Perfect customer service. Angela was super helpful and made the whole process really easy. The only reason I would give a less than perfect review is for the process I had to go through to sign the agreement for the unit. It was NOT user friendly. It’s be great if they had some way to pull it up in their computer or something. Other than that, super nice place. Very secure and, again, Angela was very helpful with getting through the process of renting a unit.

Excellent customer service! Angela was so nice and easy to work with! I ended going here because 3 other places I called never answered their phones or called back. Facility is very clean and welcoming! Would definitely recommend them for any storage needs!

Great place to store anything you need, if it’s for a deployment or just a couple months. Been with them for over a year and it’s worth every penny.

Rented two units from them & was very happy with the prices and helpfulness. They keep a good watch on the facility also (called same-day when I put the lock back on the unit latch incorrectly) . They also rented me a Penske truck to move out , which was very convenient.

Super nice lady working there. (Sorry didnt get her name.) The place was very clean and well taken care of. Everything was just as they promised and then she brought us cold water as we unloaded the truck. WOW! Very helpful with great southern hospitality!

Great experience working with the manager Denise. She was extremely helpful when we needed a quick place to store our household goods and helped us with a rental truck. The whole process was quick and painless and they had very competitive special pricing. This was our third time using a storage place and was by far the best.

Best Storage Unit yet! I have had some bad experiences with storage units in the past. But this facility is by far the best I have rented from. Very secure and the unit was very clean. I felt safe storing my belonging here during the transition. The staff is awesome as well and they show that they care.

Nothing but a pleasant experience while I was doing business here. No issues with switching sizes of my units. I closed out my outcount with absolutely no notice and it wasn’t an issue. Lacey was totally awesome possum and she should know she can totally use my personal number!

Great storage unit and also affordable. The new owners recently put up cameras and there area is also gated which makes security A+. The staff is easy to work with and willing to work with whatever situation you may have.

I had just broken my hand and was in the process of moving. Without being able to actually move or drive for that matter. I called and they secured my rate and promotion for an extra week while I took the time to heal.
