Love bowling but the fact I was told I couldnt buy at least 2 games for 5 of us around 11:20pm and that they HAD to sell UNDER 10 games per group (2*5) was kind of annoying (Typically a group of 5 with 2 games takes an hour and a half according to their statistics)Its a Friday night youve got workers getting off the dinner shift trying to have some fun.It only took us 30 minutes to finish 1 game and that was us taking our time too, I understand they had to close by 1 but was just lame I wouldve had to pay taxes again if we did wanna play again (Didnt wanna bother the front desk guy again for another set of games at midnight, seemed like getting off right on time was more important from the get go.)If anything I wouldnt have minded if the game just shut off at 12:45am you know I totally understand a place has a closing time or some kind of finish your game in the next 20 minutes before closing rule.Either way bowlings always been fun here especially with cosmic bowling

Fun times, kids bowl for free during the summer. They also have a family package if parents wanna bowl. Concession food is good.

I’ve been going to the Pinnacle Bowling Alley for about a year and for the most part it’s been a good experience except for today. I was on lane 16. The lane shut down while we were bowling four times. The attendant behind the counter did not apologize for the issue and called the maintenance person in the back to fix it. She seemed reluctant to let us know what was going on. My friend got us two lanes, one for us and the other for his wife and kids. We understood that it was busy, so when we asked to add his wife and children to our lane so that another lane could be free, we were told that once the lane was open, they “could not be added to bowl with us” even though we just began the first frame and the lane stopped working due to maintenance issues and didn’t count what was bowled. The maintenance issues happened three more times after. Instead of enjoying my experience, I was simply ready to leave. I hope to never encounter the lack professionalism and maintenance issues again. Other personnel that I encountered previously were kind, warm, friendly and helpful. This is the level of service I am used to receiving. I hope things get better and I hope to return back to the Pinnacle under better circumstances. If I am treated the same way I will not return and I will share my experience with others. I sincerely believe you are better than this.

Ive had good experiences here, but only because of the people working there. Lately, seems poor at best. Nobody wants to eat messy Hawaiian food while bowling. They dont have my favorite beer, they used to. Its a bowling alley. Not a restaurant.

Asked front desk for a lighter ball because the balls on the floor were too heavy. Told in a very rude manor, they are for kids, its posted, read the sign. Sometimes a 10 pound ball is too heavy for adults and risk an injury. Lighter balls should be available for all bowlers. Lanes broken during most of our games. The only reason I gave 1 star is because the pizza is good. Will go to the barn from now on for family bowling.

Had fun with the family. The staff was nice and everything was great. The lane we were in had some lag on the reset but that wasnt to bad all and all was really cool and fun definitely would go again

We had a great time yesterday! Havent bowled in years. My son was very happy! He beat me twice 😁. We will be returning very soon. Also, we had cheeseburgers and fries. They were delicious! 😋

The bowling lanes looks clean but we didnt even get to bowling. My group went for bowling but saw there was a bar at the establishment and decided on a drink or two before bowling.Our bartender Kris was wonderful and served us serval of his personal takes on cocktails. They were all wonderful and easily bested any other bartender. Would highly recommend adults that would like a tasty drink to see Kris. He is good company and makes the best drinks I or the rest of my company have had.

We had a great experience! Bar tender is amazing and he had the best suggestions! What I wanted to jump on here and say is that their pulled bbq is DELICIOUS! We just went to a bbq competition yesterday and this pulled pork was better than what was competing yesterday. We are also from memphis so we KNOW good BBQ! I highly recommend giving this a place a try.

So far I have been there twice and both times with some great experiences bowling, some mechanical problems as well. I would just see if there is a way that bowling could have more deals. Like all you could bowl because the bowling price adds up pretty quickly. The lanes feel dry after bowling 3 games with 3 people as well.

Lady at the counter was very pleasant. The place was very clean. The only that bothered me was my 10yr granddaughter had to use a ten pound ball which was to heavy for her. Do it made her bowling night a little unbearable. Food was decent. We made the best of it.

Well up under the bowling alley we rented the space to have a wonderful baby shower.private area reasonable rates surprisingly no noise interruptions this place is nice clean plus fun! You cant go wrong @the pinnacle! ) Its a Boy!!!

Nice facility. We showed up at 8:30pm and they told us that we only had time for one game because they closed at 10:00pm. We finished it by 9:00pm so the lady was nice enough to let us do another game.

