New girl was pleassnt but she couldnt get any help

Rejected being made balloons and was told to come back in 3 hours. Was not aware it took that long to make balloons. When I asked the cashier why he looked confused and said they just aren’t blowing up balloons right now. Ridiculous

The worst place you can really on. Ordered balloons a month ago in store for two different days and no where to be found. They turned around and try to reembolse money. Like really

I don’t recommend this place if you need balloons for parties. We got balloons for a wedding ceremony, and in few hours after all the balloons lost the flight, the helium went away. I’m really disappointed, the quality is not there.

Brought some balloons online for Mother’s Day , and sent it to my mothers house , brought about 12 balloons. 1 Balloon in specific that I had ordered was Missing, and 2 other of the balloons was Deflated upon Arrival , Terrible. Won’t be ordering online for this Location Again.

Great found what I needed

I ordered and my items were ready for pickup quickly. Only ordering is confusing-the pick up date on your confirmation is for your items..whatever date/time you put in for balloon inflation will not be on your initial confirmation. My biggest issue is you can’t call the store. My email said to call direct for changes, bit its a recording that just goes on repeat. Overall not the worst experience but definitely could have been less stressful.

Store absolutely terrible . Was lied to in store - called them multiple times hung up on every single time .... thank god their corporate help line was decent and resolved my issue .My advice do NOT use this location select a different one for a much better experience

I’m beyond annoyed with this location. not only were our balloons not ready on time today which caused us to run late for the party, but we had 3 deflated balloons by the time they arrived at the party!!!! ridiculous.

Placed an order on Wednesday morning for balloon pick up Saturday late afternoon. Picked up an additional order in the Woodbridge location on Thursday. Asked them if I could cancel the balloon order & was told I either had to physically go to the location or call. So, I call them & ask if I would still be in the timeframe for a refund (which I was well within the 48 hours). The girl on the phone was unsure so put her manager on which was a man. Not once did I confirm I wanted to cancel & he went ahead & did so just to tell me it says I was ineligible for a refund & had to go into the store for the refund which makes no sense. Hang up & get the email about the cancellation so I call back to speak with him to tell him I did not confirm that cancellation & now I’m OUT the money & still have to place another order for pickup. He argued with me that I said yes to confirming the cancel which I DID NOT. Very rude & inconsiderate. I’m unable to fight the charge with my bank as it is still processing but I will definitely be doing so once it does & making sure I forget the Clark party city location exists (they lack in products anyways). It was such a simple question I had, no reason I had to deal with all of that. Thanks for nothing !

One of the girls didn’t even hand me my cash, she just left it sitting on the bag for me to pick up but other that the service was pretty good ... I just felt kind of offended how she just didn’t hand me my cash in hand like a cashier is supposed to.

The workers, did a great job and even dealing with the the nasty people on the evening of new years they held together. Why i didnt like it here was because everything was all over the place, also everything was super pricey. In a pinch its a good place to go however if i had the time to gether supplies i would pass for another store.

THE STAFF WAS ABSOLUTELY GREAT!!!

Store is clean and all that jazz . . . The problem I had was that something (a sweet 16 tiara) rang up $6 more than I saw the price sticker for, I showed the cashier where my daughter got it from and that there were 2 different kinds of tiaras in the 1 spot with 1 price tag. She wouldnt change the price because its a different kind . . . Yeah its only $6 but when youre on a budget its hard to get the things your daughter wants (I got it anyway because my daughter goes through a lot and doesnt ask for much of anything but that was the tiara she wanted) the . . . . Im guessing manager was standing not far away and didnt do anything to help either. Kinda frustrated with the situation.Edit: got home and realized the cashier put the wrong tiara in the freaking bag . . . So now i gotta go back

I only go on Halloween season. always find what I need .

If you get balloons from them make sure you get them within an hour or so of when you need them. They don’t last at all. They also charge for a bag for the balloons.

Just went for party decorations and found just the right colors.

