean the place and the machines were and also how friendly the staff was. Now the machines are CONSTANTLY dirty, full of animal hair and the place smells bad at times (like sewer). The new staff isnt as friendly so it makes the visit not so pleasant. This place was the closest laundromat and I would use it because of course how convenient it was for me and the great custome service I received always. Definitely needs improvement and ASAP!!

ATM and change machines on-site are helpful. Lots of old equipment, some are inoperable which is understandable. But could you at least put a larger, more noticeable sign saying out of order? It would be nice to have this info up front before you load all your clothes, pour detergent, and then find out its not working. That little inch wide note in small black type is ridiculous.

Very clean and affordable. The front load washer doors were spotless and no gunk build up. The top load washers were also clean. Washers spin out all the extra water for less drying times. Dryer temps are perfect and dry a load in good time. I appreciate the different size washers available. My clothes smelled wonderful when I got home. I was very impressed at how clean everything was and how pleasant the lady working there is every time I use their laundry mat. The only negative is its not located closer to where I live!

If I could put 0, it would be more accurate. I went in to ask the lady if my comforter set could be washed, then dried on a low heat setting. They happily agreed and said they understand the comforter brand (Ugg brand), and have experience with cleaning the comforter products from Bed, Bath and Beyond. As I went to pick up the set, my items were stuffed into a trash bag, with the bag I brought in strewn to the side. As I checked the blanket at home, there were Matt’s and a giant blue stain on the comforter. I called to ask if I could possibly get this rewashed, as the stain and Matted sheep wool came from their expertise. The manager said I had attitude the entire time; I requested to speak to her about policies to see if I could get the blanket fixed and was told the manger would not see me, nor did I have the chance to meet her. After getting the blanket redone, I was told no more will be done and, quote, “this was a waste of time on a stupid person”. If you respect your items, I hope you have a better experience.

The laundromat that I usually go to was closed on the fourth of July. So I called St.B laundromat to see if the were open. I went there and it seemed to be very pleasant and clean. The washer machines were also clean and in good working condition. As were their dryers. And they were cheaper. The only problem I had was that they didnt have a restroom for the public. They said it was because of Covid 19 restrictions! I didnt understand because all of the other laundromats had restrooms that were available to the public. Other than that.. it was a pretty good experience! But please fix it so we as customers can use the restroom!!! 😁👍

Great staff... the lady working at the cleaners was very polite, very considerate and friendly... prices are very reasonable.. $2 for small washing machine.. .25 cents per 6 minutes for drying... place is clean .. organized... and easily accessible!!!

Washer went out of order in the middle of the cycle, but the blonde woman working was kind and got us a wash in another cycle without us having to pay for another washer! Appreciate her much. Dryers are also amazing and super quick

Employers are veru rude! There is an older lady that gets mad about every things and give an attitude all the time. They ask to customers to wear masks but they employees dont wear masks either!!! Never coming here again! Owner needs to be notified how rude employees are and how they dont follow mask rules but want customers to wear them! Doesnt make sense!!!!

Ms. Beverly and Ms. Ashley are two of the most friendliest women and are always willing to go that extra mile to ensure fantastic customer service. Going in the facility was very clean and well-maintained instructions on what to do were very straightforward It’s quiet all the machines are working just fine I would wholeheartedly recommend this to someone like me working for the unions staying in an area for a few weeks at a time

Washing machine wont fill up completely . Half of my clothes didnt even touch the water. Total waste of money now I have to wash them again in another washing machine.

Pretty nice facility cleanliness from what Ive seen and the machines are very convenient. They also have snack and drink machines for you if its a long wait. Prices are pretty standard for a laundromat.

This place is a rip off. They make fun of and steal from the socially dysfunctional. Customers lose money time and time again just to be told they didnt operate the machine properly.

Employee is very nice, but Decided to close 2 hours and now I am left with no clothes.

Upon reading past reviews none of them were really helpful in my book. So I’m going to give a 100% honest and upfront review. The double load machines cost $4 (which is relatively low from my past experiences) and fit my king size comforter with no problem and it only took about 30 minutes. The dryers cost 25¢/8 minutes. Since they aren’t electric they dry very effectively. The facilities were clean for a laundromat and there were more than enough machines. The building is older and it shows that the facilities have been used through the years but over all one of the better laundromats I have been to.

Price is a bit higher but the facility is clean and convenient. Staff is polite. Not sure if there is different staff but the lady working is nice and personable. I didnt have any questions but others did and she was very helpful.Change machines available that take up to $20. $0.25 to dry in the large dryers. $2.00 for the small washers, $3.00 for the from load washer, $5.00 for the large front loaders, and $6.50 for the mega load washers. Video game machines available. Some machines are out of order and are labeled as such.

