Awesome mower shop. Great staff they always get me what I need and give me the best options to maintain and fix my equipment. I only recommend them and send anyone I know looking for lawn equipment to them.

I needed a new control arm piece for my zero turn mower. They didnt have it so it was put on a order list. I am ok with that.

Stopped in to buy mower blades. Instead of the lady simply saying we dont sell for that brand she was snotty and rude and started saying bad things about our mower. So not necessary!

I brought a chain to be sharpened on a Thursday. Come Monday i was needing to cut a tree down. I called and asked if my chain was ready and they said no they did not have time to sharpen my chain yet because they were behind. I gave them four days to sharpen my chain and had no luck. I called them and told them I was not satisfied and needed my chain. When I got there on Tuesday, 5 days after dropping it off they said they would take care of it. I guess the lady in the front told the guy in the back about me wanting my chain. He proceeded to then back file or file to far so blade would not cut and ruined my bar on my chainsaw. With all that said I would not reccomend this shop to fix anything. As far as I am concerned they are the worst shop I have ever dealt with. Their lack of good ethics cost me $125. Worst mower shop in Oklahoma hands down!!

Overpriced, stopped by for a starter for a 25hp Koehler engine on a mower was quoted $180 for a lawn mower starter to the counter lady no way and went home. I have ordered the starter on line delivered to my house the next day for $58!!!!!!!Don’t get let them take you to the cleaners check pricing first.

Disorganization and no communication among employees, drove from pryor on a Saturday closed, pull in the gate at 4:55 to be told were closed? Ill never go there again.

I called them to see about getting a piston ring set for Briggs 8hp and the guy on the phone (RJ, I think is what he said) told me that there was no standard size, so I would have to bring in the old ones, then he said that I most likely could not even get the parts if it is an old engine. This is after I told him that I had the Model number and type. He didnt even offer to look it up. I then called Turfland Equipment down the street and that guy helped me right away without feeding me any BS.
