The absolute worst service Ive experienced from a dealership. I brought my car in for pcm flash and 2 recalls then left with a broken wheel lug, white mud all over my black backseat floor, boot prints on my back seats, AND my bumper is chipped!! I called back and spoke with the service manager only to be blown off and told theres nothing they can do for me. I will absolutely NEVER bring my car here again. These guys are the least professional mechanics Ive ever seen.Youre better off doing it yourself or going somewhere else.

Every time I go there I’m treated like a queen. Very friendly services and they always try their 100% to work with you no matter what. They follow up with you to make sure you are satisfied with your car. They have other services there like oil change that you have amazing discounts if you buy the car there. :)

This has to be one of the worst dealerships I have ever visited and tried to conduct business with. The salesperson Greg was amazing and polite, however his sales manager was the opposite. I came in with knowledge shared to me from family and friends who have worked and/or are currently working as sales managers at various other dealerships. I told all of them my scenario and each worked the numbers on their own end. Out of the 6 different numbers they were all within $1500 of each other and about $3000-4000 less than Gary Mathews numbers. Its understandable that they are wanting to make money, but to low ball a person as much as they were trying to do is purely sickening.I wouldnt recommend anybody to do business with them if you are trading a vehicle in.

Brought my vehicle in the express lane for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would be an hour to an hour and a half for the service since there were already a few vehicles ahead of me. I accepted this time frame since I was behind on my scheduled service and I had no other option but to wait with my vehicle. I expressed a concern about a warning light on my dashboard involving my start/stop system. I was told I would have to make a separate appointment with the service department to get this evaluated, which is understandable. Yet, after three and a half hours I received my oil change, tires rotated and new air filter. So much for the “express lane”Will not be using them for service again.

Took my truck in for an oil change and got it back with oil everywhere, dripping down onto the front axle housing and all over the oil filter. Mechanic didnt take time to wipe it off. When I picked my truck up they tell me the front and rear pinion seals are leaking, so I ask what is the process to get it fixed. Service guy says to make an appointment to get it diagnosed, so I make an appointment and they tell me its my front and rear piñon seals leaking and if I want to pick up my truck because they are waiting on parts I have to pay $60 for the diagnostic fee. DISHONEST AND SHADY VIBE. When you have to speak with 3 different people just to see if you can pick your truck up something isnt right.

The service department lost my key when I took my vehicle in for a routine oil change. Then they told me that they would get me a replacement key in 20-30 mins from my spare key that my husband had. Well, after the time elapsed my husband went in to ask if it was complete and they said they had to order a key. Well, now we have waited all of this time thinking I will be getting the key for nothing. I also have to go over there tomorrow to get a new key and hopefully they have it but I am not holding my breath. I have been using Gary Mathews since moving here in 2014 and it has gone downhill since that time. Buyer beware, they are not worth it. Do not go there unless you want issues and for them to not care about your concern for a problem they caused. Never again.

Went to sell a truck to them so they gave me a number on it, which we were 2k apart no biggie. Went back to speak on a different matter while driving my 2 door jeep they offered to buy it in which I gave a price on it and I DID NOT change my price when selling to them. On the other hand they did change their price when I asked to sell the truck but there was a payoff on it; the new offer was 6k difference which brought the price $500 bucks above my payoff.

Absolutely horrible. Their service department is completely incompetent. My mechanic and I called up there 5xs total to discuss issues I was having with my 2015 jeep cherokee. All they had to say to me was I was out of warranty. Low and behold my vehicle had a recall. Now I have an extremely expensive fix for a vehicle that has 75,000 miles. The service manager was rude, unhelpful and seemed like he couldnt be bothered to have a conversation about legitimate concerns from a guest. They just want your money from sales and repairs could care less how long your vehicle lasts or if its safe. Stay away from this place!

The service department is a joke and full of liars. We took out jeep in for a recall. We were told we couldn’t make an appointment but it would be done that day. Three days later, I have been told several different stories by Ryan and Bobby and our jeep hasn’t even been started. This is the second jeep recall we have dealt with. We are done with jeep and done with Gary Mathews for sure!!!!

Drivability issue, brought my Ram 2500 in at scheduled appointment time and all was going well right up to the point I received the receipt. After two test rides with Quality POC and discussions of yes there is a vibration in the drive train somewhere, updates to software installed (always their goto solution) and test drive from Tech (problem solved, NOPE) and comments from Service manager stating yes there is something wrong but unable to figure it out, instructions to bring it back in maybe a month to swap tires with ones from a new truck, or if something fails (obvious fix then). Then the explanation we don’t have hours to diagnose sorry lunch is more important and I can’t test drive because I am covering for another person. Then when put on the spot to explain “drives like any other” then why was I there 2 plus hours. On top of all they had the nerve to put on the receipt “could not duplicate problem” 🤦‍♂️. Take your business elsewhere!!

WORST EXPERIENCE. I took my truck for recalls to get fixed and tires aligned. It took them an extra day to fix and when they gave my truck back the allignment was worst than ever. I called them to fixed the problem and they wanted to charge me to realign my truck because it was to long since they worked on it. Im in the military and between schools, going to the field, and work obligations I didnt have time to take it in since they arent open on Sundays, go to firestone or anywhere else!

I was approached by a gentleman named Landon who I saw doing some push ups away from the lot. However he was awesome. Calm, cool and collective. I didn’t feel pressured and he found what would fit my budget and it’s been a great experience. Hands down a great experience!

