Ive been getting my haircut here for a while and I always leave satisfied. They do an excellent job fading my hair and I always feel welcomed there. I would recommend who to go to but I dont want to make it harder for me to get an appointment. I will say, though, they all know what they are doing

So I started going to this place for one barber who has been cutting my hair for yrs. And she stays booked up so its very hard to get an appointment on my time off and in her schedule. I finally got a time slot a week in advance. She has a personal issue so she had to leave and cancel. But no one was able to fit me in, and I have to have this done today for a very important event. So now I have to find another place that can do this hair cut. Just seems very wrong to me to send me a generated txt say my appointment been canceled and not say we will squeeze u in somehow. Love the barber just not very satisfied with the customer service.

I had an appointment for 1030 today. Never received a cancellation notice I only found out it had be cancelled when I went to pay online. For a business that has been around for awhile you would think they would be better at customer service. I called to see if maybe I could be fitted in but of course no more time slots for the day I scheduled three weeks ago. Frustrated isnt the word I want to use.

Ive played victim to 3 talented professionals. None disappointed.

They are really nice, and good at what they do. Id recommend Sara, she does a great job with my hair.

Much to my dismay, even after expressing how my previous barber left me with a high and tight style cut, I was left with that same style cut. I asked for 4 inches to be left on top since I wanted my hair to be longer on top and now my hair length averages 2.5. Along with the unsatisfactory length I was never asked consent for product to be used in my hair. All and all I can mark this establishment off my list for possible barbers to either use or recommend in the future. Cool decorations though.

They told me to come in at a certain time but then when I got there they had the door locked and nobody was there. This isnt the first time that this has happened to me and will not be going back or recommending this place to anyone else.

I love coming to Holiday Barber because Chelsie Shelton is best stylist she cuts my hair actual the I want it and the rest of stylist are very nice but Chelsie is the only stylist that will cut my and Chelsie is very nice

Kristen did a great job! They have an upstairs and a downstairs and they list each stylists location so you know which door to enter. I made the reservation through their website and paid in advance. You can select a stylist by name and then see his/her services offered. Sit in the chair and get your hair cut while discussing the weather. Then leave. Go next door and get some Bs Cheesecake! You do not have to pay in advance if it makes your spider senses tingle.

Hi everyone, this is hands down, bottom line a fantastic place to receive a haircut.I poked my head in the door and asked if they took walk-ins and a woman named Makenzie replied that they did and said she could fit me in right then, but no pressure.The shop was tastefully decorated with interesting eye catching seemingly retro decorations from star wars to paintings to an active arcade game. I had a blast looking at everything.The atmosphere inside the shop was quiet with a professional but relaxed feel to it.I had my hair cut by Makenzie Davis (IG:@CREATURECUTS)She asked me what I wanted, so I gave her a brief concept and then she just did exactly that. She did her job really really well. Didnt seem confused with my instructions, didnt ask a bunch of crazy questions, just said alright and then cut my hair. Mackenzie is an absolute professional and looking back on my life, Ive apparently never had a real haircut before.Afterwords she took the time to give me her own personal hours at Holiday Barber Shop and made the entire process as seamless and smooth as possible from beginning to end.Im personally a finicky princess when it comes to getting my haircut and Wow, what a great haircut. This is a place Ill return to. Thanks everyone!

This is now the third time Ive been here. Ive had Makenzie twice and both times she cuts my hair too short and not what I ask for. The cut is clean but she does not listen to my requests to just shape the sides and taper it. Instead she cuts the sides shorter than I want and makes it look blocky. Three times Ive been here amd all three times Ive gotten a bad cut. Would not recommend.

