Valarie, the owner, is a highly skilled clinician with experience treating complex cases that involve trauma and dissociation. She has a compassionate, caring, and creative approach to working clients. She individualizes care and meets clients where they are, taking the time to get to know clients and their unique strengths and resiliences. She is highly trained and skilled. Her team is lucky to have her because I know how much she deeply cares for her staff and their well-being. It is important to her that they receive high quality training, so that clients get the best care possible.

I 1st started seeing Valarie Harris at this center about 2yrs ago. From my very 1st session, I loved her! After seeing her for over a yr, she matched me up with another therapist named Stephanie. I absolutely adore her! Theyre are both like friends but without any judgement and they genuinely care. After going to therapy off and on for 23yrs with no real results, Ive finally found my match. Within the 1st 5 sessions I got more helpful tools than I had in all those years. I like most of all is that they give feedback, not answer your questions with a question.

Finding a place for therapy where you truly feel comfortable can be hard, but this place made me feel at home from the very beginning. Stephanie Anderson is so welcoming, she truly cares about her clients. She plans out a detailed plan for healing and gives you all the tools you need to truly see progress. I can’t recommend this place or Stephanie more. The healing process is never easy, there are many moments of wanting to give up or feeling like you don’t have the strength to go on, but Stephanie ensured support that has carried me through the moments of doubts. I have never truly had progress until working with her.
