I’m very strict on shops I got to… however the whole Integrity Auto Care team was amazing and super helpful! Huge shoutout to Tyler for keeping me updated and sending updates on the truck! A+ experience and will refer everyone I know to a shop I trust!

This was my first time they worked on my 6.0 diesel van and they found the problem and fixed it with minimal time. I have more work that my van needs and I will take it back to them. Top notch

I have been a customer for around 1 year. I Have had needed work and custom work done here. The owner is honest and helpful. My biggest compliment I can pay to Integrity Diesel is they stand behind their work. I could call with my concerns on work they have done and they always tell me come on in and we will look at your concerns not once did I hear not our problem or we didnt do that so good luck. When I show up they move vehicles and get mine right in. This business knows the meaning of customer relations. I will be a loyal Integrity Diesel customer for as long as they can put up with me.

I took this truck in on 5-17-21 for maintenance and a tune, truck was supposed to get all new fluids. Fluids supposed to be changed are, brake fluid flush, coolant flush, engine oil, power steering fluid, transmission fluid, and both differentials. This shop had the truck for 6 weeks and came out with more problems than it went in with. Also transmission had no fluid in it as i got down 5 miles down the road, coolant was low, engine fan was unhooked, there was a fan shroud lodged in the fan truck overheated 4 miles down the road. As well as the brake caliper they replaced had came loose and had lost brakes on the way home. Honestly there is too much to type on this review, shop should be shut down and placed out of service!

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER. I contacted them on a Thursday asking if they could look at my daughters car. Explained i could only be in town for two days. Was told that shouldnt be a problem. They lied. I dropped it off on monday at 7 am. Not only did it take 4 days to get it back but they over charged my daughter by $230 and the car was still doing the same thing. Go somewhere else. Go ANYWHERE else. Edit... by the way they called me ONCE and only once. I called them 3 times because they didnt call me. We did replace the brand new, brand name parts from a PERPETUAL online supplier. No surprise it still has the SAME issue. The diagnostic fee was paid and the diagnosis was wrong. I am trying to make a return trip to see someone who will do what they promise. To bad Google doesnt require businesss to prove their replie.

I have tried getting a quote and they have never given me one after 4 times of calling and telling me they would call back.i even had an appointmentfrom the first time I called and when I called a couple days before to confirmthey had no record of the appointment. I had a person from there text me asking for my vin number and said they would call back, I sent it and they never did call back or divulge any info on what they needed the vin number for and never responded to my texts. Ive text them back multiple times and never gotten a response

We were broken down on the way to Florida. They got us in, fixed and on our way in less than 3 hours. Very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.

To be fair I’d like to say 2.5. My first experience with these guys was not to bad but i told them what the problem was. The last time I had a hunch but did not want to spend a lot on a guess. I was told it would be 10.5 K for a rebuild on my 6.0. Long story short I got a new HPOP and IPC in waverly for about 2700.

Won’t go anywhere else! As a new resident of Tennessee it has been a struggle to find a trustworthy mechanic. Happy to say, I’ve found my go to place in Clarksville! Fast, friendly and honest service at a reasonable price! Peace of mind is priceless, finding a mechanic that does what’s right for you and your safety, that doesn’t try to swindle you, PRICELESS! The guys really throw their stuff and get the work done in a hurry!! You won’t be sitting around for hours watching your car sit in the parking lot waiting to be worked on, they jump right in and get to wrenching. Super reasonable prices and all around good work.

Expensive not good fixing

Had a not so good experience

I was 500 miles from home and my 1999 Mercedes Benz E300TD had a check engine light and glow plug indicator come on. I walked in to Integrity and figured I’d be all day and who knows how much. They were slammed with vehicles to boot. BUT not so. Tommy had his men check out my car and diagnosed a minor issue that would not keep me from making the trip back to Texas. I got 32 mpg and ran fine. I’ll take it to my own mechanic for its regular service. Thanks Integrity for an honest assessment.Blessings to you all!Jeff HawkinsTexarkana, TX

I did not personally use this shop but a close friend took his vehicle in for a medium difficult job. Was diagnosed properly but had to return 3 times, once on a wrecker, due to issues. Overheated, running rough and bolts missing. As I am a retired master tech he kept me informed as this progressed. Todays vehicles are complicated and at time very difficult to work on. So as with any shop always get the estimate and warranty in writing. Then just like you would with a doctor and a surgery; ask how many times they have preformed this repair on your vehicle type. Let them know you want the old parts. You dont have to take them after they explain why its a bad part. They did take care of my friends issues other then still runs a bit rough.

