I have 2 little boys and recently moved down to Tenessee from Maryland. Needless to say the interior of my Chevy Traverse was a NIGHTMARE. I needed to get it detailed so I was able to completely start back over and maintain it once cleaned. I went onto google for nearest car detailing companies in my area. Hacketts Auto Detail Spa was one of the first ones that popped up for a 4/5 star rating and awesome reviews. When I scheduled my appointment they told me it would look like it was when I first bought the car and honestly I did not think it could be done but how dirty it was. When I picked up my car it literally looked BRAND NEW AGAIN! Everything was spotless, stains I thought would not come out did and it smelt so good too! I was so shocked and so happy by the outcome! I had a spot on the front bumper of a car hitting it and they completely buffed it out. This company is amazing and the owners and employees are so nice! Very reasonable pricing too especially the work my car needed! Definitely recommend anyone going here if they want their car really taken care of and will definitely be going back!

Took my car there in absolutely embarrasing filthy condition... 🥴. Car came out shining and looking like new, and smelling fresh... 😃😆. Major issues they took care of were getting mold (dont ask) out of the passenger seat, milk spill stain out of trunk, difficult to reach dirt and food crumb on floor, and embedded bug splat on the front end of the car. Will be taking my car there again.

Brian was able to not only get my car in last minute, he made it a priority! There were vomit stains on the passenger side of my car, and now there is no trace of any stain at all. Brian was punctual, had great communication, was very professional, and he did a fantastic job.

Im a mom of 3 loud messy kids and 2 large furry dogs, and had sadly neglected my minivan for years. It had been on multiple road trips across the country with messy toddlers and pets and was in really bad shape, but when my youngest got sick in it, that was the last straw and I HAD to get it detailed.This place was so accommodating. They allowed us to drop off early (within two days of calling), were done in just a couple hours, and the owner picked me and my kids up to get the van when it was done because we didnt have another car.They did a phenomenal job. It looks better than brand new. The stains and dog fur that have been there for years are gone, the crayon marks on the ceiling (kids....) are gone. It looks perfect. Im considering banning my children from riding in it ever again so that I can keep it this nice. :)

I recently took my car here for the first time. The owner is super friendly and the service is fast! My car was done around the same time the next day of dropping it off and it looked spectacular. The exterior looked better than when I bought the (used) car off the lot. And he managed to get the tough stains off my interior upholstery. The pricing is much better than the competition in the area as well.

On Thursday I spilled coffee all over the front seat, floor and dashboard of my car leaving work. At 4:45 I called Hackett’s Auto Detail Spa and spoke to Tammy. I explained what happened and that I was going out of town on Sunday. She was very nice and very professional. She offered to get me in the very next day. My work schedule made that impossible, but she said she could get me in first thing Saturday morning. I arrived just before 8 and Brian was there and got right to work on my car. He took his time and did an amazing job. The inside looks like it did when I first purchased my car. Due to my time schedule I only had the interior done, but I will be back for a full detail on the exterior. As a veteran I love to patronize veteran owened businesses. I recently swung by to get my car checked out because it had a stain on it that I could not get off. The owner and his wife were very hospitable and so kind. He managed to get the stain right off and I was probably in and out in about 10 minutes. They also did not charge me for the service!! Which, being a student I was so so thankful for. I drive a 12 passenger van which regularly has 7 kids age 10 and under in it. Its a big dirty beast. All kinds of drinks and food have been spilled and ground into the seats and carpet. Brian worked some voodoo magic (he said he had to clean the seats 3x 😳) and my van looks amazing! Everything bumper to bumper is sparkling! He is super detail oriented and on top of it a very nice person. Much better communication and customer service than I experienced with another detailer up the road. I will definitely be back.

I brought my 2004 Toyota truck in to see what they could do for it. It was in sad shape having not been cared for in years. It had black sap stains on the hood and roof. The interior was embarrassing. Hacketts surprised me with what a good job they did on my truck. All of the sap and stains were removed and it was waxed. The interior was spotless. It hasnt looked this good since I drove it off the lot when I bought it new. I highly recommend Hackets.
