Wouldnt bring my dog there, I cannot forgive how I was treated when covid began and I needed my medication refilled that was supposed to be refilled during my last visit but somehow wasnt, which happens frequently unfortunately. I should of changed doctors long before. I never felt listened to about my symptoms and nothing was ever checked, all that gets done is a basic physical anything beyond that just gets ignored basically. I also see someone else had about the same review as mine and the response was saying that person was incorrect and she couldnt respond more due to hippa, but I can see where that person isnt incorrect and of course they dont want anyone to leave a bad review and would try to call that person basically a liar. I actually have proof from recorded calls and emt .s and other 1st responders that were here telling me my only option to leave home was to go to the hospital and the receptionist there telling me I couldnt get my meds refilled unless I made an office visit and if I couldnt drive call an uber or cab with the police telling me if I did I could be detained because they didnt want me to spread covid to the driver or other people I would come in contact with going to an office visit. This was in May when covid was just starting to spread. I had just had an office visit for the medication refill I needed but it was never called in,I had to explain to the police and 1st. responders that were here and heard the whole conversation because it was on speaker that I wasnt going to go because I felt to sick to leave here, the officer did ask me to ask for a telemed appointment and the dr. Office said they wouldnt do that and if I wanted my medicines I would come in. My aunt even tried to call to explain that I had 1st responders here and that I couldnt go in because they suspected I had covid they told her they were tired of me calling asking for my medication (something for a my stomach which has now been diagnosed as an ulcer but she could never help me get diagnosed with and my my heart medicine is what i needed)and they also told her (my aunt)not me i was going to be dropped as a patient because I refused to go in. I didnt refuse, I was told by police I couldnt go but if thats how they wanted to act about it and me being as sick as I was then Im grateful for them dropping me via my aunt, I guess hippa didnt matter then.

My son has gone there twice and he’s had to go somewhere else after seeing the nurse practitioner there. Go here if the ER is shut down and no one else is available. If not you’ll leave with medicine that’s not going to help and still feel horrible days later.

She ignored my concerns. I requested a cortisol test and she didn’t order, even though I have a history of high levels causing issues. When I requested, the team was vague on how to get one. I called back a few months later, as I’m still not feeling well and was told I needed another appointment. It was clear she was about the money and not my wellness.

Dr. Tittle, Is very good in her profession , Ive been going to her since 2014. Plus everybody in the office always nice to me.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. Needed 2 procedures last year and the staff found great specialists who took my ins. and scheduled appts for me. They care about you.

Ive been there several times. Everytime I have seen the NP, Jackie. Shes amazing!!!! She is extremely knowledgeable and takes time to listen to all your concerns. Also, not sure if I should say this or not, but she is easy on the eyes. I asked her out on a date, but unfortunately she is married :(

All of the staff are exceptionally caring, friendly and professional. I have no qualms about discussing any problems, because I know that they will either be able to take care of it in a compassionate manner, or refer me to someone I can trust. I cannot say enough that really describes the excellent care from Best Care Clinic. I have been a patient for several years, and plan on continuing to be under their care.

I randomly chose this practice when I was adding a life insurance policy and needed a PCP. My initial visit was great, the nurse practitioner was really nice- that was earlier this year. My family is in the process of moving, so we had new appliances, all new flooring, and everything else to move, and somehow I strained my back. I waited a few days trying to rest and use ice/heat/ibuprofen/icy hot, all that, and it wasnt helping, so I scheduled an appointment on Monday and went in. Again, I saw the nurse practitioner (Ive never even met the doctor.) This NP prescribed a muscle relaxer and some topical ointment. I used this that day and the next and called to tell her this was not helping at all, and she told me to double the dose. I did that all day Wednesday and it still wasnt helping, so I called first thing Thursday morning and asked for a call back, by 12:30pm I hadnt heard anything, so I called again, and couldnt reach her, and left another message, but never received a call back that day. NP called the next morning and I missed the call and called her back and she wouldnt even get on the phone, only relayed a message that all she can do is send me to physical therapy. That is very poor practice for the delay and unwillingness to try something different. Im one of those people that goes to the dr only every few years, and this was unnerving and unprofessional.

Dr. Tittle and her staff are phenomenal! They listen to your issues and are precise and knowledgeable in finding the answers. It has been a wonder to have them care so much about getting to the bottom of my symptoms and taking care of me. I am transferring my entire family to Best Care Clinic and would recommend the same to anyone and everyone. They are a God send.

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Nice comfy seating. The safe is so friendly and nice. I felt that they listened to me and my concerns. Got me in and out. Highly recommend them. If I have have a problem they are the first and only I would turn to for help.

I rarely see Dr Tittle, but everyone else there is always amazing. I often have insurance issues with the pharmacy and Taylor (or whoever is at the front at the time) is always willing to call and fix it for me. I bring my son here as well and they put him at ease. This is my family doctor now, and will be unless I move!

Have always had great experience here. They listen and discuss. Never do I feel rushed and never a long wait to be seen once in exam room.

I have worked with Dr. Tittle for over 5 yrs and also I have been a patient of hers. Shes a doctor very rare to fine, she cares more about her patient than money. She is a teacher and will not let her patients leave until they have a good understanding even if it takes longer than their appointment time.

Dr. Tittle and her staff are awesome. They listen to you and do not rush you out. They take the time to hear you and they work hard on trying to find answers. Her office is warm and welcoming. I highly recommend her office.

Dr. Tittle and her staff are extremely caring and kind, a combination that is hard to find now a days in a doctors office. She takes time to listen to all of her patients and will never make you feel rushed or unimportant. I would recommend Dr. Tittle and her nurse practitioner Lorissa to anybody looking for a compassionate primary care doctor.

A person very close to me was denied an externship there because of her tattoos its sad that appearance overlooks character personality and knowledge these days some of the best people Ive met in my lifetime are covered in tattoos from head to toe I hope I never have to set foot in the clinic

She is caring and considerate always has a smile on her face. This place treats me like im part of the family. The nursing staff takes care of the referrals and only sends you to the best!! Should be called Worst Care Clinic. The receptionist is rude. Not good when the receptionist is the first person of contact.

New in town and went here based off of other reviews. Wasn’t sick or needing a checkup, just a referral and rx. Saw an NP, felt she was ok and took her time. Place was ok, nothing special, a little different setup than usual.Later after my visit when I received the bill, they charged my insurance not only for a new office visit and some other line items but also a physical. I specifically stated and it was in my records that I had just had one a physical a few months before moving, but they took advantage of my new insurance and year end to bill for it. Listening to my breathing should not qualify as a physical exam...I was not impressed and that was the nail so to speak. Will be looking elsewhere.
