When I arrived to my appointment, I was seen 35 to 45 min later. The stylist who did my hair seemed like she was aggravated with me and was just trying to rush through my appointment. Had her headphones stuck in, felt like I was just supposed to sit there and be quiet. I understand I asked for a small trim but it felt like nothing was cut off and saw some old split ins still there. Equipment wasn’t cleaned before nor after by the way. The only reason I’m giving this a 1 star is because my hair stylist passed me on over to a new employee to finish drying my hair who did a fabulous job May I add. He was super friendly and helpful and the only reason why she passed me on was because her new client came in but didn’t have to wait 30min not even 5min which I see that ironic. I do give her props for making my hair soft again but it’s not worth $84 for a service like this. After not going to a hair stylist for 10+ years, I would of assumed service would be way better.

I’m sad to say, after 3+ years of coming here for a haircut, I’m absolutely done. I’m part of a more select professional group, that seeks a gentleman’s haircut (longer male hair) vs. the usual high and tight. The last two haircuts I’ve received with the new barbers that were hired, in spite of my requests, ended in terrible high and tights. The one lady, despite I said no less than a 0.5 on the side, went down to a 0.3 cause she said, “she felt it would look better.” It did not. It was a prototypical high and tight. Went there today, giving them the benefit of the doubt, lady in the front was on the phone ... so I sat and waited to be called. She hung up the phone and addressed the other group. Sat there for 15 minutes without even being addressed despite being visually seen by multiple barbers. Finally just quietly left. I’m done. Bo’s barber shop here I come.

I have been going here for almost a year and HIGHLY recommend Lee’s Salon!!! My hair is EXTREMELY thick and long. My previous hairdresser butchered it but Ms. April had no trouble getting my hair back on track. No matter if it is a simple trim or color, I walk out happy and confident with the results! Thank you to Ms. April! They always have a welcoming and professional atmosphere ✨

Definitely do not recommend. Most horrible service I went in for a wash and blow out. He barely shampooed my hair blow dried it super hot and did not put any heat protectant on before he started blow drying. Took an hour and a half to curl my hair I wanted loose curls he ended up making me look like a poodle with super frizzy hair didn’t even put any product or anything in it. Will never ever go there again the whole place was just a mess a disaster

I contacted Lee’s Salon about a week and a half in advance to get my hair colored. I contacted them through Facebook, informed them I wanted a balayage, and asked for appointment times and pricing. I also informed them my hair was virgin, and long. I was told pricing started at $95. I set up a time, and asked who would be working with my hair in an attempt to see how well they did with balayage. I couldn’t find the stylist from the page. I saw quite a few good reviews and some that were iffy from a little over a year ago. The only reviews I found with my stylists name, Mary, were all positive so that was encouraging.When I sat down with Mary, I told her I wanted balayage, but I didn’t want the blonde to be platinum. I wanted golden blonde that would blend well with my natural color. She seemed confident and excited to start. When she started on my hair, I told her I wanted 4-5 inches off max and I wanted it layered. So 4-5 inches AFTER layering. I specifically said I really just wanted rid of my split ends. She cut my hair before starting the dye process. I didn’t see how much she cut off though because the other stylist that was there swept it in a pretty timely manner. After she cut my hair, she walked away to help another client she had been working on before I got there.This is where I should’ve paid for the hair cut and walked out.I overheard that client talk about how her hair wasn’t at all what she wanted. She wanted a dark color with red hints from what I heard, and her hair was a bright orange, just like mind and I’m a natural redhead. Anyway, she had been there a while and wanted to go get lunch and come back. Mary handed her very well, and even fixed her hair when the girl came back and the client ended up loving it. However, that caused my whole process to take even longer. She continually went to tend to the other client, leaving me in the shampoo sink for about an hour and a half.Anyway, before we even got to the sink, she put the foils in my hair. Leaving several pieces out what seemed intentionally. After about 30-45 minutes she wanted to take out the foils in the back so she did, then put me at the shampoo sink where I stayed for nearly 2 hours. I came in at 1:15 and was at the shampoo sink from around 3pm until almost 5pm. Another stylist ended up shampooing my hair and toning it. She kept saying “the back is done but we still need to process the sides.” I took her word for it because I didn’t know, and I still hadn’t even gotten a glimpse of the color.So she starts drying it and curling it. By this time, I’m starting to realize it’s way too light, and it’s not a balayage at all. I know she knew I wanted a balayage because the other stylist even asked what I was having done done and Mary said “a balayage”.Now to my actual hair. It’s blotchy. The back, that she said was fully processed, is the least blonde of it all. However, there is a huge block of just naturally hair in the middle of my head where it should start blending to blonde, that wasn’t even touched. And I’m balayage, I was under the impression that 90%-100% of the ends should be blonde. I have SO MUCH red still. It honestly looks like I got highlights that have started to grow out. The blonde is not even throughout my hair either. The sides are thick, and light. I have pieces that are white. It looked decent curled, but I’ve since washed and straightened it and can fully see what was done to my hair.Being 30 minutes from closing, and Mary having had ANOTHER client come in that was scheduled for 5:15, I didn’t want to hold her up anymore by asking her to fix it. I was there 4 and a half hours. I was tired, and upset with how my hair turned out so I just thanked her and left after paying. I’m sure she is a wonderful cosmetologist, and she was very friendly, but I’m not happy at all with how my hair turned out. She had 3 clients overlapping and maybe she felt overwhelmed but I told the person that made my appointment that I had long, thick hair that I’d never dyed. Even I knew it would take a while so why overstaff yourself??