My go to laundry spot in Clarksville. Its clean and the staff are friendly from my experiences so far. In 6 weeks I havent had to wait for a washer or dryer.

Visited St B Super Laundromat today. Very helpful and courteous. I only had to wash comforters but attendee helped throughout whole process. Cause I was to short to see to add product, she did it for me. Put the change in, and set functions. Loved my experience. And is very friendly to talk with. Thank you.

Laundromat is clean. The lady behind the counter offered help without me needing to find her & ask. They ask you use only the front load washers for blankets & pillows. I used a $5 machine to wash 1 heavy full size blanket, 2 throw blankets & a sheet. In hindsight I felt I could have gone down a size to the $4 washer. They also have smaller $3 front loaders & $2 top loaders. The dryers I used were 25 cents for six minutes. My aforementioned load of blankets were done in 18 minutes & I had a separate load of towels done in 12. The counter attendant was very nice & helpful. I noticed some other reviews complained about service, so maybe its the evening or weekend attendants? I went on a Thursday afternoon & had good service.

Helpful staff. Good range of prices on the washing machines. Clothes come very clean here. It is an older building inside, old restroom, floor. But kept very clean and the machines are new, or newer. Only negative to look for, is that there out of order signs are very, very small 1x 2 and they place them on the quarter intake. So its easy to load a washer and dryer before seeing it is not working.

Very impressed with the atmosphere. Miss Beverly is professional and courteous. When she saw me struggling with the door and a load of laundry, she opened the door for me. That goes above and beyond the scope of her job requirements. My clothes get clean and dry, without costing as much as other laundromats. Thank you, Beverly, for the safe and comfortable experiences.

The lady that runs the place is nice till the machine rips you off. I got 5 dollars in change. When I put the money in the 5$ machine, it says I only put 4.75$ in. I told the lady it what happens. She puts the quarter in my hand with a attitude. The ladys daughter is even worse than her. She didnt give me all my money back when the dryer took it. Then she talks to me like Im stupid, and it was my fault that the machine took it. I dont recommend this place to anyone. Its a good location and is fairly clean. Why would you give money to people that have no respect for people. After my cloths finish drying I will never come back. I rather drive an extra 10 min to the other laundromat.

Been once and will never return!! I started putting my clothes into the large white washing machine and the white older women who works there came up and told me not to use it because I need a bigger machine. I told her Im obviously going to use more then one. But she keeped insisting I use the smaller more expensive one because it spins the clothes the right way. So annoyed, I start putting my clothes in the other washing machine and ended up having to use five because of how tiny they are! Oh and they cost more too!Then after my clothes have dried, I opened the dryer door to get them out but the dryer wouldnt stop spinning! I told the employee and she tells me Theyre broke and wont stop spinning until all the time is up. So my clothes got extra dry because I couldnt get them out without breaking my arms from the nonstop spinning dryers.WORST PLACE EVER! I see a law suit in the near future.

I do not recommend this laundromat to anyone that desires to wash clothing without being micromanaged by complete strangers. I entered this laundromat after returning from California, and was approached by a woman that was near in a rush to reach me just after I placed my laundry to be washed on the floor to be placed into separate washers. As I place my clothing into the washer she is standing nerve mess if I am a child saying the washers are half load? Im certain I know how to wash laundry so as I fill to what she is stating a half load she angry lunges toward me saying as if I am a child “ and your le still putting them in there” . I replied don’t worry I will take my business else where. If as a customer we can not get the respect as a customer and the privacy when in your establishment I request everyone’s business be taken elsewhere until your employees can present great customer service.

The machines worked well and the facility is clean, but run down. The issue is the employee on duty. She was absolutely hateful, rude and obnoxious. She couldnt answer a simple question without being spiteful and she yelled at people and chastised them. Everyone was exchanging glances, eyerolls and quiet comments about her. She called one woman stupid for putting something in what she deemed the wrong washer. There are also no prices posted on the dryers. The prices for the washers are outrageous but the capacity of the machines does mean you can do more in fewer loads. Its still overpriced.The rude employee is grey haired, with multiple tattoos (in case the owners read this) and she is the reason Ill never return and why I bothered writing this review. She should be fired. She really seemed to get off on behaving like a tyrant.

I dont know what other reviewers are complaining about, the facilities and staff were pretty decent from every one of my trips there. They were helpful to point something out when I needed help, and the facilities themselves was still kept clean and cool, with working machines (90% of them. I understand when some things break) but those that were broken were fixed by the time I came for my next load of laundry.