Always super helpful when I call and come in. I have trusted them with my Jeep since a couple months after they opened. Tommy and his staff are able to do the work well and offer competitive pricing. I wont trust my car with anyone else!

First off, finding a good diesel mechanic is not a easy task. Second, finding one that works on power strokes and knows what they are doing is even a harder challenge. My 2004 F350 was smoking everyone and everything around it out. I suspected that my #8 and #5 fuel injectors were bad but did not have a live scan tool to see. Only a programmer telling me the codes. I call Integrity Auto care hoping they could get the truck in Thursday and I called on a Tuesday and they were more they willing to look at it. The guy at the front desk was very nice and what I believed was the owner in the back room was too. They called me that afternoon of Thursday and told me that yes, both #8 and #5 were bad. I opted to repair the truck myself in which they had no issues with at all. Only charged me $75 to look at it. Most Diesel shops get upset at you when they look at the truck and then you tell them that you will fix it. Not these guys. I asked them if they had a recommendation on where I could buy the injectors from and they were more than willing to sell me 2 for $250 each. If you know anything about stock injectors, you can’t find them for that cheap. When I picked up the truck, they gave me tips on which ones to change first and to ensure I change the oil, oil filter, and fuel filters too. They did not have to do any of this but hey did. I recommend these guys to anyone that owns a diesel. They are now my mechanic as long as I live in Clarksville. Thanks guys for helping me out.Lenny Zawisza

Sadly, their name is a farce - NO integrity. Promised a call right back with an estimate. Waited over an hour so just drove down to their shop. Empty bays, no one in the office. After a few minutes, a chubby fella comes over complaining about putting out fires all morning (given their work practice, I understand why). When I opted to go elsewhere, he said Go ahead; I cant get to you for at least a week anyway because we are too busy). I remind you 5 of 6 stalls were empty.I would not return to this place if they paid me. They pose as an ethical family business....its just a bad cover. Shame on you folks!!

Awesome shop. Integrity is the right name for this business because thats what they have. Tommy will troubleshoot a problem you have without just throwing parts at you and your vehicle. This is hands down the best shop Ive been, and tommy and his crew are awesome.

Tommy was very knowledgeable about my truck. He had a quick turn around installing injectors on my f250. truck has ran amazing since. taking my truck back again soon to finish the bulletproofing. friendly place to be.

I was just looking at the reviews when I saw a bad one. Only one bad one. I dont write many reviews, but I feel the need to this time. I have been dealing with Tommy and his shop for many years now and I truly believe that if you need to take your vehicle to a shop then this is the one for you! Tommy is very honest and his prices are fair. He will tell you what is needed up front and will back up his work every time. If by some chance he cant get to your Vehicle (because he has many others scheduled for instance) He will let you know, still giving you the option to schedule the job for later if you can wait. I try not to go anywhere else. I have been a satisfied customer for more than 10 years!

I HATE being lied to. How can you look me in the face and tell me that my #5 cylinder fell out? Im not sure if you know this or not but if a piston rod breaks the piston doesnt just fall into the pan. Im sure that whoever reads this will play dumb and pretend they have no idea what Im talking about but you know who you are. Shame on you. You need to change your business name.

Several shops said I needed new back brakes, Integrity told me they had plenty of meat remaining and not to waste my money on them. This is a welcome change from a typical auto care type shop. I will be back.

Great service, competitive prices, clean/friendly atmosphere

They are very nice people and prices are fair. Also tommy gives you plenty of options trying to help you out so Ill give them that. But they dont honor their word when saying your vehicle will be done by a certain date. It will be excuse after excuse on why they havent finished it. They have had my vehicle for over 3 months now! I just feel like having a vehicle that long in your shop would just be a nuisance like it is for me. Not to mention they left bolts and parts out on the hood over the weekend (closed on the weekends) as I drove by I saw my vehicle sitting out in front of the bay. And it rained all weekend. I would give 5 stars if they got it done in a timely manner but it’s absurd how long it’s been.

They wanted me to charge 450 for just the labor to change a water pump while everywhere else on town was 250 ( incluiding labor and parts )... PLEASE call other mechanic as soon as they give you an estimate to compare that way you dont over pay .... then i told him it was redicously expensive and this fat guy got mad and threw up my keys ... they pretend to be an ethical family bussiness following god but thats not true at all , its just a name and they dont follow god , they will lie to you , they as greedy as everybody else .