Ive been going to April at Lees Salon since I was a teenager (currently in my 30s). She does an amazing job with styling hair and has great advice on what looks good. Highly recommend!

April did a great job on my curly hair! She squeezed me in when I desperately needed a cut, and did an awesome dry cut in 15 minutes!! I love the style and will absolutely be back! Thank you!

I was new ous because I hadnt had a perm since high school. I showed the stylist what I wanted. It turned out even better than I expected. Not too bad on the pricing either.

I paid $130 for a half a head of highlights and a inch cut off the bottom of my hair. I told her in the beginning that I wanted my highlights to be very apparent and pop out but after she did my highlights my hair looked exactly the same as when I went in! I called and asked if there was anything we could do about it because I wasnt happy and they said they would call me back because the owner was out of town. I never heard back from them. Ladies dont waste your money!

Awesome cut and color from Jennifer and Courtney today! I’ve tried 8 other salons in Clarksville over the past 2 years and finally found the right one to maintain my black bob. Color treatment actually nourished my hair, and my stylist took time to understand what I wanted. Every other salon in town (including the most high end ones) either didn’t give me the cut I wanted, left my hair dry after a color treatment, or had such a high turnover rate of employees that I couldn’t keep a favorite stylist. Lee’s is well priced, with talented stylists. I really appreciate the level of attention and communication I had today. Great change from paying $200 for a cut/color I don’t even like, from a stylist with a fake personality who doesn’t actually care about my hair.

Mary is fantastic with toddlers! My 18 month old loved her and probably would have stayed if I had let her. Lol. We only trimmed bangs but now we can see her beautiful eyes! Thanks again, Mary!

I went in for a cut and color with Mary and showed her what I wanted. I wanted a dark red under tones with highlights on my blonde hair. My hair first came out orange then she fixed it to red but the whole top of my head was red. Not what I wanted at all. And parts of my hair were longer then all the rest. She said she would fix it for free so I went back to try and get it fixed as I didn’t want to spend another $200 to get it fixed somewhere else. When I went back she added highlights but they came out orange.and tried to charge me an additional $90. So now I have a bad hair cut, with half my hair dark red with orange strips like a skunk. Along with all of this I sat in the chair for a total of 8 hours(5 hours for original and 3 hours for the fix). While she worked on walk in’s when I made an appointment. It was frustrating and I will have to go somewhere else to get my hair fixed. Not the place for color!

Jessica did an amazing job making me feel comfortable and with my haircut! This salon did a great job following covid guidelines by having all employees wear masks and social distance. I will definitely be going back.

