He puts the love and care into your car like if it was his own. He has done my Cadillac XTS my Jeep grand Cherokee and my Toyota Camry TRD. Great folks round here. I came in on a Sunday probably too close to closing time to get four new tires and an alignment in the middle of a snow storm. The gents who worked there were super knowledgable and even helped me find a discount on tires. Super happy with my experience and thankful for the Sunday pandemic crew.

Went there last winter for some winter tires. While I was at the shop I had a routine service. Upon pick up everything was great. Old tires in the bed of the truck service went well. When I arrived at home I noticed the lug nuts where destroyed as in they used the wrong socket to remove and re-install. I immediately called them and let them know what happen. They apologized for what happened. I was told they would order new lugs from Ford and replace them, said it was a new inexperienced tech. That happened and they took care of it. The problem is, I drive a company vehicle and have a service plan. This business saw it fit to charge the lease plan service company for the lug nuts and not mention it to me. I reviewed my service expenses and noticed the charge of a few hundred for lug nuts. Sneaky and definitely not the way to do business. Would not recommend a dishonest business that is capable of such a thing. They get the one star because the oil change went well ...

Hit a flat right off the parkway I found these guys online. Reached there after being towed about 300pm and these guys were slammed!! Steve was able to move some things around and got me and my wife back on the road. They are great people! Hard to find people like this back in Brooklyn! Lol

Oil and filter 79.00 for a Honda civic? High prices and not staffed reasonably

Honest guys over there was told i needed brakes elsewhere! took it to Goodyear was referred by a friend to speak with Dane or Tony. they showed me my brakes i didnt even need them! For sure earned my respect and business definitly will be going back

After years of going to to a place 3 blocks from my house (I wont mention names, but its a big chain with the initials M.D.T.), and always feeling completely frustrated and violated every time I left there, I decided to look for another auto repair place.I came across Goodyear on the recommendation of a friend. Its nowhere near my house, but it is on the way to my gym, so I figured Id give it a shot. I figured in a worst case scenario, it couldnt be any worse than M.D.T.Boy, am I glad I checked them out!Goodyear is the place I should have been coming to all these years!Theyre professional, courteous, HONEST and FAST. They said my oil change (and included tire rotation) would take about 2 hours, and they were done in an hour and 40 minutes, even though I ended up adding a wheel alignment at the last minute.Most importantly, you dont have to fight with them to honor their own promotions, like Ive had to do with that other place I mentioned.Although Goodyear is 20 minutes from my house, I am definitely going to make them my primary auto repair place.Couldnt be happier to give this Goodyear location my highest recommendation!

I had a nail in my tire and it was losing air quickly. Steve told me to bring the car right over and he would get it done that afternoon. Mind you this was a Saturday AND I was going out of state the next day. He was very kind, professional, and I appreciated him taking care of the tire so quickly. Highly recommend.

Great place to fix cars

After calling multiple tire dealers trying to locate a replacement for my car, I found Hugo, at Goodyear in Clark! He was the first to offer to try and locate it for me. He located the tire I needed and called me back immediately, letting me know it would be there the next day. I dropped off the damaged wheel/tire the next morning and asked if I could come back at 3:30 to have it installed on my car. I arrived at 3:30, and had my new tire installed and was back on the road within 10 minutes. Hugo was professional, honest and efficient. It is not everyday that you come by such excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this location!

Honest and convenient. Not cheap but open Sundays. Good in a pinch. Miss the white glove service that mechanics used to give like topping off fluids. No frills service but did I mention they’re open Sundays? Appointment highly recommended. If the wait is long you can always walk to Barnes and Noble to wait.

Thank you GoodYear on Central Ave in Clark. My power steering temporary locked up. I brought my car to Tony at Goodyear. He kept it overnight and identified my issue was actually covered under warranty by Acura. He did research for me and printed out all the material I need to bring Acura to have this service done free of charge under warranty. All the work he did was free and beyond his job scope. Thank you so much for going above and beyond!

They are good at tire change n replacement but not really good for alignment n balancing.I do not feel satisfied with my vehicle alignment it started vibrating on applying brakes after I got my all tire change, balancing n alignment.Better to find some other mechanic for issues except tire change.

Dishonest greedy shopThey refused to replace defective tire. I was told by a technician there a paper clip can puncture the sidewall of a car tire. !!!! They obviously dont replace defective tires. So do not buy new tires from them. Go somewhere else. My review is not fake its actually experience with this shop. Goodyear customer service sent me there to honor tire warranty. Instead of that they charged full price to replace a defective tire. What a disgrace. Avoid them..