Laid back, and great concession pricing! Gaming area is small, and most of the games were out of order or had no tickets. They did however credit us for the missing tickets/tokens. My kids really had a great time.

A bit pricey but clean. If an adult needs a bowling ball less than 10lbs. The is not one. They only let children use those. Also great beverages to choose from alcohol or other options.

They are introducing Hwaiian food. Excellent food great staff in the food service area. You need to try this Hawaiian food.

Nice place to have a family gathering and they have 2 pool tables and karaoke. Drinks were weak. Lanes operated smoothly, always seem to be packed.

We got there about 50 minutes before close (2 of us) and they were closed even though they were open for almost another hour. We just wanted to play one game. The place is cool though. Lots of lanes /games.

This is the rudest and most unprofessional bowling alley I have ever been to.The equipment is RUN DOWN and the bathrooms are nasty.Good luck not getting m&ms on your bowling shoes.I will not waste my money here again.If they would have been nice maybe. Never again

This is about the 4th time Ive come in to this bowling lanes before 930 and people bowling and them tell me its to late to bowl 2 games by myself. I could understand if it was a party of 6 but the hours are clearly stated 11 oclock on weekdays. I work later so its hard for me to get there early. If the employess dont wanna work past 9 or 930 get some that do....... I will.be calling management in the morning so hopefully they either change there hours or let people bowl. Im a regular there spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars here.... bought a ton of bowling equipment. I feel discriminated against.

Its a bar! Its a bowling alley! Its a random place to host a press conference for! We had the Tried-N-True/NWA pop-up pre-event here and it was a lot of fun with a great turn out. Good space in the area for a few hours enjoyment.

I couldnt get their website to open, and when I called to get information about pricing and rates, I was treated very rudely and even hung up on. I was just curious on what measures were being implemented to ensure a safe and virus free environment during this pandemic time. When I presented the individual on the phone with this question, they informed me that all necessary procedures were being implemented to ensure a germ free and clean environment and if I wanted to know more I should come see for myself.

Even though the website says they are open til 2am they try to close early.... We went in this morning and it was after midnight and the cashier had just placed a sign up on the counter as soon as we walked up saying no more purchases for games... We did beg for a game and she did let us only do one game but we were done by 12:40 and she said we had to leave and couldnt play another... Even though there was another group still playing... The website showed that they were opened until 2am and I showed it to her... She said that they had a small print somewhere saying they had the right to close if it was a, light night... (I never found it)... and for people that drive a distance, (like we did), its very misleading and they should change the hours on the website or BOLDLY make that known on the website... Not cool at all... We always plan to at least play two games... One game only gets you warmed up. Just not good policy... And all around the building it says that cosmic bowling is 10pm-1am... Web still says 10pm-2am on Saturdays!!

Stellar lanes! Stellar equipment. Good arcade and food for killing time! In my opinion, I would love a calendar showing when yalls got league to map around the open bowling periods. Definitely a good place to go!

As usual we had a good experience. Nothing to really complain about except it was hard to hear the music even when it was fairly quiet inside.

Arrived at 9:30. Waited for over 30 mins for 2 lanes but let other people that came in after us get lanes. Absolutely ridiculous. And all my son wanted to do was bowl for his birthday. And couldn’t even do that.

It was ok. Nothing exciting.

Stood around waiting for someone to help for well over 15 minutes. Not sure why the other three people behind the counter chatting couldn’t help, but we kept being told to wait for one person “working in the back.” You’d think they’d appreciate the business a little more considering covid has hurt businesses

I have been coming to this bowling alley for years! Now I go in with my family of 6 and I was told I could only have 5 to a lane! So now I have to tell someone in my family there not loved enough to bowl with us! They also said because we started our 2nd game by 2 frames they couldn’t add the games! Like I said I have been going here for years and they have allowed me to numerous times add ppl while game already started! It’s just sad to tell someone from your family they can’t bowl! And they told me my kids could bowl on lane 22 while we were on lane 30! Yeah makes no sense! I understand social distance is a big thing and I support it 100% but to tell a family of hey u go bowl almost half the alley away! Very upset customer r that only went to this place and only bought gear from here! Yep extremely bad experience and ruined my Sunday funday!

Pizzas good (I didnt eat any other of the foods), friendly workers, takes a while for bowling but that cant be helped bc Covid-19. Overall, its pretty good.

A lady said there was people ahead of us I know less then 17 but over 30 people got to bowl ahead of us. She was just being childish don’t recommend it to none of my friends. Plus there was plenty of lanes open so why not let them be used.