I have been truck shopping for a RAM 1500 Laramie for a few months and after talking to a few different dealerships, Gary Mathews Motors definitely was the hands down best. Larry Alexander and Richard Johnson did everything possible to ensure I got the truck I wanted at a fair and honest price. I had went to Sisk Automall before going to Gary Mathews and the sales team at Sisk didnt even try to work with me on my trade-in or the price of the new truck. The guys at Gary Mathews gave me more on my trade-in than any other dealership and worked with me on the price just to make sure I got the truck I wanted. They had the vehicle cleaned up and parked by the front lobby prior to my arrival at the dealership. Richard Johnson, explained the features and options of the new truck with expert detail. I have bought two vehicles from them. Brian and Will are driven by customer service. I never felt pressured.One of my vehicles had a service issue. I never felt uneasy that they would not take care of my issue. I bought that particular vehicle with an As is Warranty. They took care of it. They also loaned me a vehicle at no charge, a really nice ride, so I could conduct business for the day.Good guys

Bought a brand new Jeep Compass in late 2019 and have had nothing but problems with it. It’s a nightmare to get any kind of timely service appointment, even when the heat/AC doesn’t work in the depth of winter. There isn’t any sense of urgency from staff to help distressed customers. And if you walk in with nearly perfect credit, be sure to have your own financing because otherwise you’ll be raked over the coals with their financing offers. Most likely will never use this dealership again based on the atrocious experiences in the last year of vehicle ownership from them

Will Simpson care of my wife and I and sold us the most awesome Ford F150 ever! He never once pressured us or made us feel like he was strictly after commission. You were very easily knowledgeable auto representative we have ever spoken to and by the time we were completing the transaction, we felt like we had owned the truck our entire lives and knew everything about it.We will be going back in 2021 to look for a sports car, and I would be surprised if Mr. Simpson wasn’t in a managerial position at that time. I dropped my car off because I needed a new water pump. Warranty covered it but not the thermostat ,which is fine I okayd, but I was told on Thursday-two days after I dropped it off- that they had both parts in stock and it was waiting for a tech to change it. Monday I called and they told me they changed the water pump and needed me to okay the thermostat being changed because the warranty didnt cover it because it was fine mechanically. Today, two days later, they tell me that they dont have any of the parts in stock and they hope they will get them tomorrow leaving me on the hook because of the price of the rental because their goodwill didnt cover the thermostat and therefore didnt cover my rental (I dropped it off on the day my warranty expired.) They made it seem like my car would be ready yesterday but today they said it could be as long as Friday! Unprofessional and terrible communication. They didnt even know that they didnt have the part in stock after they told me they changed it!

Buying the car, giving them our money was an easy experience. Literally worked out the deal over the phone. Its the service after the sale that has been a nightmare. Had to take the car back 1 day after purchase because of a bad sensor, that they told us when we bought the car was just because of rain. Also found 5 scratches on the trunk that we could not see at night in the rain when we finalized the purchase. After waiting 2 hours for them to repair the issue, they determined they could not fix it and we would have to bring it back. I tried to speak with the manager concerning the issues and he stated he did not want to talk to me about it that I needed to go through my sales person. This was then relayed to Jeremy Russell, who has did his best to rectify the situation. I have still yet to receive an apology from the manager, but they gladly took the check I wrote for the car. We have still yet to get the 2020 altima repaired, I just tried to schedule the service again, but was informed I had to schedule through my sales person (who is off today).

Took my wrangler in for ticking noise in the engine. Dealership did the normal diagnostic and said it needed new rockers and lifters and that there was possible cam shaft damage. Wrangler went in on the 17th, on the 18th I was told it would be ready on the 21st. I called on the 21st and was told it would be ready the next day. I called the next day and was told it would be ready on the 23rd. I called around 4pm on the 23rd because I doubted they would be working on it Christmas Eve and Christmas ( the 26th and 27th were a Saturday and Sunday). They told me that it would probably be the 29th before it was ready. As I couldnt wait that long for what was promised to be done a week prior, I went and picked up the wrangler; paid the $120 diagnostic fee and took it to another shop. The wrangler was in immediately at the other shop and within an hour I get a call that the rockers and lifters are fine, the motor looks like it has less than 10k miles on it is what they actually said, and that the problem is the oil pressure. The other shop replaced the oil filter housing, cooler and sensor, rockers and lifters were in near perfect condition. Dealer wanted to charge me at least $1800 for something that wasnt even causing the issue; nevermind the $120 I paid for a diagnosis that I suspect may not have even happened. I left the other shop the same day with Mopar parts installed and for a third the price; most importantly though, I got the correct parts replaced. I would not recommend this dealership for service repairs.

Ok look. Used car salesmen/saleswomen have had a reputation for a while. And I have worked in sales so I know how salespeoples minds work. But i recently had an experience I can only describe as amazing. I have looked around for a while for a vehicle and just happened to come here. I ran into Melissa Hall and thought great, sales here we go but no. Throughout speaking with her I got knowledge, empathy, and hell...a legitimately good experience. Had an original repair done and still wasn’t happy with my outcome. I was told that it was a brand new issue that I felt would’ve been detected in the original diagnosis that I already paid for. Just when I was about to give up hope, a manager by the name of Adam Ellithorpe reached out to me and was very concerned. He did everything he could to get my price worked out and my repair was completed flawlessly. I’m so glad they were able to make things right and compromise. I’ll definitely return.