These guys are lifesavers. I initially went here because they were the only place around that was open on a Sunday and we needed urgent brake service. Weeks before, I had gotten a quote for the same service so I thought that Goodyear would charge me more AND take longer since they were the only option around. To my surprise, Pete and Tony and the rest of the crew at Goodyear, quoted me less and I was out in a couple of hours, not having to worry about disrupting our weekly schedule.Communication was great and everything went smoothly. Great place, thanks guys!

Went here for an oil change on a Sunday at 10am. When I asked how long, he told me an hour and a half. I figured it was a little longer than usually, but at least he said that. It turned into almost 3 HOURS for a simple oil change.Then they advertise a free tire rotation with any synthetic oil change. Before I left, I marked one of my tires with a piece of tape to see if they actually did it. Well as I was waiting for the guy to come back to the desk I looked at my car and noticed the piece of tape was still in the same spot. I asked the guy at the desk Did the tires look good, they were rotated right? And he says Oh yes! We took care of it. He lied right to my face. I will never give them business again.

Was super happy with the service I received here! Scheduling an appointment was easy with their online system. They were not overpriced, didnt try to oversell, and multiple staff members helped me understand how I could take advantage of their discounts, rebates, and credit card so that I was able to save over $200 on my visit. Will definitely be coming back whenever I need work done on my car.

Told me I had a power steering leak and needed repair ($500). Took it to my honest mechanic who said there is nothing like that at all wrong with the truck. Have an older family friend who has just bought new tires and was told by them that he needed new tires! Scam artists - beware.

We are on our way down to Florida and had our tire pop nearby. The team fit us in, changed tires, and had us out in an hour. Great service!

In this day and age, my visit to this Clark shop turned out to be one of the best I have ever had with any auto type shop. I was not sure what to expect but they provided me the best service experience I could have hoped for and they need to be recognized for it. Honest, fair prices, and they do excellent work. My hope is they will never change and you get a chance to experience their good service.

Had a flat tire pulled in and they fixed it fast. Mathew was curious and professional. Al was great as well. Under 30 minutes I was back on the road and they even put my spare away where it belonged.Nice to see people providing good service.

Initially I was advised that it would take 15 to 20 minutes to mount tires that I had supplied onto my rims. I decided to run a local errand coming back 20 minutes later to find that they had not even looked at the tires. Unfortunately the tires I supplied had some damage preventing them from being mounted. Upon leaving I was advised by a very helpful mechanic there that if I could provide new tires they would be able to mount them for me same day. Within 10 minutes of my departure I was able to secure brand new tires contacted Goodyear back promptly who then advised that they do not have a sufficient amount of time. Also stating it would take 45 minutes for them to mount brand new tires.I took my business elsewhere to Mavis Discount Tires less than 10 minutes away in Westfield. They were able to sell me brand new tires and mount them all within 15 minutes. I would recommend Mavis Discount Tires to anyone in the local area.

We have had one of the best customer service experiences with this Goodyear location. We purchased new tires. They will match prices you researched, recommend warranties for the tires which gives you a free replacement and flat repair for three years, and they called for approval of any additional work needed before doing it. I am glad to see an honest car center out there these days!

Pete, Ugo and Steve hard working honest men. I tryed others but these guys are the real deal, they know what they are talking about and they stand behind the work. Steve deserves more credit than he realize, he created the team and they all reflect his high standards in the work they do. The entire staff is the best of people you want to deal with. If you mean business they will not disappoint you. If you want to second guess and cut corners go elsewhere. These guys fix your problem so you can get on with your life, and not keep coming back because something was not done right. Five stars easy for this team only!

I would not recommend this place. I got screwed big time. I signed up for the 3 Years alignment Program because I have custom wheels and drives to Manhattan daily. Anyone who know this would understand the amount of potholes and bumps along the way would defiantly set the alignment off, so I thought it would be a good idea to purchase this program. Here is the horror story.....Good Year Auto Service Center Terms of service sates and recommend 6 Months or 6,000 miles, whichever comes first (Picture attached) for alignment. I take my car every 5000 miles for oil change and general check up. My recent visit was a complete scam. I asked for alignment to be included, the guy said I dont need it.....so I want on to explain very nicely my custom wheel and my daily commute story. he still insist I dont need it. I told him can you at least please check if its off...at least. Anyway after a while he indicated they will do it. So I left the car and was called to pick up an hour later.When I arrived I was presented with the attached bill and alignment document. I noticed the alignment document header was ripped off...the part which would indicate my car make, year, model and style. (See second attachment)I asked the employee Pete why is this so, he indicated the printer got stuck and it was ripped...lol how convenient right. So I was like can you reprint, he indicated he cant because they dont keep the records...complete BS ofcourse.I have previous alignment records and fully understand them. What they did was give me someone else print out, however ripped off the top half so I would not see which car this document was for.So long story short, they did not do the alignment, however put it on the bill and give me a print out of another cars alignment and they thought I wouldnt recognize what they have done....for the record I have attached the previous alignment document which was done by this same service center....noticed the fake from the real deal.....Ill leave it up to you to judge.I left the shop and now looking to make a report and would like to get this out so this dose not happen to other people.I hope Good Year let those lazy dishonest people go and find good honest folks to run and represent the name Good Year