I’m new to Tennessee and this is the first place I tried out I am extremely picky when it comes to fades and a good quality hair cut , I scheduled a appointment with Laura and got a hair cut, beard trim and hot shave and let me tell you this was an amazing experience and Laura went beyond my expectations, I will absolutely be returning ! Chelsie is awesome. Shes done cut my hair lots of times. The shop itself is dope. Cool people but also very talented team. Barbers/hairstylists whatever you wanna call em, they know what theyre doing. Highly recommend. Kids and adults, young and old, they know how to take care of you. I especially like the fact that their clippers have some sort of vacuum so youre not covered in hair when you leave. All in all, bottom line, highly recommend. Period. Check em out!

I was impressed by the stylist she listened and gave exactly what we asked for. She was funny and pleasant. I however did NOT care for someone smoking in the back room. My son has allergies and it causes his sinuses to react. I couldnt see the person but they left the door open up enough for the room attached to start to smell like smoke.

I have gone to the same barber shop for years, but I couldnt get an appointment that worked with my schedule, so I made one here. Chelsie did a great job! I told her what I wanted and she fixed my hair perfectly. I will definitely be back! Im happy with my hair and the experience. The atmosphere is great and the aesthetic is spot on. This place is awesome especially if you’re a Star Wars fan. I’ve been getting my hair cut at this barber shop for nearly three years now. Tommy has always trimmed my hair and beard exactly as I’ve asked and the other staff are extremely friendly. The hot steam towel finish on the beard is a really nice touch. If you want a full service barber in Clarksville that takes the time to get to know what you want, give Holiday a try.

Since moving to Clarksville I have been coming here for regular haircuts with Kristen and she is fantastic. Tommy has cut my FILs hair, and Chelsea has cut my daughters hair. They can handle any style, cut, and type of hair. We always leave super happy. This place is the best. Do go online to schedule an appointment, which is super easy (and you can pay online if you want) and that way you walk in and are ready to go. My old barber in FL was by appointment only and I got used to that system, so it just makes sense for me, but Holiday cannot always take walk-ins, especially if they really busy. So do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment - it is easy, and you will be happy with your hair when done.

After looking for a place to get my haircut for the longest time, I found this gem of a place. The barbers know how to cut my hair and get it looking smooth. They also sell Suavecito pomade which is the best for holding my hair in place.

Sara did a good job on mens haircuts. I was always happy. Today I had an appointment with Kristen. Worst haircut I have ever had. I specifically asked for a low fade. It ended up being a high and I dont know what. She did not blend into the length on top. Then when I saw it the mirror I asked why its was so choppy. She said she couldnt see it. Then I pointed out the long hair and abrupt stop in the fade straight to long hair. She said she couldnt see it. Then the fat guy chimed in and they both argued with me. I have spent a lot of money here and never will go back. They dont care about quality service or professionalism. Very rude. Kristen is far from an expert. I also tipped 50%, and she didnt even say thank you.

I’m so thrilled to have found Holiday Barbershop! Danielle has been my stylist there and I’m pleased with my hair after every visit. I move every few years due to the military and finding salons and stylists has been a nuisance! She’s the only one I trust with my hair in Clarksville!

Great atmosphere, great place to get hair and beard some TLC. Prices seem reasonable and staff that I communicated with were friendly and helpful. I recieved magnificent service and helpful advice. They have house products and were not attempting to shove them down my throat saying you need this or that for these results which is a big plus for me. He barely mentioned about the products with no sales pitch. They offer many different services and do cuts for more than just men as it would seem at first. I plan to continue business with this establishment and believe I have found my barbershop.

Holiday is a unique barbershop. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is laidback and modern, and the decor is geeky (in a good way). I’ve been a regular here for a bit over a year, and overall, the service has been solid.

Danielle was amazing with my locs! She colored and styled them. My locs have never looked this good, and Ive had them for 3 years. She is very personable and did exactly what I asked her to do! I highly recommend her for any styling needs.

Laura is a great hairstylist, Ive been going to her since 2016. The Holiday Barber shop is a awesome place with a traditional barber style downstairs and upstairs in the loft is where the hairstylist are.

