Best gym in claremore!!! larry and tracy make sweating fun!!! if youre looking for more of a lounge-esque type of workout, though, youd fit in best at havoc. (also, if you come to no-gi on tuesday and thursday, PLEASE wear a tight fitting t-shirt or, preferably, a rashguard). :))))