If your looking for any party supplies, this isn’t the store for you. Living in Clark, I always try to shop local, well my last three visit they are out of everything. Helium being one of them. They were out of it for a few weeks!!! How is that even a thing?! Your a party store! Re evaluate management, Bc clearly the current one isn’t very good at keeping inventory. Ps expect to wait in line about 20 mins. If your lucky there maybe two people behind the counter

Great this is a fairly new store so cloer to home too. They had the Halloween costume i was looking for while all other places didnt have it even amazon until mid November and it was cheaper here and i got more of a discount using retail me not app.

The store in Clark commons is huge! Everything you will ever need for any kind of party. They also sell baking supplies, seasonal items and decorations. Go there for party theme inspiration!

Usually I love party city and I made a special trip there to get balloons for a special occasion. They were out of all of them. However the staff was friendly and helpful

Awful customer service by whomever answered the phone. She took forever to take my balloon order and ended our call having forgotten to take my payment info. When I arrived for pick up she had canceled the order, and lied by saying it was canceled because I had not provided payment info. She never once asked for it! The only positive was that another associate took and refilled my order pretty quickly, still the experience was unpleasant.

I placed an online order for in store pick up at this location and some items at Woodbridge as well. The morning I was to pick up, I got a call from this store saying they were out of one of the items and was there a substitute they could get for me. Wonderful! The Woodbridge store, on the other hand, never called, and took forever picking up their phone, and had me on hold for several minutes just to tell me that they werent able to fill my order. I have been consistently impressed with the customer service at the Clark store. They are attentive, and patient when Im in there with my young children, even engaging my 4yo in appropriate conversation about the party we were buying supplies for.

I placed a balloon order 2 weeks ago for pick up Sunday March 25 at 10am... this was for my sons 1st Birthday. My husband gets there for 10am and he was informed the staff didn’t even START on his balloon order. I spent 50 dollars on balloons expecting them to be ready at the time I told party city to. I called furious and an associate said they were behind and it would be a half hour longer. I asked to speak to a supervisor Bc this is unacceptable and I was placed on hold and she hung up on me. So I called back and they wouldn’t answer the phone. Finally she answered the phone and I said you hung up on me I would like to speak to a supervisor. She said ok hold on she’ll pick it up and I was on hold for a very long time. My husband later told me she never went to get the manager. This behavior and customer service is unacceptable. When he was handed the balloons 1hr and 15 minutes later from the time I told them I wanted them READY they didn’t even apologize. Needless to say I was setting up the balloons while people were coming in, my husband had to rush home to drop off the balloons then go get ready. Don’t ask someone what time you want their order ready if you’re not gonna get it done. Last time I shop at this party city.

Although they didnt have what I wanted, I was truly impressed with the store. I love the way they merchandise their store.

Horrible place to vist and work for. They do not care about there employees at all. They hire your for busy time, make you do all the work, and then get rid of you. The other employees are cranky and rude to customers. The overall work and customer experience there is something I would never enter into again. I will be taking all my party needs elsewhere. Party city is going down the tubes and i will enjoy watching it happen.

Store is very organized and the staff makes the checkout line go very quickly.

Employees are not friendly at all. I had one employee follow me every single where me and my son walked which made me feel very uncomfortable. To the point I made a purchase and will be returning the items back. I will no longer shop at this location nor will I shop at any other party city.

Great servive

They said curbside pickup was available, yet when my “order is ready” their phone line is busy...for 3 days in a row. I went physically to wait in line with my car and other people have been waiting with the same experience. Don’t offer curbside pickup if you can’t deliver. No sign of anyone in the store. Avoid this and go to another Party City if possible.

Had to go 2 times because the ballooms i got deflated. They replaced them but once again when i got to my venue 2 out of the 6 ballons where yet again deflated. Ps they where the biggest ones

The management and the employees at this location all need to be fired or at least if nothing else a full days course in costumer service, appearance, and overall professionalism. Its a shame that this is the closest party store we have, however, in the future I will drive two to three towns over to get my party supplies then to ever have to walk into this store again. I hope party city upper management checks these reviews and makes the necessary changes, but I doubt they will.

I got 45 latex helium balloons . Unfortunately balloons lasted only 24 hours ☹️ and wouldnt stay up very next evening .

I went here to buy a banquet set for a backyard BBQ. The staff was friendly. It was a typical Party City...they have a lot of party theme items but I was surprised they didnt have one for house warmings. I guess thats too specific?