Was very pleased with the service today at two new tires put on oil change and they also went and ordered me a battery for my key lock for the car . Excellent work done so professional I highly recommend going there also made my appointment on the Internet which was great very easy to do

My 2007 Infiniti was in very sad shape. Your repairman Anthony diagnosed the problems and quickly fixed them. Anthony then showed me how to replace the battery on the keys. Friendly clean shop> Thumbs up ( Service on 11/13/2018)

I had my van here because it shut off they told me it was the battery ,they changed the battery I drove away cuts off again go back they say oh its the alternator it wants the battery, fast forward my van catches on fire I have it towed to a Collison site and they say the wires were connected wrong and after time rubbing together it caught fire. Contacted them explained what happened sent the paperwork and they dont wanna pay me for the deductible I had to pay to repair the damage SMDH now Ive contacted the CEO Rich Kramer and Im waiting to get a response

I decided to get my tires there are few months ago. I was going to go back to my dealer since they have given me very reasonable prices on things (shocking, I know!). I went to Goodyear for an oil change and just inquired about new tires. I was given the old bait and switch. I was told I could get up to $200 off as part of a sale/promotion/rebate, but when I received my rebate, I got only $40. When I called to ask, they said I was not eligible for the $200 because of the tires I bought.I still go there for oil changes on occasion, but I will not get any other work done there. My dealer charges me the same amount as Good Year, but uses better parts.

They charged me $60 to change 2 light bulbs and then had the audacity to justify it. Sad!

Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because they are pretty pricey. However, their mechanics always left my old, beat up car driving like new. Very nice people there.

== WARNING!! ==Do NOT bring your vehicle here. I had a tire mounted and the tire FELL OFF OF THE TRUCK WHILE DRIVING. It caused extensive damage to my vehicle and I could have been killed! What kind of tire repair shop does not know how to properly mount a tire?

I purchased a set of Dunlop M+S on line and I had them installed here on a Saturday morning, went in at the time scheduled and went out in a little less that an hour,no complaints.Diner next door is pretty nice to wait.

Had a tire emergency in the middle of a long trip and took my car here because it was the closest shop I could find. They took good care of our car, got us back on the road quickly, and gave us a reasonable price for the work when they could have tried to take advantage of my situation.

I made an appointment for Saturday, but when I got there, I showed my leasing car docs when then they said they couldn’t make it because their priorities are regular car which pays on that day. A old guy who works there is rude with people.

Took my Santa Fe there for a quote on a windshield washer pump 115$ all in. Took it in the night before, next day get a call, oh the universal pump doesnt fit have to get original part now cost is 195$+ but we can do a 10% discount!! They should have honored original quote the guy up front made a mistake,,not my fault told them to forgetaboutit. I pick up car and my washer fluid that came out 1/4 of the way up now doesnt work at all!! Never going back!!!

$971.00 FOR A 4 WHEEL COMPLETE BRAKE JOB is what Clark Goodyear Auto Service Center charged (my 85 y/o father).I learned this AFTER the work was finished and car, “ready for pick-up” (requested estimate never provided until after the car work was already underway).Heated, I called/spoke to Hugo there who did adjust the price to $925 (incl. all fees, taxes, etc.), but the amt. still seems “padded” (no pun intended). BTW, this is ON A 2012 CHEVY IMPALA with 50k: NOT a Mercedes-Benz.In my experience paying between $300 - $600 for a complete brake job (obviously depending on the auto, service center/mechanic, reputation, warrantee, work needed, etc.), I believe while “the work was respectable and included a 2 year warrantee”, it’s fair to say; the price is on the high end. This is only my opinion; please chime in if I’m off base on this!

So the store hours are listed until 7pm. Bought my car in around 6 and they refused to service my car and all I wanted was an oil change and a wheel alignment. They should either change their store hours, or make a note that the last car they see is at 5 something.