I cannot say enough how amazing Samantha is. She literally took the time to talk to me, get to know me. Asked me questions Ive never been asked before... like about how I style at home. She TAUGHT ME how to curl my hair the way she did so I can recreate it at home. She handed me the straightener and showed me on myself exactly how she did it. And I GOT IT! I was so excited. My color came out better then I had anticipated. The cut was exactly what Ive ALWAYS wanted. Im over the moon right now. I didnt have plans until she finished my hair. And I made my husband take me out the same night. I felt renewed. And she is so funny and so sweet. The salon was busy! And she was working on me and another lady at the same time. I never felt neglected or forgotten about. She obviously is well loved because she also had a few people call and walk in and ask for Samanthas availability. Shes my forever stylist now! I told her Im never moving unless she does. And Im coming with! Thank you thank you THANK YOU SAMANTHA!

I highly recommend seeing Samantha. My experience was noting but enjoyable. This is the first time someone was able to give me exactly what I wanted color and cut wise. I will definitely be seeing here again. Samantha is professional and down to earth. You will not be disappointed.

My kids and I have all been pleased with our haircuts at Lees. All the stylists are friendly, skilled, and offer good advice to care for our hair at home.

Asked for something incredibly specific and wasnt given what I asked for. When I asked the stylist to fix it, she told me it didnt look right because I would need to style it. So she styled it, it still didnt look right and she argued with me that my hair just wouldnt do that ... the cut I got was good, it just wasnt what I wanted at all...She also applied heat to my hair without asking, I havent used heat in over a decade. I did tell her I hadnt used heat in so long to keep it healthy and she did it anyway while my back was to the mirror.Its a nice place, Im sure the right stylist would do what you asked... but I wont go back.

Overly Expensive for what I had done. But my hair dresser was funny, and nice. Made me feel comfortable the 1/2 of a day I was there. Its ok to pamper yourself every once in awhile.Perk...they are right next door to Nuttin but Wings. So you can have lunch before/after you get your hair did

I got a haircut which was amazing and a hair color my first time. I went back recently for my second time with Samantha and it was a pleasure to have her do my hair...in and out and again simply nothing to complain about...pleasant and clean environment. April is my stylist and my hair gets cut and colored and styled. She does a great job!! The salon is always clean and comfortable; the restrooms are as well. Everyone is pleasant. Access to the salon is very easy from the front or the rear. I always enter from Ft. Campbell Blvd and exit on the back road that leads up to the traffic light ( about a block away) on Ft. Campbell Blvd. So easy and much safer than trying to dodge traffic!!

I just moved here. Samantha came highly recommend. So I call to set up an appointment for a haircut and she was able to fit me in between color clients that day! Yall, let me tell you. She is amazing. Shes very funny and so sweet. She took the time to get to know exactly what I want. She told me what she recommended and how it would fall perfectly if I wear my hair curly (natural) or straight. And its literally THE BEST HAIRCUT Ive ever had. The staff was so friendly. They offer water coffee or sodas. Its kid friendly. So clean, smells like a luxury spa inside. I will never go anywhere else so long as Im within 100 miles Samantha is my girl!

I have been looking for a good hair salon for a while and finally found it when I decided to visit Lees Salon. Nikki was the best ever and the prices were very reasonable. Would highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning!

I got my hair cut there and I love the cut! She walked me through it and helped me decide on a cut that I wanted, yet suited me. My only complaint is that I called ahead to make an appointment and was told it would only.be $25 for just a cut. I want informed until after it was done that they were charging me $40 for a dry cut cause in her words I had enough hair for 4 people. I just wish I knew that before cause I couldnt really afford that much but loved the cut so I didnt wanna argue. Just wish if the price was that much more, theyd tell you beforehand.

I am a loyal customer of Lees Salon. I have being going to the salon for over 5 yrs and have never received a bad haircut or dye. The hairdressers are extremely knowledgeable and highly skilled. Ive often requested for them to have fun and welcome them to be creative. They are great and friendly.I highly recommend them to all my friends and random inquiries on social media.

Angie did my highlights and color melt and it’s stunning!! Angie worked her butt off and made sure it was perfect before I left. The salon is friendly and professional and is courteous to all types. I was getting fun colors like violet; however, I saw all kinds of hairstyles happening on the young and old, man & woman. Angie is the best and I’m so happy I was able to get my hair done by her!

