I went to the salon to have acrylic nails removed. I attempted to remove them at home by soaking them off. When I realized that the acetone I bought was not strong enough for gel and artificial nails, I went to see professionals. The nail tech began to use an artificial nail tip to remove my nails quickly rather than soak them and gently remove them. She ended up ripping off pieces of my nail beds on multiple nails and I bled. I left with rough broken and frail nails and hang nails. She put this blue antiseptic liquid on the bleeding parts of my nails. It has made them throb and its been hours. I was crying in pain to the point where other guests in the salon were concerned. My nails are ruined and in terrible pain. Currently using Neosporin and Band-Aids. Afraid I am going to catch an infection and that I will have to wait months to see healthy nails. I cant even use my hands.

Unprofessional and classless..... to stop my manicure halfway through to demand payment. What the hell is wrong with you? Are you that insure about $13? That’s why you didn’t get a tip today and I would’ve given you $7. You have a lot nerve for how you treated me today.

The owner is very professional and helpful. She always goes the extra mile to help customers. I get a fantastic manicure and pedicure every time. I have been going there for years and never once thought about changing The staff is also excellent. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

The women are very nice here, they offer different kinds of pedicures. I took my daughter here for one of her birthday treats. I had the milk pedicure and she had the peppermint pedicure both of our feet felt wonderful. they also have the massage chairs while getting your pedicure. I also got my nails done nothing fancy just gel, they did a great job there.

Love my nail ladies at Nail Plaza. Clean space and friendly staff. Their different pedicure treatments are wonderful for my feet. They are now closed on Sundays and open Mondays.

I would never go back!!!! I ask for acrylic filling and she start doing gel fill in “because it’s better” I let her at the end $55 for a filling that’s crazy!!! Did my pedicure she did not even care about the job she rush to finish no cuticles done just nothing I did a acrylic filling a pedicure my daughter did manicure and pedicure no gel $135. This was insane

Great staff, amazing service, and sparkling clean. My gel mani lasted two weeks without chipping. I always get the spa pedi and gel mani here. Everytime I walk out of this place I feel so relaxed and pampered.

Horrible pedicure.

Best customer service around! I have only been going to her and will keep doing so. I always recommend my friends and family to go to Nail Plaza. The parking lot has a lot of parking and service is wonderful. Very clean and cozy atmosphere as well.

I only went here because it was a Sunday and my friend and I needed a pedicure before she left for vacation. Going to them made me realize how amazing my normal girls are at my nail place just a few doors down. The girls we had were not very friendly and seemed to be in such a rush. Barely cleaned up our cuticles, the scrub/lotion rub was pathetic and didnt clean up the extra polish on my toe that well. They are more expensive then my normal salon and was terrible. One and done. Ill never be back.

Well, I guess I went on the wrong day, really busy, I was really disappointed, I waited for 15 min, I thought it wasnt that bad, but then I was on soaking my nails for 35 minutes, and when the lady came it took her 15 minutes to do my manicure, no massage, she didnt even clean the instruments, the table was dirty, full of others women cottons and rest of nail polish all over. The 6-7 chairs for pedicure where completely full, four girls doing pedicure and rushing to get to the next customer... and one doing manicure, I could say she got 4 girls done in an hour and she had a line of another 4 waiting, and every time another customer came in, the owner said yeah no problem, pick a color, Really? Stop being greedy. Bad service and bad manicure, my nails looked really bad!!!

My nails were great at first, and every appointment they get worse. Wont be going back.

I ONLY WENT to this place because it was in walking distance to my house...HORRIBLE HORRIBLE NAIL WORK... I asked for a full set of coffin extensions n i got the worst ever n when I asked them to fix it they caught an attitude and for a pedicure which that I have to say was well done no complaints.... 70 sonethi ng dollars for my nails and it was the worst ever didnt even look even.

Since my regular place closed I have a hard time to find a place I like. Oftend I feel they do a very rushed job and for that I think its to expensive.

I came across this place and thought I would give it a try. Now I will be going there all the time! The pedicure here is $25 and WELL worth it. It came with many of the features that other salons like to call a spa pedicure and then charge you extra. There was a scrub, leg massage, hot stone, parrafin on your heels, and a brief shoulder massage as the polish dries. Monday-Wednesday they also have a deal with $30 for a mani-pedi combo. As my friend and I left, they gave us both a coupon for $5 off next time.

I have been coming to nail plaza for many years...the owner, Chris and her staff are always accommodating and friendly!!!!! I would highly recommend Nail plaza!!!!!

I wish, wish, wish I could zero stars. Nasty attitudes, poor and dismissive service; I had to ask the technician 3 times to not try to forcefully peel gel polish off my nails, and she insisted on sneakily doing it until she literally tore my nail (she thought I was preoccupied on my phone). Overfiled my nails until I had to snatch my foot out of her grasp. Stabbed my toe with the cuticle scissors and cut 2/3 of my toe nail off. After I refused to let the tech polish my nails, I paid 20$ just to get out and avoid an infection. And that terrible disservice took almost an hour. You have NO BUSINESS running a nail salon. A complete disgrace.