Walked in and there were 3 men getting a haircut, they looked like they were enjoying themselves. The short blonde hair women sat me down in the 4th chair and did the worst rush job I have ever had. She did not cut it the way I asked and she was done before any of the other barbers were done, and they were already started before I walked in. Then she charged me 18+ tip for a total of 23.48$8 dollar haircut at best. Barbers are a dime a dozen in this area, and I will be bringing my money some ware else.

Let me preface this by saying that Im probably going to get dissed by the owners as I have seen how they handle bad reviews left on google and on facebook and that I have no interest in continuing communication with Holiday after I press post on this review. We went to Holiday for all of our haircuts for over a year. Every time, we would give specific instructions that would not be followed by the stylists there, not even Tommy. We also brought up to Tommy multiple times that we had had numerous issues with stylists not listening to our requests and doing specifically what we had asked them to avoid doing, himself included. These instructions were simple things like keeping the hair length even or matched across the width of our heads (we like our hair to be shorter on the left and right and longer in the middle), just gradually and slightly (not dramatically) shortening the length from front to back (we like to pull our hair back into ponytails, so the hair being too short in the back makes it difficult), and not putting products in our hair/just leaving our hair unstyled once the cut was over. We gave numerous chances, far more than we should have, and each time left disappointed. We always left with crooked hair cuts (Hair longer on the right and shorter on the left), hair that was too dramatically shortened in the back compared to the front, and products that we did not want to use in our hair. One of the main retorts I see from Holiday responding to a bad review is that you didnt tell us there was a problem with your haircut or let us fix it. Well, we did. Several times. And we gave several chances for them to fix it. We were blunt and up front that we were having issues with the cuts and the styling and gave increasingly more specific instructions each time and still kept leaving with exactly what we didnt want. Not just a haircut that wasnt quite what we wanted, it was always exactly what we were trying to avoid having. The Great Clips just up the road on Ft Campbell blvd did a much better job at listening to our requests and actually getting them right and have since gotten repeat business from us. I didnt think Id ever be praising a Great Clips over a privately owned barbershop, but here I am. Holiday is fine for very simplistic cuts like for kids or basic military cuts, but if you want your hair to be different lengths or if you have any other requests that require anything other than clippers and a guard, I say go somewhere else as you most likely will not be leaving with the haircut that you want.

Ive gone here every time after the first cut went so well and the service is always fantastic. I went in today to get a haircut from Tommy because my regular barber at this shop has now retired and I have a ceremony in 2 days. He did an excellent job on both the haircut and keeping the conversation going. He even stopped and took the time to explain a question about my cut that I returned to ask. This is seriously the best place to get a haircut in Clarksville.

I grew up going here and when it changed ownership and my barber was retiring I was a little worried. I have to say the new owners are great and they are the best in town and prices are great too. Other shops charge double and for just running a number two blade over your skull, thats not the case at Holiday. Best place to go when your haircut matters.

Went in last week to get a hair cut and they did a great job so I thought I would give them a chance to clean up my beard that is just over 6 inches long and Ive been working on for some time now. I told the woman I just wanted the bottom and the sides cleaned up and just straighten up I didnt want any length taken off or anything else done. The woman who cut my beard obviously had zero experience in dealing with beards and and butchered it so badly that it is uneven all over and she took about 5 inches off. with how bad it looked I had to leave as soon as possible because I was going to start cursing her out and scream at how bad it was. Now that they have cost me over a years worth of growth I will never return and I will tell everyone to avoid them especially for anything with a beard

Every time I step foot in this Barber shop I have not been disappointed! Ive had my hair cut but each one of the barbers in all of them share the same caliber of craftmanship. If you dont book an appointment sometimes you have to wait a little bit longer but it is well worth it

Professional, clean and staffed with barbers who know how to cut hair. The decor and long list of services takes a person back in time. Beard shave, check. Mustache trim, check. Head shave, check. Hot towels, check. I tried a lot of shops closer to my home but none offered a true professional experience and now Im glad to drive all the way from the Exit 4/8 area. You wont be disappointed.