Had a color done by Mary today. She went beyond expectations. She listened to everything I asked and delivered. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I plan on being a long time customer, for sure.

She listened to me, asked a lot of questions to make sure the length and style was what I wanted, and made good conversation with me. She was totally friendly and laid back. Did exactly what I wanted to my hair and I left the salon feeling great! Awesome experience, I will definitely be back!

It was my first time at Lee’s Salon the other day and my stylist was May. It was her first day at that location (not at cutting hair) she gave me the best hair cut I’ve ever had! I’ve had my fair share of nightmare and okay hair cuts but this was right on dime! She really listened to how I wanted my hair cut and gave recommendations since my hair was damaged. She did a great job!! Highly recommend this salon as well as May! While I was getting my hair cut another lady got her hair color corrected and they did a great job! I didn’t know you could get your hair color fixed if you or someone else messed up. May did a great job on my hair! So happy! Will be back again to see May!

Nikki did my hair today and she did an amazing job! I was really impressed. I went in wanting blonde in my hair but due to me box dying my hair in the past she was very honest with me and told me she couldnt get it as light as I wanted it. I appreciated her honesty instead of just trying anyways like hair stylist have in the past. She cut my hair exactly how I wanted and she is just a nice person in general. I highly suggest having her do your hair!

My kids and I have been going to Lees salon for about two years. Nikki has always done a fabulous job and makes me feel like a brand new person every time I leave. My daughter is 3 and loves to go see Ms. Nikki every time we walk in she runs and hugs her and then asks her to make her look like Elsa and then raids the lollipop basket 😆 I love watching her play hairdresser at home and say she’s Ms. Nikki and wants to do my hair. I’m so glad I have found a great salon with an amazing hairdresser and from that made a wonderful friend.

I have been following Samantha for years She did my hair in NY I was amazed at the skills of such a young stylist, she moved to FL, I went on vacation so I could have my hair done(silly I know), then to TN, now she is an AMAZING stylist and I will not allow anyone to touch my hair. And Yes, I travel to Clarksville TN to see my stylist, due to the fact that Samantha is also a color perfectionist!Just as I travel to FL for my tattoo work. Once you find someone that make you look and feel as Beautiful as Samantha does, it is very had to trust anyone else.

Nikki has been doing my hair for over a year and a half, and its always a pleasure to be in her chair. Shes honest and I always trust her judgement- I know Im in good hands! Ms. Satterwhite did my big chop and I looked gorgeous. I’ve grown my hair out now but when it was done ✅ I can’t tell you how talented she is. Awesome people, and nice small store and not too overwhelming to be in. I have severe anxiety so I don’t go out much and this store was perfect.

Highly recommend Samantha!She has seriously without a doubt transformed my hair and my confidence. Ive never been able to find a stylist I trust with my hair, and life story. She is seriously an angel. Im in the military so I have to maintain natural tones in my hair. But Ive wanted a balayage for years. Well she worked her magic and Im so so obsessed. I get compliments everywhere I go. I actually ran into a lady who complimented. Asked were I go. And WE BOTH SEE SAMANTHA @ Lees salon. I seriously want to retire here so I never have to find another stylist. I have even brought my 8 year old son and 3 year old daughter to her. She did the cutest fade and hard part. My son now thinks hes Channing Tatum. And my three year old only got a trim but Samantha made her feel like a princess. Now they both ask when they can go back just to see her!

Really nice, kinda expensive. I only got a trim and it was about $35. I dont know if that is normal but it seemed high in my opinion.

My hair was completely damaged before I visited this salon. I made an appointment to get a deep conditioning treatment, and Tracy did a wonderful job of bringing my hair back to life! I scheduled an appointment to get my hair dyed, but Tracy was already booked so I saw a different stylist named Heather. Heather and Tracy both do excellent work and I recommend both of them! No one in the salon is pushy about buying the different products and they do not try to rip you off. This is one of the only excellent salons in Clarksville that doesnt require you to put money down before the appointment. Friendly and fun atmosphere!

I personally had a fantastic experience here. I called and was able to be in the same day, all of them women were so personable and professional. Skye did my hair and I couldn’t be happier, I highly recommend this salon.