They have a drop off service available. Lots of machines ranging from single load up to triple load. Lots of dryers. Lots of folding tables a rolling carts. Clean, but with the normal exceptions. Like lint and dust and dripped detergent and softener. The double loader is a good value costing $2.00.

The lady at the counter/Owner was very disrespectful and rude, the prices are very high $17 to wash 2 comforters and 6 pillows Ill be taking my shot to the house to Dry and I will not recommend this place to no one not will I be returning EVER!!!

Rip off. Avoid this place if you dont want to be ripped off. I took some items in for cleaning and when I picked then up I could have bought new ones for less than it cost to clean the old ones. Never again.

Awful place. New to area and didnt know machines put 6.50 in sign read no refunds if not latched. I thought it was latched. It was not. I spoke to ladies at counter extremely rude. Made me feel like a total idiot for it. Had to pay another 6.50. This b is terrible business practice. What if all someone had b was just enough to wash 1 load........they obviously have this Halen a lot and decided to capitalize on it. Terrible practice. I am in Clarksville working out of state.. I only have one day off a week which is Sunday. I drop my laundry off here every Sunday morning to be done and pick it up Sunday afternoon. My laundry is always clean and folded nice or on hangers if I desire. Tha staff is very courteous

This place has very few top loader washers. The larger machines smell sour and leave your clothes smelling sour.The staff constantly tries to push you to use the larger washer machines. And when you dont use them, they stand over you while youre loading the small ones.I certainly wont be going back.

The machines in all are fine but the lady working was extremely rude. Our quarter got suck in the dryer so we hit the return change button and it came back out. We tried to put it in again, same thing. So we put it in and hit it where the change goes and it went down. The lady working yelled at us telling us not to hit it. If that wasnt bad enough then she came up to us right in our face and with a very rude attitude trying to tell us how to do it. Im not a child please dont talk to me like one. She made me never want to come back here

Well let me start by saying all the employees are so very Friendly , They are very helpful. Ive NEVER had any kind of attitude from them .. Some customers are very rude when they are told how these washer operate.. Also this place is close to my home that I can come and do laundry with no problem. . .. But let me tell you all that want to talk smack bout the employees and the building.. dont matter wat the building looks like you still got Ur laundry done . I visit this place on a regular basis only because of my job. Today the clerk as me to kiss her ass as I was leaving , you know the one that looks like a short fat city possum yeah you know who, my company has chosen to seek elsewhere to help feed someone more deserving!

When I visited majority of the machines was not working properly and the lady was rude. I customer made a mistake and dropped her dryer sheets on the floor without knowing. And the lady I guess worked there was very loud and rude about keeping the facility clean. Location to me is wrong. Just did not like it.

The machines are fine...but the ladies working there are very rude. I went off on one lady for disrespecting my 7 year old son. I wish there was another place to go closer to me cause I would not go back. Now I do not interact with them but if they get out of line I will continue to let them have it straight up.

My wife and I were there today and my wife was attempting to use a machine and the older lady got very rude and disrespectful to her and kicked our cloths basket. I havent used this place yet but was scoping reviews because Im moving back to Clarksville soon. Was a very nice laundromat, plenty of games to play, or you can sit and watch TV. Only problem is the owner hadnt turned in the A/C and the place was at least 90 degrees.

The older woman that seemed to run the place started out very helpful. Then she became rude and micromanaging. She was rude to my sister and I for using a small washer for a small duffle bag. She walked up and opened the lid to our laundry then proceeded to tell us that our things would still have soap on them. (They didnt) plus after being here for a while i saw the woman arguing with a man for putting his things in the wrong washer machine, she then proceeded to grab his things for him throw them back into his basket. Also, the quarters kept getting stuck in the machines and they do not offer a refund.

I dont know if the grey haired lady who works there is the owner or not but her attitude is just outright unpleasant. This place has really stupid washing machines that would swallow your money if you make an honest mistake of not locking the door properly. They refuse to refund your money, telling you indignantly that you have to insert the money again because jts your fault to not read the paper (by the way the paper didnt specify how to lock the door. It simply tells you need to lock it so if you are a newbie here, too bad). Once I find another laundromat I will ditch this placd immediately. What in the world.

As an OTR driver I found this place accessible, clean, and reasonably priced. The new Dexter Mega loaders made it possible for me to wash everything in one load saving me a few dollars.

Very rude and disrespectful workers, but the machines are pretty affordable. But again a change in staff definitely would make it a better environment.