The staff were very rude and unprofessional and it was dirty and gross I wouldn’t recommend taking your family to this place

Had a great time. Went for a belated Valentines Day night out. The place was busy but not overly so. We hit up the arcade while waiting a few minutes for a lane to open so we could bowl. Prices were a little expensive, but I understand that it probably costs more on a Saturday night when we went. I dont know that for sure, though. Nice, courteous and helpful staff increased the enjoyment of our experience there. Oh, and the automatic, LED scoreboards were great. Will be going back.

I called ahead to check availability (5pm) and was assured that there was space for my party to bowl. Upon arrival, to an almost empty building at 5:30, I was told that there were no open lanes until 9:30 pm and argued with about the validity of my earlier conversation. My two little girls were quite disappointed to say the least, as was I. This is not the first poor experience Ive had at Pinnacle. I will not be going back here... ever.

Bowling alley looks nice and in pretty nice condition. The bowling shoes need to be replaced badly and the service was okay but could have been better. I arrived to the counter where two ladies were available to assist me and check me in; however, both looked at me, didnt greet and started to service someone behind me. When I got to my bowling lane and table, the table had a near empty pitcher on it and needed to be wiped down. I asked the front desk to please wipe it down or give me something to do it myself. They sent me to the snack bar. When I asked the snack bar, they told me I needed to ask the front desk. The servicemen at the snack bar eventually cleaned it, but was clearly unhappy about it. It was nice that the bowling alley had a small game area. One of the games didnt work though. The front desk staff was tracking the issue and were pretty friendly as they assisted us through the issues. I suggest they put an inoperable sign on the game and/or turn it off until it is fully functioning. The front desk staff was also courteous as we prepared to leave.

It’s a nice bowling alley with decent prices. We paid for an hour when we went which was great. However our balls kept getting stuck. Probably happened about 6-7 times on the hour and that ate up a huge portion or our time. We asked to get longer and were told no. Which is fine. But seems like they need to do some maintenance

Though being here was a little fun the food took way to long to be done I ended up waiting for my food for about 20 min. In the back kitchen I saw a women eating above the stove. Also the bathrooms arent as clean as I would like then to be. But it was still fun being. There with family but I will not be coming here for a while

It was fun, not the cheapest but its not the most expensive either. During the week its not too crowded, although no pool unless the bar is open (Friday and Saturday) and there could be more games than just claw machines. Still nice, friendly staff, and family friendly. Idk about the food since the grill wasnt open but Im sure its average bowling alley food.

The website says theyre open til 2am. They close at 1am. We got there at 10pm and had to wait and hour and half for a lane. We waited and then only got to play 1 game of bowling because they were closing and dont let you purchase games after a certain point. The workers are super nice and polite though, so hopefully next time the wait wont be as long and we can get more than one game in.

Great atmosphere and staff. Fun for all ages. Good variety of video games as well. The food is amazing and they do give fairly large portions.

Great place to go and bowl with friends or a family with small children. Screens easy to set up and very easy to get started. However, it smelled a little like sad people mixed with pizza grease. But beyond that, I’d say it was an enjoyable experience.

Planning a good time for the family? Avoid this place! Their bumper policy is beyond ridiculous. The incredibly rude cashier/hostess explained that the reason for the policy was to prevent damage to the plastic bumpers. My 9 year-old daughter was denied bumpers because of the height requirement, however my 24 year old brother in a wheelchair (with rock hard biceps and triceps) was permitted bumpers. How does that make sense? But wait, the lack of competence doesnt end there. After receiving my bowling shoes I noticed my right shoe had only half a lace that was tied in a knot midway up the shoe. Furthermore, a large proportion of the bowling balls were chipped both around the finger holes and throughout the general circumference of the balls. And I dont mean minor chips, these balls had chunks at least 1cm in diameter and half a centimeter in depth. Planning on feeding the family as well? Expect competition for your food from the colony of flies that hold a permanent residence during the warmer months. In closing, your hard earned money is better spent elsewhere.

Bowling alley was good. 50/50 in employee attitudes. Why do all childrens video and skill games have to be $1 a game.

Come here out of town with a couple of friends. Only to get turned away after we walked inside cause it was closed for a private party. There was no sign on any of the doors saying that it was closed for a private party. According to this rude older woman that works there it was posted on facebook but you know were from out of town never heard of this place so why the hell would I look it up on facebook. Just poor business practice.