The stylist did not know what she was doing with my kind of hair. Two other stylists had to come help her try to get the cut I wanted.They clearly have little to no experience working with thick and curly textured hair. I will not be going here again. They tried but they couldn’t handle the task :(

I just recently came from Georgia and was recommended Samantha via facebook and Im so glad! She did even more then I could have asked for. I didnt know what would look best for my haircut. And she asked me what my daily routine was, how much time I spend on it, a bunch of questions I had never been asked before. At the end I was so extremely excited about my haircut and balayage. Im so grateful to her, she made me feel stunning. I highly recommend Lees Salon. Everyone there was so sweet and friendly. Kid friendly too! I found my forever Stylist! Samantha is EVERYTHING. Im openly trans. Male to female. I met her at a concert at the warehouse. And I loved her hair. She told me she does hair and shed love to see me. So she gave me her card! And I saw her 3 days later!! Shes so beautiful and sweet. She actually made me feel stunning. I got my roots touched up and a totally new haircut. And its perfect. Better then I could have even asked for! Absolutley no one at the salon passed any judgment. They all were welcoming and treated me completely normal. I will never go anywhere else. Hands down April Lee is the most talented hairstylist I have ever had. Since moving to Clarksville I have struggled to find someone who could truly make my hair the blonde I want. In the past I have ended up with yellow, brassy, or ash colored blonde..not what I wanted. April took the time to listen, check on my my hair as it was processing..and all I can say is WOW!! I left ecstatic and even gave her many hugs before I left. I am so happy I found her. If you want an amazing talented hairstylist check out April Lee you will not be disappointed. Been to Lees Salon twice. Had a pretty good experience both times. I like the people that work there. The most recent time have gone, I put highlights into my hair. I cant remember the name of the lady who did them, but I think she was in bit of a rush because my highlights started about an inch from my roots, but another stylist helped to fix it.

I have been going to Lees Salon since I was 15 years old and am currently 26; I absolutely love the atmosphere and love April, the owner and my stylist, to pieces! I highly recommend this salon for any hair needs.

I used to come here for several years when Tim was here. Unfortunately he is always booked, so I figured I try to get someone to do my hair. I called to schedule an appt. last week and specifically asked how much it was going to be and told her how long to block off before I arrived and the lady told me between $40-$50 for 2 hours. I said ok that’s great! Fast forward...appt. day is here! I walk in and I get checked in. I arrived at 3:20. My appt. was at 3:30. I didn’t get put in the wash bowl until 3:45. I then was placed under the dryer for what was supposed to be 15 min which turned into 35min. I then get put back in the bowl to wash out the conditioner and while she was rinsing me, the manager tells her to come here....not that she has a client in her chair or anything, but anywho! I get brought over to the chair and she starts to blow dry, flat iron, and trim. Finally, I’m done! She did wonderful! I get walked up to the desk...”That will be $85.00”....umm excuse me? How did it jump up? Then she proceeded to explain why which didn’t make any sense that a shampoo & style is just that, but I sat in there for those 2 1/2 and saw several shampoo & styles and they got the same as me...they just don’t have my ethnic curly hair! So she gets the manager. The manager said this is what I got, so this is how much it is! I said there is no way I was told between a certain amount for it to be more and I had been coming here for several years up until Tim left and how is the service different TODAY! Then charged me a whole $25 to trim my ends...TRIM!!!! I would have been ok if she wouldn’t have had the worst attitude as the MANAGER and spoke to me politely like the girl who did my hair. Anyway, she took off $20 just to shut me up and rolled her eyes and walked away! I’m sorry to the girl who did my hair! I only expected to pay $50 which would have given you a $15 tip.

I had a terrible dye job at another salon, I came in Lees to see if someone would fix it. Jacky did just that. I was SOOO happy when I left I couldve hugged her! She was sweet, and very thorough , my hair is soft and the color is beautiful! Thank you Jackie!!! I will definitely be back!

I never thought it would be so hard to find another great hair stylist, but Ive been to several and none of them compare! She does great cuts and colors and really knows how to make a haircut compliment the shape of your face. I really miss getting my hair done at Lees Salon!!

