We had our oil changed Saturday morning 6/26/21 that Saturday afternoon first trip after getting our oil changed by this business a cover falls off the bottom of our truck and gets drug several miles. The cover has to be removed and reinstalled to do the oil change. It’s the only time this cover has been removed is during oil changes. Our first thought was no problem mistakes happen. But this Valvoline location claim it’s not their fault and will not fix the situation. I do not recommend anyone go here. We certainly will not.

Most pleasant oil change I’ve ever had. In and out quick, informative but not pushy about extra services. Didn’t even have to get out of the car. Service was super friendly and professional.

Got an oil change, they topped off my power steering fluid. They put TRANSMISSION fluid in. My service department found it and because I had my service department fix their mistake ($250) this place won’t make good. Literally accept fault but won’t pay for it. I’ve tried to call their corporate but was told I won’t get a call back on this. My mind is literally blown. I work in Claremore and will tell everyone I see how this place treats their own community. Ya’ll wrong for this.

Just moved here to this town. Been to quite a few lube shops and I must say this is by far the best one I have been to yet. Jeremy and Hagan are really professional and great attitude and seemed to be having fun while doing it. They had me in and out of there in 10 minutes.

Get you in for 81.99 oil change and add 30 dollars for extra quart of oil and 30 dollars for taxes. 81.99 advertisement turns into 120 dollars. Go down the street for same service at 99 dollars all in.

This was the best experience Ive ever had with having my oil changed. Didnt try to sell me stuff but made me aware of things. Explained in detail what they were doing and how everything looked. And the communication between the teammates as they were performing the oil change was great. Highly recommend the guys in Claremore. Plus it was the cheapest in town.

Was not very good they could not find the oil filter on my 2018 Colorado so they tore half the engine apartment out to find it took almost 2 hours for oil change will never go back

To all of my Oklahoma ppl never go to the Vavoline oil change place they ruined my SUV ...it worked just fine before I went there now it cannot be driven and its in the shop being looked at to see if it can be even repaired❗.... I swear just my luck 🍀...now they just called me and said there not responsible... Oh yes they are now Im left with no choice but to take legal action# more money out of my pocket❗Still having positive vibes

I love the brand Valvoline its self, but was very disappointed by Claremores representation for them. Took me over an hour and a half before I got service. There was only one employee working while the others stood around looking stoned. I watched this one employee go back and forth between 4 vehicles doing his job correctly while the others stood there useless. If this is how Valvoline represents their brand I might need to change.

Quick service and the technicians knew exactly what they are doing 10/10 recommended if you need maintenance done!

Sorry about how I did not get the names of these guys but they were awesome. Let just say bay 4 senior tech. I know he did not have to do what he did BC u could tell he was about to go home and had everything put up but still took the time to help me. I just had these tires put on Saturday well the nuglet was loose actually 2 were. Long story short but he jacked the jeep up and helped me a lot and the other 2 young men that helped too. I just wanted to show my appreciation BC they helped a lot thank u guys so very much!!!!

They didnt have the tire i need in stock due to popularity, but recommended a shop down the street, which had the tires for cheap, so i went ahead and git my oil changed which took about 6minutes flat

Run like the old Oil Can Henry. I used them when I lived in WA and they were able to pull up my profile in OK. 😊They check your fluids and lights and change your oil while you sit in your vehicle.

The guys doing my oil change were very thorough with everything. They told me everything they were doing and even talked to me the whole time. I actually trusted this place all of these other speedy lube places have alot of bad reviews and a bad rep for a reason. These guys checked everything in my engine they even took out the oil dipstick and brought it to me to show me the oil level and they even sent me a email with all the recommended services I will need in the future. I definitely will be bringing all my vehicles here for future services. Im glad I gave this place a shot. Also this was all done on my lunch break.

Good customer service with a quick turnaround. The techs communicated well to one another which was nice to see. They were all aware of what the other was doing and what the next steps were. The upper tech checked and called out all caps that could be loose or left off before closing the hood. They offered additional services but weren’t pushy about it.

Great experience. Workers called out every move they were making. Seemed very professional. Even checked the tire pressure, which my normal place never does. My regular place doesnt even really give the old oil time to drain before plugging it, and putting new in. Valvoline may take a bit longer, but they are alot more detailed. Nice and refreshing change! I will be returning.
