Dirt left in the cup holder, cat hair still everywhere in the car (specifically stated Im getting the detail done after a long road trip with an animal) after I got home and in a different light I noticed damage to my clear coat on my drivers side door, I went back and learned about their terrible level of customer service getting talked to by a guy with an annoyed tone in his voice, then I tried to call the manager who wasnt available and has yet to return my call, tried to give them the opportunity to make it right with no joy - hence the review

Awful customer service and very rude!!! We will never schedule an appointment here again! When my husband called to reschedule our appointment, the guy cussed us out and hung up on us!