I went to this salon with high hopes because of previous reviews and let me tell you I was highly disappointed. The woman rushed my cut and didn’t listen to a single thing I said. She didn’t cut my bangs evenly, leaving 75% of them long and uneven. My sides are also extremely uneven especially underneath. I said I wanted a straight cut so I would be able to tie my hair up still and she went ahead and gave me a bob. It’s so short in the back I can’t tie it up at all for work. She then “textured” my hair so much it’s uneven & almost impossible to tie back. This was my first experience at this salon and I am really disappointed.

Amazing salon! I dont trust anyone else to style, perm, cut my hair. April and Julie are awesome and always do an excellent job. This is the first salon Ive ever been faithful to.

I believe I had someone straight out of beauty school to cut my hair. I asked for a long bob even showed pictures of my previous hair cut. She cut about 5 inches from my hair. When she asked to see the back side of my hair it was all the same length all the way around! Not a bob. She had to get another stylist to fix my hair. After sitting there for 2 hours, they charged me for 2 hair cuts, because they didnt do it like I had asked for in the first place!! Will never go back there.

They were all so nice and caring. My hair wasnt accepting the extensions and Matt worked very hard to help me and find a solution. Got me in as soon as they could and was very patient. My hair looks and feels great

Xanthi is awesome! Been to her twice now since I moved here a month ago. She does great color and styled my natural curly kinky hair no problem. Shes the only reason I go back!

I cant say enough about this classy salon, especially Xanthi! My first experience here, she is the first one who has cut my hair perfect. This shop knows how to dye hair, and listens to what you want. I cant wait to experiment with colors. They offer tons of other services. If your in Clarksville, you dont have to spend big bucks to get a classy experience!

Went in for my sons first haircut, he had very long thick curly hair that I loved but with this humidity finally decided to cut it. Michelle was so kind and comforting while cutting his hair. She listened to exactly what I said and always asked if the length was good (because I expressed how much I didnt want it to be too short.) Even when I called the next day and told them I didnt quite like it because it looked like a bob since I didnt want her to go too short (but that was 100% my fault since I kept contradicting myself telling her cut it short but leave it long) she was extremely kind and continued to ask my opinion. The entire staff was kind and tried to keep my son happy during his first haircut. Very happy with my experience and will deffinetly be back for my families hair cutting needs.

Went here over a year ago and will never go back my scalp was on fire I had told the stylist three times I was allergic to joico and my concerns about the company in the brand but my voice was still not heard ask the stylist three times to make sure she wasnt using joico and I was lied to very disappointed

Different person cuts my hair each time and I have never been disappointed. Great stylists all around and always really friendly.

I love Tracy shes wonderful with my toddler son, shes patient and lets him get comfortable with the clippers. His haircuts are stylish and looks awesome!

My daughter has been trying to get her hair cut shorter and every place we have gone they talk her out of it. She ends up with something she never really wanted in the first place. I received a recommendation to go to Lees Salon and so we booked with Prada on that recommendation. I am so glad I did. My daughter finally got the perfect cut, exactly what she has been trying to get for so long. It took quite some time, as her hair was cut poorly last time and there was some serious fixing needed done. Her hair looks better than it ever has. She is thrilled with the outcome and I am too. She asked what we wanted as we went along and asked if it was ok to do this or that, or if she was comfortable with specific steps (razoring, etc). It paid off and I feel like we definitely got the best style she could have gotten in this area.The salon itself is VERY busy. VERY! To me that speaks a lot. The stylists all worked together well and handled the busy volume quite well. If you need a good hair cut/style or highlights I definitely recommend this place. I watched the other stylists working and they are good at what they do. I am glad we were finally able to find the perfect place to get our hair done, after 3 years here.

I just moved to Clarksville, and this was the first place I stopped by to have my hair cut. Im not entirely trendy with hair styles, but the stylist Kay had cut my hair absolutely perfect. The salon has a great environment and the receptionist was also very friendly. Im looking forward to having Kay cut my hair again.

Very unprofessional, all they seem to talk about is party and other people! My stylist wasnt good at all, its pretty much basic hairstyling at an expensive price. I highly dont recommend.
